Oi. Most times trading the cow for magic beans does not work well.....

Can’t... resist...

– Boyfriend doesn't have enough money, so he trades GF for 1 BTC.

Clearly sometimes, it works well.  Reminds me of margin trading.

Can I borrow your girlfriend on margin to short her?

Mmmm, 100x leverage.

Do I retain custody of the magic beans?

Introducing Bitcoin on TRON
We’re excited to be the first to support Bitcoin on TRON (BTCTRON) today! Starting now, Poloniex customers can use our new Swap feature to exchange their Bitcoin to BTCTRON for free directly from within their Poloniex Wallet. BTCTRON is a type of wrapped Bitcoin token that exists on the TRON blockchain.

But...  Whatever for?

Either you are close to reaching "fuck you" status, or you have already reached it.

Either of those scenarios would be good newses.

Alternatively, you wrongly believe that you have reached "fuck you" status in regards to you are in a kind of denial state about possible "master(s)" that you are failing/refusing to recognize or grant proper credit(s).  That would suck.  Cry

Curious question: If one were to finally achieve "fuck you" status level, what would be the motivation to continue posting around here?

Asking for a friend.

To campaign for the level beyond Legendary status.

 Fuck You! status.

Also... if this is handled like all the rest of how Bitmex has worked and there are no big gotchas it's also gonna light a fire once people start to realize it's all gonna be OK.

Markets are acting like China has banned bitcoin(tm) again!

As per Usual.

I've been out of the loop - has China still been banning BTC on regular intervals the last couple years?
488  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: October 01, 2020, 07:40:49 PM
I remember one resistance/support was around 0.0115 and other around 0.017. I clearly remember saying that any Monero below 0.017 btc is a undervalued Monero Smiley   Anyway around 0.0115 will be our next target. If somehow, with BitMex drama, breaks it we will go fast to not super cheap Monero range anymore.

I think there are some scenarios in which the BitMex thing is good fr Monero...

The suspense is killing...  Were you planning to expand on that, or just drop it like Elwar?  Tongue

Calling to my OGs... You guys can feel it, can't ya?  I mean... it's been a while... like a hibernation.

But the time for snoozing is near to the end.  The birds are starting to chirp outside, and it's still dark... but not as dark as the last time we got up to pee.

steady upward pressure

That is quite simply to explain. The history books are full of shit because some people don't want you to know what happend on this planet for real.

Example: Great Pyramids of Gize were not build by Egyptians, even Aristoteles and Plato wrote, that the Egyptians told and showed him, that they inherited those monolitic structures with the math to that and they are bound to preserving them. There are some quite good engineers from different disciplines who all say, that this is not possible with bronce chisels and stones, hence material used in the pyramids and southern America is near adamantine and much, much older (in the six figures) then stated. Even modern techniques of building are not near to the precision of the pyramids, despite a lot of engineers tried to rebuild those structures and all failed even with modern tools.

My two cents for that  Grin

You got that right, that was a nice insight from you Elirippos friend going to merrit you when i have new one's to spend. I've spend my last 2 on Cryptotourist and soullyG.

Not long ago i saw on TV a docu how they lift those stones. They showed a lifting catapult with a 70kg block and continued straight after the building process of the entire pyramide.. lol. But they didn't explained how they lift those 100 to 1000+ tons massive blocks, you need a huge crane for that ore how to make those drill holes in granite and all those mindblowing stuff you see inside. The nearest quarry is located in Aswan few hundred kilometers away transported with a boat but those wooden boats would instantly sink. 6 figures is highly possible, it takes a very long time in evolution to reach that kind of intellect.

They all lie because of religion. Religion is corrupted over time, according to Sumarians the original records are still hidden under the tunnels of the pyramids. They refuse to escavate the site because when people find out that there was another civilisation ore beeings from other planets that whole scam while collapse. ( They have been indoctrinated over time you can't talk it out of there head that easily, look what happend in France this week after they released that Charlie Hebdo cartoon, a stabbing spree.) Jezus, Moses, Allha, Shiva, Brahma and Vishnu where all students to give uss a head-start and left. Unfortuanlly, books like the bible and the Koran where rewritten so many times to favor those leaders to fight there wars and to make them rich. Hinduism (Shiva as supreme being within Shaivism) is the world's oldest religion and Boedha are the most still intact.

Edit: Cryptotourist donated fresh merrits, thx Smiley

I once read some work by scifi author stanislav lem, where he spun a story about mankind evolving over and over again from (unknown) genesis to self destruction, for numerous iterations. The bottom line was that what we consider to be ancient structures are leftovers of a former mankind that was eradicating itself, and ages later it was all starting again with an ape throwing a stick. I don't remember the title, but it was fascinating. Paper was called "papyr", and it was kind of self destructing, so culture and knowledge vanished with it, forcing to start development all over again.

Otherwise, i always felt some affinity to this idea of "mankind as an alien experiment", whenever i read about or was remembered of it.

The coming flu season will be the breaking point. Normal flu is less lethal during spring and summer so finger crossed how Covid behaves for the months ahead. You don't want to have people hanging on ventilators at the ICU's again.

Vaccine will be ready at the start of 2021 ore later during spring, it's also possible before 2021. All of them are in the 3th fase of testing.

I hope it will be a done deal in summer 2021 so i can enjoy major sports events like Euro football championship with mass gatherings drinking a glas of beer watching the games and of course seeing woman in tight orange football outfits again lol.

The top 3 is still worrisome, i expect India to overtake U.S.A sooner ore later. Do not underestimate Covid-19 the danger is still there, stay save.

It's about the initial infection's virus load the immune system has to cope with. This is, by research, the main factor for severeness of Covid19.
Secondary, how effective the individual immune system is working against viruses.
Additionally, the virus floats, bound to aerosols. Influenza is falling to the ground pretty quickly, compared to SARS-CoV-2.
Make your own judgement based on these factors.

Even worse, it seems that positive individuals without symptoms don't develop antibodies. I leave it up to research and science if most of these were false positives, but it seems kinda obvious. Otherwise: good bye, herd immunity.

I recognized that i started to get extremely fed up about "Corona" discussion in general. Not only the mask-defenders, also the weak conspiracy minded and selfish "we don't need the weak and old, so let em die"- type. Everything. It seems like constantly arguing is making everything social-related worse. And it sticks out of my ass already.
I couldn't eat as much as i'd like to vomit. I hope i can find my way out of this depressive episode soon, without being dependent on people becoming SANE again, if they ever were. But this time, with the flu season coming, it's likely going to boil up to the point where everybody hates everybody else. Or is it just me?

EDITed some minor things.

I don't think there will be much of a flue season this winter, what stops covid stops the flue even more effective. When measures against covid was enforced this year influenza just died.

more like every sniffle was declared  COVID!
