861  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do You trust Tether (USDT) Stablecoin? on: May 18, 2023, 06:16:38 AM
Well USDT had profits of $1.5 Billion so far in first quarter of this year. And now it will use at most 15% of profits to buy Bitcoin and depends on monthly net profits.

It is just another reason for Tether to be most trusted stable coin. https://tether.to/en/tether-to-further-strengthen-reserves-through-purchase-of-bitcoin-with-realized-net-operating-profits/
862  Other / Off-topic / Re: Check the expiration date of food (consumables) items before buying them. on: May 18, 2023, 05:22:55 AM
It is very important to check all your food expiration dates before purchasing and taking your food home. From experience I can tell you that a had a bad case of food poisoning, all because I was too stubborn to realize that the turkey ham that I bought at the store was long past its expiration date.

At first when I got the turkey ham out from the packing, a funky but not stinky smell was coming from the turkey ham. I looked and touched the turkey ham and it had clear cream on the ham. I still went ahead and cooked it with some eggs.

Afterward like some 30 minutes later. I started having some bad stomach pains, I also started sweating and had to go to the bathroom because I got diarrhea. But that is not all it only got worst because I started vomiting all the ham and eggs that I had made for breakfast.

This could have all been avoided if had only taken an extra second to look at the expiration date on the turkey ham that I purchased. So yes, take the time to check your food and avoid yourself getting food poisoning.
863  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP - yes or no? on: May 18, 2023, 04:46:16 AM
Some more 'bullish' news for Ripple if still deciding on it. It has acquired custody startup Metaco for $250 Million. It will pay half in cash and other half will be in equity.

864  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SBF said: WHAT HAPPENED? on: May 18, 2023, 04:25:10 AM
Well this is getting interesting for SBF. The US Department of Justices has sent letters to lawmakers and asking for donations from FTX to be returned. This is more then $40 Million that DOJ is asking for back from Political contributions in 2022.

865  Other / Off-topic / Do you have some big fears? on: May 18, 2023, 04:09:01 AM
I think my biggest fear is of spiders. I am very terrified of spiders because of their eight legs and eyes. Spiders also have fangs that allow them to spit out silk to create webs to trap different types of flying insects to kill them and eat them.

Now spiders are also able to lay their eggs on the webs they create around cold, dark, and dusty spaces. For example, behind furniture, underneath your bed or set of stairs, closets, and sometimes inside cabinets. That is why it is very important that your constantly clean your house to ensure spiders don’t invade or home.

I do not kill spiders when they are inside my house despite how scared I am of them. What I recommend is to set some traps around your house, this way you can catch them safely and take them to a pet store or try to release them to the wild.

So what about your biggest fears?
866  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Favourite MEME COINS? on: May 17, 2023, 06:22:24 AM
Well I have read that 99% of meme coins will be pump and dumps. But there are some new meme coins paying off big profits for its investors. $Dino, $Shib, and $Floki are making investors big profits.

$Dino is up more then 500% in the last 30 days. It is in top social media engagement with other meme coins like $Shib and Dogecoin. I do not see this to be true about $Pepe and maybe there is no more pumping of this popular meme coin anymore.
867  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it wise to stake your crypto currency on: May 17, 2023, 06:01:44 AM
Well this is just 1 more reason why I do not like to stake my coins anymore. If I want to stake my coins on the exchange, I do not want there to be such delays for getting the rewards from staking them.

Coinbase has paused Ethereum staking rewards withdrawals for up to 3 days. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/coinbase-pauses-eth-staking-reward-205728999.html
868  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Ultimate Meme Coin is Here Sheep coin Launching soon on: May 17, 2023, 05:46:52 AM
When I think of mem coin and it called 'sheep coin' I would not invest in something like this. I will think I am a 'sheep' like a person who follows other people.

I looked in to this project, they have what is called a 'Membersheep'. I am not a big fan of new projects to invest in especially new meme coins because there is so many. It feels like for me each day a new project comes out.
869  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's the most stupid things before you man up? on: May 17, 2023, 05:30:55 AM
Well I regret not being any closer with my mother. When I was much younger she was mean to me and I did not see her as my mother. But when I grew older I started to realize the ways she acted, was not really all of it her fault.
I have had many chances to make up for it. Be a nice son to her and for times we didnt spend together. But now she is older and sicker and it is too late I think. So I regret it from a long time ago not getting to know her better then when I was a kid.
870  Other / Off-topic / Re: My music career on: May 17, 2023, 05:19:49 AM
We  we are so much alike. I wanted to be a chef when I was younger. My father left when I was young and my mother didnt give me any much attention, mostly when I talked about my future. She did not think very much of me or did she give me mental support.

I wish I was like you and had parents to tell me to go to school. It is not too late to make your dreams come true. Maybe you can make a online account and get your music on the internet and someone will maybe see it.
871  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP - yes or no? on: May 17, 2023, 05:06:29 AM
Well Ripple is up now 8% in the last 24 hours after good news. It is a win for the Ripple and all of us in the crypto community.

872  Economy / Economics / Re: How to spend money determines whether you can avoid unnecessary problems on: May 15, 2023, 06:19:01 AM
The reason why is it important to be financially responsible is because you do not want to be reckless and spend all your money. And if you do not have money, you pretty much are stuck in a financial hardship that will have you living to check by check.
Being financially responsible means you know how to manage your spending habits. This is very crucial because if you are not careful with your spending you will find yourself in financial debt.
A good example is not buying expensive things so you have enough money to feed your family and be able to pay your bills. Or not take luxurious vacations only to come back financially in debt and be risking not being able to pay for your expenses and essentials.
873  Other / Off-topic / Re: To make a living always comes first on: May 15, 2023, 06:07:29 AM
It is very important to earn a honest living. Why would you want to live with no peace knowing that you did people wrong? Would it not bother you that you made money not the honest way but by cheating someone out of what is theirs?
I was raised in a household where I would see my mother get up early to go make an honest living. Perhaps I may have not been living in luxury growing up but at least I was taught the valuable lesson of going to work every day and go make an honest living.
My mother taught me that there is no gain in stealing or cheating people out of their money simply because you want to make more money. She showed me how to work hard and appreciate everything that I earn in my life.
There is nothing wrong with making a living instead of living in constant fear because you did people wrong out of their money.
874  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on potential portfolio on: May 15, 2023, 05:54:11 AM
Well I think you should put most of this 1.5k into Ethereum instead of those others. I think Ethereum is only one of those with a real case for owning it and it has marketcap of $225 Billion and its only behind Bitcoin.
Those other alt coins you mention, are really just a bigger risk. They might make you big profits. But you might see them take big losses. I do not even know of most of them if I am being honest.
875  Other / Off-topic / Re: A survival show? on: May 15, 2023, 04:54:47 AM

876  Economy / Speculation / Re: Terra cofounder Do Kwon is the one who is pumping Bitcoin on: May 15, 2023, 04:45:35 AM
Well some bad news for Jump Trading. It is a trading exchange that focuses on algorithms. It is now going to face lawsuit for violating United States regulations from earnings of $1.3 Billion profit from TerraUSD.

877  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [AVAX] Avalanche Speculation - price movement tracking & discussion on: May 15, 2023, 04:33:32 AM
Well I still have my Avalance tokens after this time. And now there is another Airdop they are having for the community.

You can claim your $AVAK tokens. https://beacons.ai/avalancheavax_airdrops
878  Other / Off-topic / Re: Tarot reading for Crypto on: May 15, 2023, 03:04:02 AM
Well I would never pay a tarot card reader to give me economic price predictions. I think this is like scammers trying to take advantage of hard working people. I would not trust them for any kind of financial advice and would not waste my time with these people.

Beware because these so-called tarot readers will say something just for money. And not only this they will try to prey on people who are desperate for positive news and good financial advice. They will read your future and give you financial advice that you want to hear.
879  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC 100K FOR 2024 ! on: May 15, 2023, 02:16:04 AM
Well my Bitcoin price predictions has not been very accurate if I am going to be honest. I predicted a price of BTC to be 100k by the end of 2022. So maybe I am not the best for this price prediction. But even then I am still remaining 'bullish'.

The year 2024 is still a far time away in terms of crypto. And I think it there is good chance price will be closer to 100k. My prediction is that in the year 2024 the price of 1 btc will be 50k to 100k in price.
880  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP - yes or no? on: May 14, 2023, 07:22:50 AM
The CEO of Ripple Brad Garlinghouse believes the US government lawsuits against the company will end in the 3rd quarter of this year. I think there will be a lot of people buying more xrp when the US government drops case saying XRP is a security.

I am still hodling onto my XRP and will buy some more when this happens. https://www.cryptoglobe.com/latest/2023/05/xrp-ripple-ceo-garlinghouse-predicts-sec-lawsuit-resolution-by-end-of-q3-2023/
