From what I could see, the PSL salaries are around 8% to 10% of that in the IPL. For example, the highest paid players (Colin Munro, Chris Jordan and Asif Ali) are being paid $170,000 per year. And in IPL, the highest paid player as of now is KL Rahul with an annual contract of $2,280,000. You can't even compare IPL salaries with that from the other leagues. It's like a David vs Goliath battle. The highest paid player in BBL receives $258,900 per year and the same for CPL and BPL is $160,000 and $150,000 respectively. Above is the latest scorecard of PSL. The first stage of PSL is over and each team has played 5 matches each. Now after two days rest, the matches will resume and again each team will play more five matches against each other before we know which top 4 teams qualify for the playoffs. Other than the Karachi team, all the teams have the chance to qualify if they play good cricket and win most of the remaining matches.

Australia will not cancel the series even if ECB and CNZ cancel the series. There is no security issue in Pakistan now. PSL is being held now, many foreign players are now in Pakistan. They would not have come to play in PSL if there were security issues. This series will definitely be held. But I am waiting to see how the Australian team performs on the field in Pakistan. No doubt IPL is richest, and they could be more in near future as they are doing their homework with the help of ICC, but if they do some better favour for few other small boards surely this could be good for these boards and players because recently we have few players pull out from CPL, BBL and BPL due to salary issues and if this case continue then surely we will watch few leagues will die before having any good peak for themselves so it is good time for give them support.

Although India have a great win against the West Indies, they still have the weakness of their top order. Rohit Sharma has scored only 5 runs. Rishab Pant and Kohli collected 18 run each. India won this match only because of the good performance of their bowlers. I want to give full credit to the bowlers for winning the match. Every bowler has bowled well enough. A very good record by India with having first team to achieve this 1000 ODI and second team to have 500+ wins, not a bad at all. PSL is getting very interesting and there is tough competition among the top three teams Multan, Lahore and Islamabad. I know very few people outside Pakistan are watching the PSL live but the competition is really fantastic. The boundaries are always reduced in the T20 leagues to make them entertaining with high scoring games.

Before getting into conclusion you need to understand that Cricket Ireland is a separate body as far as i understand from their official website.
