541  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you play at a casino where payments are delayed for days? Why? on: December 19, 2018, 04:26:16 PM
Knowing that their withdrawal process have some kind of "review" process going on would discourage me on playing their website. Even some casinos I know that offer instant withdrawals have this kind of process if you win big on their casino some of them even will ask you for KYC before they allow you to your own winning. That is why I am highly discouraged on playing this kinds of casino as they are either scamming you are they just really hate their customers winning their games, either way they don't have the right to withhold your money.
Ad-hoc rules based on the withdrawal amount must be a kind of scam. I have seen many people were reporting here such activities from famous casinos too. If you win small, they do not have any problem to pay you instantly but if you win big, they need you clearing KYC. This should be treated as a high level of cheating. But, scenarios like that are all happening till now even with crypto based casinos as this community is not giving a voice against them.
542  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Live Betting vs Online Betting on: December 19, 2018, 03:46:29 PM
At the beginning I thought that by placing live bets would have given me sure wins. I thought since I am watching the game live to have an edge over the bookies but it is not so. I learned this from tennis games where I placed a bet on the winning player the one who won by a good margin the first set and I ended up losing the game. Live betting is not a good choice for me.
You must understand the fact that most of the online gambling houses are built based on the criteria and probability which are applicable for real life betting/gambling. Both online and real life gambling are based on a random number generations. For an online casino, random number generations kind of things are programmed as per different games and needs to give us the exact real gambling excitements.  No one could predict what number or what event will be coming out next.

But,  we must take consideration of many people's experience here. Yes, many gamblers here have shared like they were profitable with gambling when they were doing it in real life. It may be within their friends or like how you did.
543  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Waves knock out Ethereum on: December 18, 2018, 06:04:30 PM
At the bearish market, the waves steadily hold their position, and when price of Bitcoin is falling , the price of Waves is rising! The functionality of the Waves is much higher than Eth. Usability is better, fast transactions, own stock exchange, powerful mobile applications for Android and iOS. And there will be a lot of interesting features. This is the time to buy waves.
Yes, this is time to buy waves as some experts are predicting the short term targets around 0.03 BTC which is in other words more than ethereum's current price levels. I am always wondering why waves is not finding success whereas similar thing ethereum is showing this much growth in comparatively lesser time frame. Ethereum was pumped heavily by few whales whereas in that area waves is not finding any support.

Waves is having a fixed supply unlike ethereum which must be the another fact where I am believing into the future of waves.
544  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solution for crypto currency investors on: December 18, 2018, 05:05:42 PM
Crypto currency now is quite in the correction state and i think there is need to get of cuurrencies and go into tech (technology).

Investment should be made only when they are Companies that have platforms and protocols, companies with new ways to utilize blockchain in various sectors
Then the biggest gainers, outside the hype world we are now, ill be those on the block chain in which the future is built.

Just my thoughts, but i think its the best way out to invest
The only good that came out of 2018 was the investments made into blockchain and crypto. There has been a lot of companies based on blockchain technology and crypto and a lot of them got investments from outside world to get bigger. The year ended with a big bad bear run and dropped the price from $6.5k to $3.5k and it came after the price already dropped from 20 thousand dollars.

However, the fact that investors sees these new crypto companies as a potential to get big means that they are not investing for today, they are investing for the future. If you had a 1% stake in coinbase during 2018 you wouldn't be upset, yeah the price went down and the trading fees went down with it but you would know that 1% of coinbase will only get more and more valuable over time. We can clearly see investing into crypto companies are more profitable in the long run than investing directly into crypto.
545  Economy / Economics / Re: Wash Trading: Markets manipulation on: December 18, 2018, 04:35:48 PM
I don't think this is neither illegal or even immoral. When the whole livelihood of your lives work depends on you doing wash trading so your volume look high that is still quite acceptable, add the fact that others do it too and you got yourself a no brainer.

Of course from the stats it looks like coinbase is making it way too frequently and they need to chill out a bit but when your wash trading is only 30% or so of your whole trading volume it makes sense. I wish we lived in a world where wash trading was not a thing and than when someone did it we could really go all out on them but when 90% of the market is doing the same thing the ones who do not do it really just either have high volume enough to not care or they are lying about not doing it.
546  Economy / Economics / Re: What will you do in 2030? on: December 18, 2018, 03:50:08 PM
It is a difficulty question considering I don't know what to do tomorrow. However, if I were to guess, I had a great life thanks to crypto and had a blast for couple years and now that the markets are going bad for a whole year I realized that depending on crypto is not a smart move. So my next move will be getting a regular steady job and keep my bitcoin job as well.

I will be spending the money I make from regular job and than keep the crypto jobs payments in bitcoin (or other crypto) and than save it for the future. The more the merrier since the price will probably go up in the future so when I make money today and not spend it, it means I will have a lot more in the future.

That is why I think by 2030 I will probably working a dead end job probably promoted one or two times and have a lot of crypto to actually quit my job whenever I want to and still live comfortably while I am looking for a new job.
547  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Hope ahead for crypto currencies on: December 17, 2018, 05:53:33 AM
Theres a reason why Bitcoin was called a bubble..

I strongly believe Cryptocurrency will bounce back... but in a different form with a higher hash function than SHA-256 and probably strictly managed by some elements within the G8.

Bitcoin was a test but the world must still go fully digital in basic finance  administration and other areas as well
When people say this is exactly like dotcom bubble I do get upset a bit, crpto has a lot more potential to change our lives than just amazon, if amazon wasn't a thing we would still be fine by just buying at a store, crypto will become big enough to change the world so much that we will say how we lived without it and create new stuff we can't live without.

That being said the common thing is that when dotcom bubble happened there was a lot of companies that got funding and attention without merit and they became really rich without really putting much work into it just like some shady ICO coins that got funded millions of dollars in span of couple hours but they lacked the tech behind providing many stuff.

Hence, the reality is just like dotcom bubble there will be a lot of coins and money lost but the great ones will prevail and become even bigger than they used to.
548  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buying us stocks with Bitcoin on: December 17, 2018, 04:10:52 AM
Would people buy us stocks with Bitcoin? The pump will happen if that's the case. Alot easier to buy with Bitcoin. Only if us markets accept Bitcoin.
There is an issue of ownership in that case. When you buy stocks from your bank or from some investment third party middleman you pay them to make sure YOU own those stocks that you paid. However when you use bitcoin you do not have an account somewhere or you do not share your personal information as much as you share with your bank.

I do not have any trouble sharing my moms maiden name with my bank but I do not prefer to do so when it comes to some new bitcoin stock thingy. Hence, it would create a challange to get those stocks under your own name if you pay with bitcoins. Moreover, it would be amazing if Banks finally manage to create their own crypto wallets and allow you to store your bitcoins with your bank like you do with your fiat and than you can spend your bitcoins to get stocks however you want.
549  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ripple Recover? on: December 17, 2018, 03:31:29 AM
Riak will recover in the near future, rest assured that Ripple will not just give up. Ripple is a good and trustworthy coin, so we don't need to worry about Ripple anymore. Of course it will return to normal again
Ripple has been around for YEARS and people are not realizing it is just the old bitcoin cash.

XRP was invented because the company Ripple wanted to get some funding and use those funds to create a blockchain that would help the financial world for their transaction issues, thanks to the new Ripple Blockchain all banks and investors could use their blockchain to do their transactions and it would cost basically nothing and that small tiny amount for those banks would combine make a lot of money for Ripple company.

Moreover, everyone forgot that XRP is not Ripple and Ripple is not XRP. So when ripple company makes a lot of money thanks to their blockchain XRP is not getting any profit from it however people keep buying and selling it for some reason. There is nothing backing it and no utility to it yet it is still one of the top coins consistently.

551  Economy / Economics / Re: Was Crypto Started by Western Elites? on: December 03, 2018, 04:41:59 AM
I do not think bitcoin is like any other currency or even commodity we have faced so far in the history of money. It does have one difference between all others like fiat and gold which is having the decentralized human aspect. Fiat is heavily centralized and can be printed whenever federal banks wants to and governments control it by regulating it to even smallest aspects of it.

Gold is a bit decentralized considering no one can actually print more gold (they can mine it like bitcoin if they want) and there has been no known tempering with gold since it is an element and what is gold is gold and can't change anything else into gold. Now with all that in mind gold can't be used to buy stuff that easily, it is really difficult to use it as a payment option, it can be a good investment if you want but can't be changing hands that easily (at least not anymore).

Bitcoin is both like fiat and gold in the sense that you can use it like fiat but it will be decentralized like gold.
552  Economy / Speculation / Re: Banned dude projects Bitcoin bounce maybe to $10k, then renewed decline to $4600 on: November 26, 2018, 06:53:39 PM
I hate these prediction people. There is not a single person who can predict bitcoin price. The price didn't fall because of some indicator knowledge or anything, it dropped because Craig Wright sold a lot of bitcoins, thats all.

There are just 2 rules in price estimates of bitcoin ;
1- Nobody, NOBODY can guess the price and what will happen to bitcoin, 2- A lot of people think they are exceptions to this rule. There are no people in this earth who can estimate what bitcoin will do, out of a billion price predictions of course there will be some right ones but that doesn't mean they know what they are talking about. They do not. They have no idea and neither do we. We just hope that one day bitcoin will be at a price where we feel happy about selling and live a good life afterwards.
553  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Friendly advice/warning about gambling in this market on: November 25, 2018, 04:44:17 PM
Nobody cares if you have millions of dollars worth of crypto. The point of advice here given by OP is that your millions of dollars might worth less even if you win in this market so don't be alarmed. You can bet a million dollars into something and win and get a million dollars back, it is all because of the market change.

I think the help was given with no ill manner, it was to help people realize that when the markets fall you should focus on the amount of bitcoin you gamble with instead of the dollar value of how much you gamble, if you look at the bitcoin number instead of the fiat you will realize that you did won, if you check the fiat number you would think the company is trying to scam you somehow. That is why you should be really extra careful during these types of markets while gambling.
554  Economy / Economics / Re: IMF chief is in support of crypto. Keep holding on: November 24, 2018, 03:29:52 PM
It is good to see someone with authority in support of crypto. We just need some more encouragement from influential people and this will together boost the prices of crypto.

I am holding all the coins currently because I do not think that it makes sense in selling in loss. The market is uneven but it will correct soon.
And authority like IMF that is totally about money coming and going. And yes, keep holding, for the good time is just about to come. In next month probably, we might be seeing good charismatic actions.
Well, I guess we hope so but even if we see some good action, it does not necessarily mean it is all about the IMF. Basically, this is one person's opinion, and generally, we are all entitled to her opinion which I believe she is as well entitled to hers, which in this case, referring to the IMF boss.

Yeah, just like someone rightly mentioned, things like this tend to give people hope and even create awareness, considering her position she occupied in a global organization like that, and could really help in the long run when it comes to the space growing but all the same, her supporting crypto does not necessarily mean, crypto would because of that skyrocket, there is so much to the market than meets the eye.
555  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading platforms are growing but what about investors ? on: November 23, 2018, 08:41:52 AM
No matter how many exchangers are created, they will be used. And in the end there will be only the best. Each exchange offers different working conditions, different level of security and money withdrawal. In what exchanges coins are more, some less. I think that everyone chooses the exchange on which it is more convenient to work.
This is even a space that is still growing daily and there is every chance that we will get to see a huge adoption with the way things are going.

The only major problem I see here is that people are certainly not patient enough to know that the market is evolving and for sure, the institutions are seeing a huge prospect here and the last time I checked, they surely will not want to be entering a market that has already gone big and also, we have to understand the fact that they know a lot of people actually bought into the market out of greed and they will want to chase them out at loss. Just make sure you are notone of those people.
556  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Early Adopters moving their BTC from old wallets to where ?? on: November 23, 2018, 06:54:37 AM
Probably the Craig person is selling all of his coins to make some money and spend it on hashes to win the war (which he kinda lost already).

As you can clearly see from his tweets that he tried to threaten bitmain dudes and said 1000 dollar per bitcoin doesn't phase him which means he can keep on selling until bitcoin drops to 1000 and he doesn't care. He continued this trend by stating "market" is not something bitcoin is for, bitcoin is a currency and market is there to help people get bitcoin or sell bitcoin but not use bitcoin to trade and make money, which I think is wrong, very wrong. Bitcoin is whatever people want it to be, I wouldn't use bitcoin that way neither but at least I want people to have that freedom.

So in short, all arrows are pointing at Craig for all those big sells.
557  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: THE NEXT MARKET MOVEMENT. UP OR DOWN? on: November 18, 2018, 07:02:37 PM
You can't be really losing a lot if you got in right ? I mean yeah is there a chance it doesn't go up ? Sure. Is there a chance it goes down even further ? Yeah probably. But, do you really think this price would be really not the time to buy right now ? Do you really believe it won't be much higher then this maybe a year or two from now ?

I think the price is so low it would be almost idiotic not to get from these prices, I don't care what it will do now but I know that in the end price will go higher. The trouble is people are so afraid of another fall that they fail to see how amazingly cheap these are.

Ethereum for example is used in company software, insurance, governmental products, games and ICO's, probably god knows how many things I forgot and it is very cheap right now.
558  Economy / Speculation / Re: New Bitcoin growth in 2019 on: November 15, 2018, 12:40:35 PM
I guess we need to wait and see what the SEC will decide on December 29th this year to know what the price will be like in 2019. If they accept it probably the price will go off right away in the early days, however if they reject it like they always do than the price will stay unchanged for a longer period of time.

Maybe not for a long time like couple years but definitely will be long time like at least until summer. It won't come out of its shell for at least 6 more months if it doesn't get accepted. Not because ETF is that much important but because people are really waiting for "something" that will make the bull come and even if the ETF doesn't bring in that much money, people with their hypes will get the price higher because of it. That is why we won't know how it will be until 29th of December this year.
559  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do i know Which Coin Suddenly Pump? on: November 15, 2018, 06:15:41 AM
I see Gainer & Looser every day in Coinmarketcap. I always try to know, which coin will Suddenly pump? I've read a few article, But I can not understand it easily. Many people say learn Fundamental analysis. If you have knowledge about this topic. Feel free, You can share your skills & knowledge with everyone.
You can never know which coins will be pumped unless you are the one who pumps it. People who pump a coin actually put a lot of money and organization and effort on doing that and taking a big risk for themselves considering they may even fail on pumping a coin.

Now, when they are putting that much risk and effort and their own money into something like that why would you assume they would share that for free without getting anything in return. They either charge you money to involve you and you still can't trust them fully or they just tell you to buy and sell at wrong times so they can make money while you would hold a bag full of some worthless coin at the top prices. That is why you can never really know which coins will suddenly pump without trying to be part of it directly otherwise you will lose.
560  Economy / Economics / Re: Argentina struggles with yet another financial crisis! on: November 12, 2018, 03:30:19 PM
I think politics definitely has a responsibility in stuff like these but how can a whole nation fail at economy with some nations soar. Because of our borders and our nations we are letting some countries to go to waste in order to make our countries better, we are fine with other people having a very tough time as long as we are living a great life.

I do not think this nation states are working exactly like they should in a world that has seen civilization grow to a place where globalization is acceptable for companies but not for people. Corporations like Apple can sell iphones at Pakistan but a Pakistani person going to USA wouldn't be accepted with open arms.

If a company can go to a country and sell there and pay taxes there, than a person should be able to move anywhere they want and work there and pay taxes there without borders, that would make Argentina and all other failing countries much better because it would make everyone choose where they want to live and whole world could come together to help those who have needs since the top heavy countries will have a lot of people from those countries.
