941  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SBF said: WHAT HAPPENED? on: April 14, 2023, 05:24:51 AM
The price of crypto has helped FTX recover $7.3 billion dollars in assets since they filed for Bankruptcy. I did not know this only customers in Japan was allowed to get access to their funds.
FTX's new CEO John Ray and FTX attorney Andy Dietderich pointing their fingers at SBF. But FTX says it might open up the crypto exchange again.  https://www.reuters.com/technology/bankrupt-crypto-exchange-ftx-has-recovered-73-bln-assets-attorney-2023-04-12/
942  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why is it believed that melt water is the most useful on an empty stomach? on: April 14, 2023, 05:06:03 AM
It is very important to drink a glass of cold water because all the organs and cells in the human body need water to properly function. Many people may not be aware but the water in our bodies helps us as it delivers oxygen to every part of our bodies.
More then 60% of the body is made from water, which is why we need to drink about a gallon of water every day. Our bodies would not survive without water and our kidneys along with organs of the body would begin to fail.
Dehydration is also not good for our bodies. Dry skin can damage skin cells and cause a different types of skin disorders. The many benefits of drinking water should be considered when selecting your next beverage when going out to eat.
Having a cold glass of water can be the difference between that morning's coffee or coca cola. It will be better for your body, with less sugar which means less fat.
943  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to convince a sceptical person to buy Bitcoin ? on: April 12, 2023, 07:29:43 AM
Well the most people I know have heard of Bitcoin but they do not know how to even get some. There are some people who are good with investing who tell me 'who owns Bitcoin' and 'what if I lose it'?
Still confusing for lots of people. To convince I talk about things that do matter for most people, that is money. To make money with buying Bitcoin since it is lower now before we see all time high again. If a skeptical person buys now this person will have double the profits when we see all time time again.  This is best way for me to explain it to a new person I want to convince.
944  Other / Off-topic / Re: Can a stammerer pass a job interview? on: April 12, 2023, 07:04:51 AM
It is always good to prepare the day before your job interview and make sure that you get enough rest. Another thing that you should strongly consider on how not to stutter is to get in front of a mirror and practice how to introduce yourself. Also, try to answer any questions you think your employer might ask you. Remember to do as much research as possible on the position that you're applying for, this will help you very much. The more knowledge you know about your position, the less stress during the job interview. Speak with the truth and if there is any question that you don’t know the answer to, it is better to say I don’t know than to stutter and try to come up with an answer. Remember to relax and breathe which is the most crucial thing to do you may begin to start feeling nervous but as long as you remain composed and cool, you will be fine and won't have stutter problems for your job interview.
945  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why does Cardano get so much hate? on: April 12, 2023, 04:51:02 AM
Well I think Cardano Founder Charles Hoskinson is a reason it gets so much hate. There is accusations of alt right views and critics calling Cardano a cult does not help it.
There is a crypto journalist Laura Shin who does not think Hoskinson is a honest man. Saying he has lied about his education qualifications https://coincodecap.com/laura-shin-accuses-cardano-founder-receives-hate-from-the-internet
I do hodl ADA so this will not make me change my mind. I think it is a good project and I am not going to listen to the fud.
946  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The hype ends ? on: April 11, 2023, 07:59:56 AM
Yes I am just about to say this. I think the hype is now going to begin to pick up even more now. Bitcoin is 30k and the alt coins are showing gains also.
It took us a long time to break past this 30k. We did not see a Bitcoin price of 30k again since June of last year which is almost 1 full year. Maybe we can prepare for a 'bull run'.
947  Other / Off-topic / Re: Does writing service aimed to help students in editing and proofreading? on: April 11, 2023, 06:29:49 AM
Well if you choose to do this just be careful. I would not use these types of service for several reasons.
I think it is illegal or at the very least breaks code of conduct. I think writing can be very valuable for your ability to function in the world. Not only is quality writing a skill that you can have in your toolkit but it can also help sharpen up your thinking.
Learning how to structure your ideas in a logical and coherent manner that people understand makes you a more effective person in the world. At bottom, I don’t want to miss the opportunity to improve myself in any possible situation.
948  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't buy altcoins because they are top altcoins on: April 11, 2023, 05:18:56 AM
Well I must say if I am buying alt coins it is only top 10 coins on coinmarketcap. I just feel the more volume in a certain alt or project it is better for long term investment.
If there is more people putting their money into it, it gives me more confidence. This is also just less of risk compared to putting my money into a brand new project with no hype in it. More chance of pump and dump then investing in Etheruem or Doge or Caradno as a example.
949  Other / Off-topic / Re: Which Song are you listening NOW on loop & why? on: April 11, 2023, 05:06:09 AM
Marshmello ft. Bastille - Happier (Official Music Video) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m7Bc3pLyij0
If I am feeling down this song makes me feeling happier about my life. It is a song I can listen to much times in a row and I have it in my memory. It is the first song that comes to my mind.

Then only for a minute
I want to change my mind
'Cause this just don't feel right to me
I wanna raise your spirits
I want to see you smile but
Know that means I'll have to leave
Know that means I'll have to leave
Lately, I've been, I've been thinking
I want you to be happier, I want you to be happier
950  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: What makes Binance stay strong despite all FUD ? on: April 10, 2023, 06:36:48 AM
Well I have use Binance exchange for a long time. It  has always been my preferred Crypto exchange. It will make no difference about the fud I read with cz or fud it will close down.
When they bought trust wallet I became more confident my alt coins would be safe. I keep most of my alt coins in trust wallet and have ever since it launched in 2017. I feel compared to some others that it is just much safer with Binance and the good history it has.
951  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bear market likely over? on: April 10, 2023, 05:16:04 AM
Well I am now thinking this 'bear market' is over. Bitcoin price is looking very attractive at the moment and I like the optimistic view. I’m bullish on BTC and think in remaining of  2023 we’re going to see some nice gains.

I  would love to stack up some satoshis right now and if I had the extra fiat I would definitely consider buying more. Unfortunately, I don’t have a ton of fiat lying around at the moment but I am definitely liking the price. If the timing is right and this is a good year at work, I’ll be stacking up more Bitcoin  while I think we will see a 'bull run at any time.
952  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is storing bitcoin is more secure in iPhone than in an Andriod phone on: April 09, 2023, 04:15:56 AM
Well I do not store any of my bitcoin on mobile devices. I just think this is too risky for being a victim of a hacker or of some other type of attack.
For us to be safe with our bitcoin just use a hardware wallet. This way no one can ever have access to it. And unlike a mobile device that you can lose this will not happen with hard wallet if you store it in a safe place.
953  Other / Off-topic / Re: are pirated softwares and movies are harmful? on: April 09, 2023, 03:36:47 AM
Well this is something I always would do when a new song came out or a new movie that I want to watch. I would simply visit a torrent site and download free copies to my computer not realizing that one day I would download a huge software virus.
Let me tell you it was not easy and it sure was not cheap to save my computer. Since that incident, I have now learned my lesson to just pay a trusted streaming service to watch my movies or hear my favorite music.
I do not pirate software anymore, it is a risk with much unknown malware or virus that is simply too costly. Fixing this problem is expensive and time-consuming and nothing but headaches. If you think about it someone can be spying on your activity and even steal important information.
954  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is the Bitcoin (BTC) Halving? Will Bitcoin Price Really Be $100K Next Year? on: April 08, 2023, 06:41:35 AM
Well I think it's highly probable that Bitcoin will reach 100k in 2025 the year after halving. If you look at the historic trajectory of BTC it's clear that its growth has been consistent and the value rises with growth.
This is due in part to the fact that it is in limited supply. Moreover, I believe we are headed for serious inflation in the coming year and I feel that BTC is a great way to store value. On the other hand, it is also clear that there have always been corrections and that is where we are today.
My prediction is that adoption will continue to increase globally and utility for the blockchain and cryptocurrencies in general will drive BTC to new heights for the foreseeable future. However, there may be some turbulence along the way but I'm a long hold on BTC so that doesn't concern me.
955  Other / Off-topic / Re: importance of perseverance on: April 08, 2023, 06:02:36 AM
I strongly believe that it is very important to have a perseverance mindset in life. This can be for when you a trying out for a sports team or looking to get hired when by a company. No matter how difficult riding a bike, skateboarding down a handrail, or rollerblading off a ramp and failing don't worry keep trying.
There is a reason why they say 'practice makes perfect' but truly think it is nothing else but perseverance. Trust me when I say that it may seem long and difficult at times but you will obtain success when you're constantly working hard and being persistant.
One of my favorite people who have inspired me to work hard is Ray Croc. Not many people may have heard of him but without Ray Croc, there would not be a McDonald's franchise. Ray Croc was the key person behind the massive franchise expansion.
Another person who is truly inspiring is Jack Ma who is the richest person in Asia and runs one of the largest companies in China known as Alibaba. Despite facing rejection throughout his life Jack Ma kept his perseverance attitude and it kept him going and believe to himself when others did not.
956  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is buying BTC now, the best option ??? on: April 08, 2023, 04:02:03 AM
I think buying Bitcoin now is a good idea, a best option more than other coins on the crypto market. I also think it is a good idea to buy Bitcoin for others to get them into investing in it
Bitcoin is a great gift and a really nice thing to give to somebody you care about. So many gifts I give to others are disposable and probably just end up not used. I hate to think of all the cheap plastic gifts that people give others that become trash all over the world.
The reality is you're helping them invest in a technology that is truly revolutionary. And you are going to help them make profit from hodling.
957  Other / Off-topic / Re: You deserve to be happy on: April 08, 2023, 03:48:36 AM
Well I agree everyone in life deserves to be happy because it is good for your mental health. And being happy is also good for you because your attitude and approach to things in life will have positive results.

If you start your day being sad, mad, or angry that can be very stressful. It will not allow you to clearly think or do something right. Take for example something so simple as driving to work. If you do not have a good meal this will cause you to have hunger.

Now if you are already running late for work and traffic is bad. You will not be going to work with a happy approach or attitude. But by waking up early, having a proper meal can help you to have a happy attitude and start your day with positivity.

Another good example is being happy in a good relationship. This is so important because if you are not in a healthy relationship, it can cost you your mental health and happiness.

Having the right partner in a relationship matters a lot because both of you want to be happy. Toxic relationships are bad for anyone because you may be giving your time and love to someone who does not appreciate you or even your money.
958  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DOGE surges as Twitter change its website icon to Doge on: April 07, 2023, 06:29:27 AM
Well now look like I have said it too soon. Now Twitter has removed the doge logo from the application. And the price of doge coin has fallen 9% in the last 24 hours so again Elon Musk is controlling price of his favorite coin.

959  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Opinion on Cardano on: April 07, 2023, 05:07:23 AM
I have been holding some Cardano for some time now. I became interested in this project because the creator Charles Hoskinson did work with Vitalik Buterin on Ethereum. So I think he knows somethings about crypto projects.
I like to invest in projects that have a Stable coin. Cardano now has its Stable coin Djed and it was launched only a few months ago. The largest digital currency asset manager in the world, Grayscale Investments, has alot invested in Cardano too.
960  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you think talents is different from skills? on: April 07, 2023, 04:24:55 AM
Well I think these are 2 different things you have. Skills are with training and talent is something that one just knows how to do.   Talents are like in music you take a singer that can carry a tune and the skill that a singer must do is perfecting that note.

Then you have a chef who has a special talent. They have that talent of knowing how to cook and there is that skill to make sure that a menu is set for its restaurant patrons. It takes this talent to perfect his skill, it is not something that just any person will know how to do.
