Currently KYC is only being used to confiscate players funds. Things may change on September 1st since Curacao is overhauling their gaming laws. Right now there are 4 master licenses and all other casinos hold a sublicense. Each casino will now have to hold their own B2C license to offer gaming to individuals. We won't know until September how each casino will implement the strictness of KYC.

Casinos that do a lot of KYC are more likely to steal your money than casinos without KYC. Casinos use KYC as a reason not to pay.
Some casinos have been accused of this, but I think well established casinos have much more at stake and are not worried about stealing $1-10k from their players. I'm guessing those that are hit with the KYC and get funds confiscated were probably doing something the casino prohibits. Multi accounts, arbitrage betting, abusing bonuses, or something that violates terms. There are offenses that I agree players should be punished for but this thread is not about that. Definitely agree with a lot of this. Some tops ones only confiscate those that are multi-accounting for bonus abuse or to circumvent limits. They ignore jurisdiction. I don't want to call any casinos out but there are top casinos that will go after winners using jurisdiction. They'll allow losers to play. |

Well, it is mandatory by law, and I don't think there's a lot of things you can hide from the government anyway. It's an inevitability that is slowly creeping up in the cryptospace, so it is to be expected. Though third-parties couldn't snoop on your activities, unless of course the gambling platform allows them to check on your history, but that is quite impossible unless you have the side of the law enforcement with you, so I guess in a way, it's still pretty anonymous.
Gambling with cryptocurrencies however, still has some benefits as the coins you're playing with could potentially increase their value, getting your winnings up should there be any.
Curacao laws don't require KYC for deposits. There are laws for withdrawals. No casino strictly follows the rules. If a player losses $50,000 and then wins $10,000 and asks for a $10,000 withdrawal, he won't be asked for KYC. Casinos want this player. If a casino does KYC, they are looking to confiscate your funds. |

You have already given ratings for each sportsbook by observing various factors. I can't see the necessity of adding a different column for the review link of the sportsbook. You should add more sportsbook in the table to finalise the list. You may add a new column with the betting odds provider name of each sportsbook. In fact, everything is clear, there are six offices that more or less pay, what you put in the lower rating does not have any significance. Perhaps I will try the C+, C rating when the seasons start. But for example, I wrote about the same Trustdice, I funded my account and it turned out that the sportsbook they do not work (although the site and advertising and odds are there), and they forced them to rollover in the casino. Of course I lost a lot of money. Anonibet is also rubbish which cancelled winning bets and took 10% for withdrawal.
Agree that the top 6 is really all that's needed since they do pay. I did lower the Anonibet rating based on your experience. Why did Trustdice make you rollover in the casino? Was it due to a bonus? |

I'm thinking of adding columns with reviews from CGR and 100bookies. BTCGosu and Gamblingbros are tailored to casinos and don't have reviews on some of the top books. This thread kinda fucked me because i registered with fortunejack scam. They didn't let me withdraw unless I play their %10 RTP games with 2x of my initial deposit. Basically there's no way you can win money in this casino. Please add it to scams.
Hi Vrs, thank for the warning on Fortunejack's casino. The ratings are more for sports betting and race book betting rather than the casino. While the rollover for the casino is 2x, it's only .5x for sports. If you deposit $500, then you have to wager $250 before asking for a withdrawal. |

And lastly, like you both have stated, if nothing worrisome is found on the Ann thread, the user can then proceed to checking the scam and accusation board for possible issues users had previously had with such casino and see how it was treated, i believe with this steps, any new gambler on this forum looking for a casino to play on will make the best decision in choosing a casino.
The ANN Thread is the easiest way to verify if a gambling site is legit or not. We are in a big community where lots of DT members are active; they won't allow the newbies to be misled. Predictious should be removed from the second post. I noticed the link isn't working and saw their last tweet about stopping their prediction market. Freebitco.in also updated their terms for KYC, now they're at the same level as most crypto sportsbooks where they can ask for verification. Thanks ralle! Predictious has been deleted. It's not possible to do because of the amount of money someone would have to bet at 1.01. A person would need to bet $1,000,000 to launder $10,000. No one is going to do that and if a person tries to cashout $1,010,000 there is going to be KYC.

I don`t read the thread but i`m sure that the members gave all interesting casinos. I have another question. Why the OP don`t want to spend 10 minutes and make his own research? It would be easy to find information himself and don`t believe unknown members. And it would take more time to read this thread.

Firstly, you should be prepared to submit KYC at any point of time in literally every crypto gambling site out there for various reasons. Secondly, you will find similar issues that you pointed out with Stake in many other popular alternatives too.
I do agree with your opinion about Stake going to shit these days. Sites like Crypto.Games, Bitcasino, Rollbit and Duelbits are great casinos with less issues in comparison.
For sportsbooks, I recommend Sportsbet, Pinnacle(KYC mandatory) and Fairlay(Crypto betting exchange).
Recommendations would be everywhere for sure. There are even similar threads to read sich opinions and reviews. People would ofcourse be biased of the sites they have experienced or the sites they are promoting. If it is just KYC which is the issue, I would say complying qon't do you any harm if you are engaging to right gambling sites; simply those which are reputable in this industry. You may indeed go to those who does not but if those would be new ones, then think twice. Indeed there's risk with KYC but to think how long it is being implemented in this industry means that it is serving a purpose. Roobet's KYC level might have to be around 4 or 5 because when I opened my account last year, I was required to complete the level 1 KYC verification (no IDs needed and it was all personal info). Also, can you please add 500casino/csgo500 back to the list, they're previously listed under the D rated books. Thanks as always ralle! 500.casino has been reinstated as "D".
