441  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could stable coins save a deprecating economy on: November 08, 2023, 06:13:34 AM
Well maybe they can and this is why Bank of England has now released a stablecoin regulation plan. They want to bring stablecoins in its real economy.
Executive director of Consumers and Competition at the Financial Conduct Authority Sheldon Mills had good things to say for stabelcoins. 'Stablecoins have the potential to make payments faster and cheaper for all, and that’s why we want to offer firms the ability to utilise this innovation safely and securely'.

442  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Opinion on Cardano on: November 07, 2023, 06:51:08 AM
Well at the Cardano Summit 2023 in Dubai Cardano foudner Charles Hoskinson had good things to say about it. He said it is cause of Cardano that the blockchain has made advances and progress in the crypto.

He then talked about all the achievements Cardano has made. Then called the Cardano network the 'root of trust'. https://bitcoinist.com/cardano-founder-crypto-trust/
443  Other / Off-topic / Re: Using A Crypto Recovery Service on: November 07, 2023, 06:39:17 AM
Well I have been scammed before for my crypto and did not end well for me. I do not think there is a problem to try a recovery service.
But I will be worried they are going to keep more then the 10% they say. They can take all of it and there will be nothing you can do about that.
444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin (DOGE) on: November 07, 2023, 06:30:59 AM
If history is going to be the same than we will have a good November. Dogecoin is already up more then 8% just in the last 7 days.
And I think it will continue to show 'bullish' signals. The month of November can give us hodlers some big profits.

445  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SBF said: WHAT HAPPENED? on: November 06, 2023, 06:24:46 AM
Well SBF is going to face 115 years in prison. But there is 2 lawyers that do think it is going to be less time then that. A lawyer who worked for the US Department of Justice named Renato Mariotti thinks SBF will serve only 20 to 25 years in prison.

And another lawyer named Kevin J. O’Brien thinks SBF only will serve 15 to 20 years. It is still a long time but I think people want him to serve a life sentence.

446  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin In Bullish or Bearish Trend? on: November 05, 2023, 06:29:07 AM
Bitcoin is currently trending higher similar to the bull season we are seeing. Earlier last month we also saw the price of Bitcoin close to a very low point and then we thought that the Bitcoin market was not in a bull position but in a bear position. However since we are at $35000 right now we are optimistic that something better is in store for us. As we know Bitcoin price pumped to all-time highs in 2021, we can expect more from the way the market is going now. Since 2024 is the year ahead, we have plans for a massive halving, and if there is one, we will see the Bitcoin market at even higher levels. And in 2024/25 Bitcoin price will start a great bull season when the price of Bitcoin will cross almost $100,000 and it will set a new all time record for Bitcoin. As Bitcoin market candles are currently green, we can say that we are currently moving towards a bull season and Bitcoin price will gradually rise further.

Yes I do also think it is very possible we are going to see Bitcoin price of $100,000 in year 2025 maybe before that. We are seeing the price go down below $35,000 but it does not stay there.

I think $35,000 is going to be the new low price before we see big profits for when we see approval of a spot bitcoin ETF. And I think that will happen before 2024.
447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin (DOGE) on: November 05, 2023, 04:25:33 AM
Well there was rumors that Elon Musk wanted to make his own crpyto coin. This was going to be bad for coins like Bitcoin and Doge.

But now he has said it will not happen. I think this is 'bullish' news for Doge hodlers. It is his favorite coin so I think we will some time see Doge on twitter.

448  Other / Off-topic / Re: What are alternatives to annoying captchas? on: November 05, 2023, 04:21:11 AM
Yes I know how you feel for the annoying captchas. I am using Tor to connect to this site and I do need to do captcha for sometimes 10 times for the pictures.

It can become frustrating but if we want the privacy it is something we need to do. I do not know if you are using a vpn or Tor but it is the problem.
449  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SBF said: WHAT HAPPENED? on: November 03, 2023, 07:25:39 AM
Well SBF is found guilty of all the 7 charges of fraud and conspiracy yesterday. It was after 1 month of trial and then his 15 days of testimony.
His sentencing date is on March 28 of next year. He might face maximum of 115 years in prison. I think we are all happy that it turned out for him like that.

450  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin In Bullish or Bearish Trend? on: November 03, 2023, 06:11:55 AM
I think we are in a 'bullish' trend. There is alot of money that is now entering the market and we are all waiting for the spot Bitcoin ETF approvals that can add $1 Trillion to the market.

MicroStrategys Chairman Michael is very 'bullish' himself. He thinks the demand for Bitcoin is 10 times. https://decrypt.co/204196/michael-saylor-unprecedented-demand-set-10x-bitcoin
451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XRP] Ripple Speculation on: November 03, 2023, 05:22:10 AM
Ripple Labs was granted a license to use XRP in Dubai from the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). It means they will see XRP as a a digital asset and can be used in crypto offerings.

452  Other / Off-topic / Re: RIP - Matthew Perry (1969-2023) aka Chandler Bing on: November 03, 2023, 05:00:32 AM
It is sad to hear of anyone passing when they are such a young age. Only 54 years old and to drown in your own home is very tragic way to pass.

We know he did have history of drugs and alcohol abuse. I just only do hope he was not under the influence of anything when he passed. But it still does not matter and is a sad event.
453  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bull season started? on: November 03, 2023, 04:55:58 AM
Yes I am now just beginning to think we are starting the 'bull season'. This feeling did really begin when we saw Bitcoin price of $35,000. And now it is back down but I think at any time now it will go back past $35,000 and then to $36,000.

The sec had a closed meeting yesterday and will have another closed meeting in 1 week. There is rumors this will be for approving spot Bitcoin ETF.
454  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon Musk and the fall of Twitter on: November 03, 2023, 04:47:58 AM
Satoshi is actually the third user to register to this forum. He joined on 19th November 2009 and was active here for close to 13 months.

Arguably he was the first user. The others were just dummy accounts and an auto-generated administrator account. There's no way someone would've registered before him, because he's the one who made the forum in the first place.

The twitter account for Satoshi is now sending out cryptic messages. It was a tweet in reverse '4202 raey eht ni ecnedive fo stol htiw delaever eb lliw ma I ohw fo yretsym ehT'.

And what it says is '“The mystery of who I am will be revealed with lots of evidence in the year 2024'. https://twitter.com/satoshi

That account is bullshitting for the sake of manipulating the Bitcoin price. I recommend not paying it any attention.

Yes you are right it is not to be taken very seriously. But we are all curious who is doing those tweets and just because it is a Satoshi Nakamoto 'spotting'. We can hope it will help manipulate Bitcoin price for the higher.
455  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon Musk and the fall of Twitter on: November 02, 2023, 07:15:14 AM
What I want to know is if you will pay $16 each month for your Twitter. Because Elon Musk has the plans for a ad-free 'Premium+' tier and a $3 'basic' tier.
I do not feel so many will want to pay for Twitter prices like this. When you can have it for free, with ads. https://www.engadget.com/x-introduces-an-ad-free-premium-tier-for-16-a-month-191523132.html
456  Other / Off-topic / Re: Windows 11 pro's and con's? on: November 02, 2023, 06:44:43 AM
Well everytime I put on my laptop there is updates that Windows 11 does want to do. It bothers me so much it made me disable automatic updates.

I can notice the difference in speeds for 10 and 11. It is the reason I made the upgrade when Windows 11 came out a few years ago.
457  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buying at 35k? on: November 02, 2023, 06:35:08 AM
Hallo people,

I bought some bitcoin at 26/27/30 and 31k. all profit so far, I am thinking about buying more, but is 35k te expensive to buy bitcoin?

I do not think 35,000 is too expensive to buy Bitcoin. I think we are now seeing 'bullish' signs and there will be lots of profit and higher Bitcoin price then 35,000.
If you know Michael Saylor and MicroStrateg he has bought more Bitcoin. In last month October he did buy 155 more Bitcoin for $5.3 Million. When this man is 'bullish' like that it makes me feel we are going up.

458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Solana hit $40 this year? on: November 02, 2023, 06:24:29 AM
Well Solana did get to $40 this year and than some more. Bitcoin price did pass $35,000 and Solana was at a price of $46 just yesterday.

It was up 16% and is now up more then 30% just in the last 7 days to lead all other alt coins in top of coinmarketcap. https://www.coindesk.com/markets/2023/11/01/bitcoin-retakes-35k-after-fomc-as-solanas-sol-leads-sharp-altcoin-rally/
459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SBF said: WHAT HAPPENED? on: October 31, 2023, 05:27:53 AM
Well the testimony for SBF is not going so well for him. Yesterday in court he said more then 100 times 'I don’t recall', 'I don’t specifically remember', and 'I don’t know exactly what you’re referring to'.
He is saying he does not remember saying things. I do not think the jury is going to believe this man. He can be facing a life sentence.

460  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will $BTC soar beyond 35K or dip below? 🚀📉 on: October 31, 2023, 05:12:40 AM
Well that is a question I am thinking of so much. We did see a price of $35,000 per Bitcoin for a quick time last week. But now we are still staying under $35,000.

I am hoping we can get above $35,000. Then there will be some 'bullish' momentum I think and we do not know how much more higher it will go.
