542  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bybit expects to exit UK market on: September 15, 2023, 05:05:57 AM
Well now the Dubai based exchange it is saying it will not exit the UK market and is denying the other reports. I think people were thinking it would happen since in May it withdrew services in Canada.

'At Bybit, we consider the UK to be a highly important market for the advancement of crypto and blockchain technologies. Our commitment to this market is unwavering, and we intend to maintain our presence in the UK for the long term.'

543  Other / Off-topic / The New Apple Iphone 15 on: September 13, 2023, 06:26:47 AM
Well yesterday Apple did a announcement for the new Iphone 15 and IPhone 15 max. The prices are $999 and $1199 which is most expensive Iphone ever.
Is anyone going to buy this? I do not think I will be spending this much money on a phone if there is nothing wrong with the one I have. But I will say it does sound amazing.

544  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to identify shitcoins? on: September 13, 2023, 06:10:26 AM
Well most important if there is no real use for it and no value it is a shitcoin. A shitcoin will be a coin that we see big gains and profits for no reason but insider information. Or a rugpull we will see alot of times with shitcoins.
We can know just by looking at the website. Cheaply made or if they paid some money into making it look good.

Well I like to make sure my system is always the most protected. And that is why I will be running at all times AVG Internet Security 2023.
And for extra security I run a these programs ever single day on my system. They are free to use and are called Eusing, Spybot, and Ccleaer.

https://download.cnet.com/Spybot-Search-Destroy-Portable/3000-8022_4-75331484.html
https://www.ccleaner.com/
Did this Spybot - Search And Destroy free version find something yet - malware etc. ?

Well it does find files my computer does not need. The files are most just temporary files. Which I then deleted to speed up my scans.

547  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: USDC is not safe on: September 11, 2023, 09:12:24 AM
Wll I think it is safe but now we can earn more interest if we stake it on Coinbase. We will now be able to get 5 percent.
On June 15 the interest rate changed from 2 percent to 4 percent. This was because the sec did not consider the stablecoin a unregistered security.

548  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on Reddit coins? on: September 11, 2023, 08:09:45 AM
With social media such as Reddit and Twitter gradually introducing their userbase to crypto the next hype trend could be SocialFi coins, do you suggest investing on those coins or too risky?

I do not have a interest in any social media coins like Reddit coin. Just from how I see it there is no reason for Reddit and Twitter to even do this.
I did not even know this will happen. I know Reddit coins are for rewarding people on Reddit. And Elon Musk did say there is no Twitter token so I do not think this will happen.
549  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay away from crypto influencers on: September 11, 2023, 07:39:10 AM
And now the country of France is making it more hard to be a crypto influencers. You have to have a Responsible Influence Certificate in Financial Advertising. In order to get this you need to score a 75 percent on 25 multiple choice questions.

I like this idea and we can hope this will cause for less scams. If all the congruities did this same thing I think there will be less rug pulls and not so many people to lose their investments.

552  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Worldcoin launch with ORB to scan your eyes on: September 08, 2023, 09:24:13 AM
Well after a investigation in Kenya now they are saying Worldcoin is a "Gang of Criminals Who Are Coming to Harvest Data". This makes me even more worried of Worldcoin and having your data stolen.
I would be very careful for investing in this coin. It is worse enough we have to get our eyes scanned. But now there is countries making concerns for it.

553  Other / Off-topic / Re: Sad story of pregnant woman being killed by Police on: September 08, 2023, 08:53:56 AM
Non-lethal weapons or equipments should be used for cases that don't deserve death, but it seems they are mostly equipped with lethal weapons for such situation.
And police need to start by talking to suspects with less harsh tone which could be increased when they refuse to comply. That could lessen the tendency by the innocent to flee due to fear of being killed.
A guilty suspect will likely want to flee even with less harsh tone while non guilty ones will not

She attacked the officer with a lethal weapon, her car. Officer responded in kind.

Tone? Please so stupid, she was approached normally, her failure to comply lead to the escalation and in kind response. Stop defending criminal activity. If that was you family member attacked with a lethal car you would feel different. "Oh I am glad my son died being run over by a criminals car, at least he didn't yell at him, what a good biy he was"

Well this is the bad thing about all that. I wish she just would comply and then we would not even have to talk about it. It could be just a ticket or some small time to spend in jail. This is better then death and death of the unborn child.

It is sad to call her a 'criminal'. But it is what she was acting as. If you do not listen to the police instructions well then you are being a 'criminal'.
554  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP - yes or no? on: September 08, 2023, 08:20:25 AM
XRP Captain, a Crypto analyst and XRP influencer predicts very big profits for xrp holders. He says for the next 'bull run' that xrp tokens will reach $100 - $130.

I think he is being too 'bullish'. But he is confident for big gains after ripple wins the case against the SEC.

555  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon Musk and the fall of Twitter on: September 08, 2023, 07:15:03 AM
Well Elon Musk has said his company twitter has lost 90% of its value. And now it is only worth $4 Billion.
He is blaming it on the Anti-Defamation League. He is saying it tried to kill his social media platform. He says advertisers do not want to advertise with X anymore and he wants to sue the ADL.

556  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Opinion on Cardano on: September 08, 2023, 06:22:19 AM

In the video he predicts longterm ADA can be worth $26 per token. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sTkRtt3etg8

557  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance: $BNB The Future of Exchanges. on: September 08, 2023, 05:35:20 AM

559  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SBF said: WHAT HAPPENED? on: September 08, 2023, 05:11:32 AM
Well now it is only getting worst for SBF. The criminal case is less then 1 month away for him. But he has lost his possibility to be freed from jail right away.

This is because the judge believes he tampered with witnesses at least 2 times.

560  Other / Off-topic / Re: Sad story of pregnant woman being killed by Police on: September 07, 2023, 06:25:04 AM
It is unfortunate and I felt very upset while watching the video recorded by the police officer's body camera. However, I believe it is important for citizens to follow the law. The police represent the law and it is necessary to obey their instructions. Based on the video, it appears that the woman attempted to drive away before the police officer fired the shot. My condolences go out to her family, and I hope they find the strength to cope with their loss.

Well this is a good point to say and we must remember it. There is police in the world to make sure the citizens follow the laws.

And they do represent he law and we must respect them for their job they do. I think it just makes the story more sad because of the unborn child that will never get a chance for life.
