I tend to consider my coins at SciFiEx long gone. But Would like to see a new place to trade what I have in home wallets.
I had a bunch of how-to Mine instructions go poof also

Is there a complied qt/exe anywhere? if not send me one and I'll host it.
I keep getting errors trying to make an environment I can compile in.

Anybody know what it would take to update DPZ? Original Dev has abandoned it ( per email sent to me) so we can clone git site and update. But I'm not a dev and have yet to get a viable qt and dependencies installed.
I used to have spice and a darsek pools but the pool host went bust.

Got it thanks. I was hoping for some sort of announcement. Opening up discussions. I've been with this coin since summercoin 1.0 and like the current coin's looks and respect it pays to the Navajo codetalkers. Maybe the redesign in more in the development code than looks.
|
|
|
Redesign will start by the end of this week - just like announced.
Regards
~ Strugg
Do you understand English? Where is the design So Today? or by the 27? this is the end of the week (new starts Sunday)

I will give $50 for rebranding IF someone elese matches my donation

Well if it becomes easy enough to install/run. it might be worth running a P2pool node instead of just a wallet. Sort of like a staking coin avoids concentrations of miners as far as attacks go it would make attacking the whole network merged pools+p2pool more difficult/expensive p2pool is useful but there have been attacks against it, also note that it is not true merge its main pool + solo merge of aux coins but still it would be nice to add + Distributed and DDoS tolerant *so should not have single point of failure - Just a single coin pool *aux coins are only submitted from local work and not part of pool with a lot of nodes running p2pool its good as it would be well distributed but with only a few nodes some of the advantages are lost imho

please feel free to use any of the icons I made also photon has been updated newest version with open ssl 1.0.2a here and other minor tweaks for windows qt and photond https://github.com/photonproject/photon/releases/tag/8.9.2.1bchanges to source are outlined here (see recent commits) , a few cosmetics, checkpoint , ect, not mandatory but recommended upgrade https://github.com/photonproject/photonPlease consider running a node for Photon and the other blake coin family members , while we maintain a very active and reliable network as things grow the more nodes the better.... It costs you nothing really just leave your wallet on !! (In theory it may take up some bandwidth but nothing at all near what running a bitcoin node would take , I recently shut my bitcoin node down due to this and the changes I don't like that bitcoin is making to it's blocksize ect....)
