1061  Economy / Speculation / Re: will bitcoin go back to 19000 on: February 12, 2023, 04:59:39 AM
Yes it is possible but I do not think Bitcoin will go back to 19,000. I think we are still in a 'bear market' but this could also mean just a stable price point per bitcoin of 20,000.

The price of 19,000 was less then one month ago. There is alot of FUD right now might scare people to sell but just keep on hodling your coins and you will be ok.
1062  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: As mining is no longer profitable... on: February 09, 2023, 07:22:38 AM
Yes in my opinion those days of mining for profit are long gone now. If you add up costs of your electricity bill and hardware and your time it just does not seem to be worth it. And there might be other conflicts that prevent you from making profit.

If you want to make profits just buy and hodl. It is as easy as that and less work for you to do so you can spend your time doing other things. Just give it some more time to end this 'bear market' and will be worth your wait.
1063  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can I invest my 60% savings in Bitcoin? on: February 09, 2023, 06:55:58 AM
Well I think to invest 60% of your savings is a lot to invest in any type of investment. Bitcoin is not any different in this way.
There is a possibility we can see Bitcoin go do to 20k or less. I do not know if it will happen but there are others who think it will happen at some time again. It is not possible to predict this it is only speculation.
For Bitcoin there is a big probability you can lose your investment fast but you can also make your investment return back fast.
1064  Other / Off-topic / Re: Made this Bitcoin art piece inspired by Satoshi Nakamoto and Banksy Street art on: February 09, 2023, 06:52:24 AM
I really enjoyed your artwork and am a fan of Banksy. He is a controversial graffiti artist, which in my opinion his artwork has a purpose. Graffiti art itself has a history, as a form of visual message to express one’s opinion or plain simply to express a purpose.

Banksy is voiceful in his artwork, whether it is a deep feeling of anger, love, and even hate. He voices out his opinion on politics to even save endangered animals. I admire his work greatly and if I had the artistic talent, I would do the same thing. He certainly contributed to changing how art is viewed throughout the world.

Especially paving the way for those who have a similar talent. Banksy’s art is good work, one should take their time to actually sit and actually evaluate it like you are in a museum.
1065  Other / Off-topic / Re: Your Responsibility to Change your life. on: February 09, 2023, 06:19:54 AM
Everyone is born poor so it is up to us to change that. One cannot be lazy and stick in a dead-end job that doesn’t get you further. You cannot just sit around and wait for things to happen, you have to get up and go out there and get it done. Understand that being lazy is not a trait to carry in life, there is time and sweat to put in to survive in this world.

Laying low does not get you ahead in life, it just brings you down and it will keep you in never-ending circumstances and leaves you unable to move forward. You must aim for bigger things so that bigger things can  happen in your life.
1066  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you ready to spend crypto when market is down on: February 09, 2023, 05:27:42 AM
Bitcoin and crypto are starting to become very popular and more in public then ever. We are starting to see many online and offline stores are ready to accept crypto as payment just like they do with fiat and on credit.

I have done payments for good in past with my Bitcoin but now in the 'bear' market I will not. I do not think it is the correct time to spend your Bitcoins or other crypto and you should wait to exit this downward market.
1067  Other / Off-topic / Re: Save wisely this year, piggybank or piggybitcoin on: February 09, 2023, 04:35:38 AM
The importance of saving should be instilled at a young age, it is like purchasing a piggy bank and putting a single dollar in and you can continue habitually putting the money in. Money is a tangible and very important asset and saving every single penny you earn is important.

Why to save money is the hardest to think about, save for unforeseen situations- having an emergency fund is important. To meet your life goals, having a family, having kids is costly to having money for education. Having money set aside can give you a leeway if you are in between projects you have savings you can have a cushion until you land a new gig. Saving your money is important and the rewards in life are beneficial, you just have to have the courage to do it.
1068  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is the last movie you watched? on: February 09, 2023, 04:14:50 AM
I just streamed ‘Inheritance’. It was a suspenseful, mystery with drama that certainly has a great cast that plays their roles rather well. You have to be in the mood to watch this type of movie and you have to pay close attention to details and this is why I liked this movie a lot.
It’s nothing I expected as to the reasons why a wealthy father leaves his daughter such a small amount of money of inheritance and a secret that cannot be kept any longer. A secret that shocks one and how this woman goes through to find the truth about the secret.
The ambition and the willingness you go through for the love of your family can be shocking. I do recommend it to others as it is easily accessible on Netflix.
1069  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will BNB Coin Hit $300 Mark in 2023? on: February 08, 2023, 07:40:03 AM
No in mid august I think it will reach back 180-190$ level again. Then next year if everything seems fine and inflation at least 20% down it will go to the moon
Well I hope you are wrong about this. BNB $331 price right now dont see it going down soon.
Binance doing a nice deed for victims of earthquake in Turkey. It is donating $100 in BNB to people affected by the horrible tragedy. I think this is a 'bullish' thing for them to do.
1070  Other / Off-topic / Re: Green comet passing Earth for first time in 50,000 years on: February 08, 2023, 07:03:59 AM
I tried to look for it with my binoculars but did not see it. I did not know the exact timing so it was more difficult then I thought.
Here is the video from it for any one who missed seeing the green comet- https://www.cnn.com/videos/business/2023/02/02/green-comet-space-earth-stone-age-cnntm-cprog-fisher-vpx.cnn
1071  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP - yes or no? on: February 08, 2023, 06:44:40 AM
Yes I think xrp is a ok alt coin to hodl. It has use case and has total marketcap of $20.5 Billion. Charts are showing momentum even with all these sec lawsuits.
If a good result comes from the lawsuits, we will see 'bullish' movement I think. The upward momentum could bring price from .40 to .50 or even more.
1072  Other / Off-topic / Re: Website Building Costs on: February 08, 2023, 06:25:47 AM
Building a website today is easy and for those looking to save on hiring a website designer. For a basic website, the cost is minimal making it easy for the one to manage your time. There are so many website builder sites that you can choose from like GoDaddy.

You can personalize your website with the content you require to advertise your business. You can upload photos and videos if you need without having to code as the layouts/themes are easy to follow. This is how it is affordable to create a website.
1073  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SBF said: WHAT HAPPENED? on: February 06, 2023, 07:38:23 AM
Well now FTX advisers are saying it handed out inappropriate funds as donations. It has sent confidential letters to politicians asking for donations back. They can not be serious with this?

Even now when SBF is in big trouble, that would look so bad for the politicians. If the money is not returned, they are saying the recipients will have to also pay interest costs.  Also FTX donated money to student scholarships and want it back also.
1074  Other / Off-topic / Re: Here are the Top 5 Reasons of Why I Hate Banks. on: February 06, 2023, 05:44:44 AM
I do not like banks too and do not keep lots of money in them. Financial institutions earn so much money with monthly service fees and they hold money one has earned. This is one of the reasons that I do not like banks, and this is crazy.

Then there are those banks that holds trillions of dollars from most powerful banks showing a monopoly and for the smaller banks who understands customers count firsts is disappearing. Then the regulation, plain and simply the government controlled. Leaving that for banks to be closed on Federal reserve holidays and leaving one waiting for the next banking day to conduct any banking activities.
1075  Other / Off-topic / Re: Which social platform do you prefer? on: February 06, 2023, 05:27:17 AM
There are the three cardinal rules in relationships, I have the 3 cardinals of social media platforms.
One, Twitter for my news source, my feed is customized based on the topics I like to follow. With a few clicks, I stay in touch with what is going on in my neighborhood, the daily news, and any breaking news.
Two, Instagram for the visuals to stay in touch with closer people in my life. Sharing photos with events and hobbies can inspire my followers.
Three, Facebook is one of the oldest social media sites around. I use Facebook to follow certain groups of my hobbies. Group members have a better way to have a detail of their hobbies, mostly use it to stay in touch with friends and family from afar. Which makes it easy through using Facebook messenger.
1076  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SBF said: WHAT HAPPENED? on: February 03, 2023, 07:22:23 AM
Well some good news for SBF if we can call it this. Famous Hollywood Actor Mark Wahlberg’s media production company, Unrealistic Ideas are planning a documentary on crypto exchange FTX and Binance.
This documentary will be about SBF and Binance founder Changpeng Zhao relationship. I wonder how much money SBF will earn from this. Even if it is millions of dollars, he maybe will not get to ever spend it if he goes to jail for a long time.
1077  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will 2023 be another up year for Bitcoin? on: February 03, 2023, 06:51:54 AM
Well yes I do think we will see a up year for Bitcoin in 2023. I am still waiting for that important 25k price before I will begin to expect and hope for a 'bull market'.

I am reading many people online saying big numbers this year. I even seen someone say Bitcoin to 50k by end of year, which I do not find realistic. But wouldn't that just be something special if it did happen. I will be happy with price of 30k by end of this year.
1078  Other / Off-topic / Re: spirit and struggle on: February 03, 2023, 06:41:51 AM
It is important to live each day like it is out last one on this earth. This is because we do not know when we will go so we have to enjoy life when we are still here.
I know many people who passed away at a young age. It is sad to think of things that they could not do and did not live in the moments with no regrets.
1079  Economy / Speculation / Re: what now ? on: February 03, 2023, 04:48:23 AM
Well I am not so sure we can call Bitcoin 'bullish' right now. We have seen price point of like $24,100 but then soon it dips back down below 24k again.

I would feel more comfortable with the market when we touch 25k. This has not happened though since August, but this was only for a brief time. I think more people will become 'bullish' when we break $25,000 but who knows if this will happen soon or no.

Big Bang Theory for the humor
Ozark for the plot and drama
The Wire because it keeps me thinking
