661  Economy / Economics / Re: What would happen if another cryptocurrency took Bitcoins place in Market Cap? on: June 27, 2018, 06:56:26 PM
So what do you think would happen if another Cryptocurrency (Example Monero / Ethereum etc) were to take Bitcoins spot as first in market cap?

This will be the a great news if someone from the altcoins will takeover bitcoin. Ethereum can do but they still need to fixed all flaws of their blockchain but so far they are on par with bitcoin. The integration of smart contract make them famous and considered an advanced on technology. Also other project like NEO can move forward but it will take time. If 5 yrs from now other project will take over, probably we can see a great future on cryptocurrency.
Where is the great news there? Taking over in terms of market cap does not mean it will be stable there forever unless there is no further development going on with bitcoin. Things can change, the cap can still fly back to bitcoin as the case may be, but we really do not need to deceive ourselves as this may not be something we can easily get to experience.

It is going to be like the battle of the titans to me and with the sentiment with bitcoin and the cryptocurrency market tending towards speculation only, which even makes it harder.
662  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: when is the right time to buy altcoin on: June 27, 2018, 05:56:13 PM
The best answer for you at this time is invest in altcoins right now, as all altcoins and bitcoin are decreasing in prices. The crypto formula is buy at low and sell at high. All coins are poised to rise after the year 2018.
Simply the best move for anyone to be making at this point in time. The altcoins are really going to be making some pretty huge move upward anytime soon if bitcoin shows some slight movement to the upper side and some pretty slow movement as well.
For that kind of movement, it is normal to see altcoins trying to take the next step towards the next possible ATH and that is absolutely something anyone would not want to miss and this time that the altcoins are in their bottom is a very good time.
663  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I will never join AirDrop programs any more on: June 27, 2018, 09:54:19 AM
I just join airdrop which evalued on icobench.com or icodrops.com, you should select here it is not waste your time.
Well, sometimes, if you are doing an airdrop for projects with prospect, it can actually be worth it and I feel the problem is that a lot of people concentrate on projects that are not even worth it and then they keep complaining and whining on the outcome of the project. What else would anyone expect from joining airdrop of shitty projects than to get discouraged ?

Airdrops are meant to be free which anyone can do for so little, but at least, join a project that makes sense in the long of it.
664  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Campaign are wastage of time? on: June 27, 2018, 08:28:35 AM
Nope. Doing something decent that lets you earn money isn't a waste of time.
Yeah, this is even something you really do not have to do so much depending on the campaign and you get paid for it, and if you are lucky to hit the right project most of the time with great demand and product, that would even make it more interesting for one in the long run.

I would not consider it a waste of time and for those who do, I can assume the pay may not be that much, but there are other forms of campaign with more skills one can join to get the best from them.
665  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When will the bull market start? on: June 26, 2018, 06:27:03 PM
I was thinking the market will start bullish last month but infact the market was continue drop. It is hard to predict for sure when bullish will start. And to get profit only patient wait for that is make guaranteed and dont be tired waiting for that because sure will come in next afew month.
That is why no one should ever assume present to happen the same way as the past. A lot of people were looking forward to 6th of June, but indeed the trend can change at any time.

As of now, I do not know what to expect since we cannot see the future anyway, but if I am to assume anything, the possibility of seeing anything bullish in the market would be the last quarter of the year, so I guess for now, we may just have to stick with our bear trend that we have in our hands.
666  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin in 10K by the end of 2019 on: June 26, 2018, 04:49:46 PM
You do not have to be pessimistic or be afraid with this fall that bitcoin suffers, I read that by 2019 the price of bitcoin will reach 10K for this reason you have to be patient and not panic.
Well, at this stage, does anyone have any other choice than to simply stay calm ?
The market is in a downtrend and the only best thing now is to take advantage of the dip to at least be accumulating bit by bit.

Nothing is guaranteed yet in this market, but there is a huge possibility to go lower which would take some huge time to recover but at least when the recovery starts, everyone will end up being happy eventually. This fall was imminent, but the downtrend will not be there forever.
667  Economy / Speculation / Re: What effects the bitcoin price? on: June 26, 2018, 11:24:15 AM
Simple answer to this question is number of investors.More will the investors higher will be the price.Bitcoin is facing a major downfall in the price because people are selling their coins at very low rate and are not investing in it any more. They believe that bitcoin is dead and their is no use of investing more in it.But this is not true at all They should have faith in bitcoin.Bitcoin is having a promising future. We should not stop investing it bitcoin as it adversely affect the market value of BTC.If we want  a rise in the price we should keep on investing in BTC and also encourage other people to invest in it.
Investors are gradually getting out of the market since it is in a downtrend, and with the hope of getting in at a very much better value in the long run. We know downtrend movement like this is totally as a result of a huge sell but fundamentally, in terms of news and some activities, things like this affects the market a lot and with the bubbled activity we saw last year, this was actually imminent and was highly expected.
668  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin might rise soon on: June 25, 2018, 07:56:10 PM
Your observation based on what ? A baseless one I must say. No one knows what holds for this market and I would not be so sure of any possible movement upward anytime soon since the market is in a huge downtrend and there is a huge possibility of it going even lower as the case may be. It is best to always sit it out at this moment until there is a clear signal that the market is ready for an uptrend rather than assuming based on one single principle or a short term price action.
669  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the government really scary? on: June 25, 2018, 05:09:45 PM
When the system is faulty (capitalism, fascism, socialism, communism etc) there is no way the leader can be trust-able, that also means corrupted leader are the ones that will use his power in the government to institute whatever he want
Yeah, and the fact is the system has been faulty for a very long time, monopoly and corruption has been the norm of the day at the detriment of the masses and for that fact, why would anyone ever want to trust anything that comes out from the mouth or action of goddamn corrupt politicians that only think about all the funds they want to keep looting. Good thing they are losing the power we gave to them and that makes it even more interesting.

because of the incognito, it's hard for the government to control the using of bitcoin, crime can use bitcoin for money laundering,...
You should not forget the crimes you are mentioning are not the innovations due to the introduction of bitcoins hence governments never need to bother about the evolution of bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies.
670  Economy / Economics / Re: Why all people moan about the price of bitcoin? on: June 25, 2018, 12:47:51 PM
Complaining about the market is very reasonable because the market is not moving according to the expectations of many investors, many people are losing a huge amount of money in their portfolio, their hopes are constantly extinguished by the serious fall. I can say that people are like sitting on a fire, very uncomfortable, waiting patiently is really something almost impossible to do, personally, I am also a person who has a very strong psychology in front of many changes of the market but the recent times are hell moments for me, I do not even want to look at what's involved in the price of bitcoin.
Because lots of them are really expecting good outcomes, but at this rate there is no slight chances that their expectations will be followed, that is they complain when they see the market peice raging to downfall. It cannot be avoided since you are risking, there is really a big chance that you will lose but that depends on how you are going to handle ypur losses.
In fact, if we really want to be truthful to ourselves, most of the people that invested last year, simply joined FOMO and never bothered to look at the long term benefit of bitcoin before investing and also did not bother to understand the volatility of the market before deciding to invest at all and all these things as far as I am concerned is one thing that is necessary to help inform one's investment decision.

Since they bought at the peak, and now the market is looking sour, they simply would moan until they get the clearer picture and begin to see even this downtrend market as an opportunity for them to take advantage of.
671  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it the best time to buy cheaper crypto while Bitcoin is at high price? on: June 25, 2018, 05:09:10 AM
You should buy a little bit of what you can afford and not your Bitcoin. By studying and evaluating the coins you can determine which ones might give you the best return.
Right, whatever anyone is buying now should come with a lot of research, with respect to historical prices and the project relevance based on how possible it can create value and demand. I have been picking up tokens with huge prospect that are far below their ICO prices at this stage and that makes them an easy hold due to the fact that once the market starts showing sign of recovery, it can easily get back up pretty fast.

Most probably this must be a great time to buy well known coins like waves/bitsend/lisk as they are all below half of their life time peak price levels. We should not go for what are hot in the market but must look for reputation in the past too. Because those hot may freeze out ant any time soon too.
672  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does positive thinking affect your edge in gambling on: June 24, 2018, 03:47:05 PM
I don't see how positive thinking can affect one's edge in gambling. Unless you're playing a game of skill like Poker, I don't see how positive thinking will help if you're playing a game of pure chance like the slot machine.
These are all just lame excuses and lame logics to defend gambling. They already know they are doing wrong but due to their greed and hunger of money, they are unable to make their mind a right move. The necessary step that must be taken and then taken along the way as well. But there is problem, they are not ready to know this fact. They want to remain misunderstood.
If anyone is looking for where to channel positive thinking, they should do that in things they are trying to achieve such as an investment they are so vast about, or a profession that they can work on and at least hope it will bring them some wealth from hard work. In gambling, it is just like someone trying to expect the platform owners to keep living in penury for their sake, and the last time I checked the gambling platform owners are doing it for profit and they have the edge over the gamblers
673  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambling in the crypto market on: June 24, 2018, 08:40:51 AM
gambling is not so safe online because of the risks you discussed which are against our security. If you want to stay away or want to get rid of these insecurities then simply follow gambling in casinos or any other place where you can start gambling where there gamblers follow the rules to play on a good manner. Online gambling is very good on rated sites but if you are not sure about it then follow traditional way.
It is not like there is no rules in gambling online as there are still some terms and conditions, but the only thing here is you are all to yourself and you really would not have much rule to break since all you have to do is play and do whatever you feel like.

It is highly impossible to cheat the system anyway and most of the time, with the provably fair, you are still losing anyway. One thing though is that with real casino, I feel there are better chances of winning with some strategies and a lot of luck than in online casinos.
674  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin at 20 000$ tomorrow? on: June 23, 2018, 05:46:25 PM
Hey OP, you made some good point but some are not actually stuffs that can play in reality. However, I love what you said in the conclusion the more which is the idea of thinking like whales. One thing I have always noticed though is that whales will never sell at the bottom and would rather be stashing up.

Now, I do not expect any whale to just move the market up pretty fast like that by just buying up all the sell-walls as the period of accumulation will be used in doing that and they leave the traders to do the rest by trying to instigate some movement.
675  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold & Silver are safe than bank deposits ?? on: June 21, 2018, 10:30:35 AM
I disagree, as the fact that they went up in the past few days don't really say that they have a linear way up or promises that they will go up in the future.

They defiently can bring you more interest then just storing your funds in the bank, but everything that might give you a higher interest also involves a higher risk, nothing really promises you that people won't find any new way to produce gold in the future which is going to make gold worthless and also your investment.
Also, storing the gold and silver in your house may require you to hold a vault and also involves risk of getting your funds stolen by breaking your house.
No one is for sure saying they have a linear way up but for over the years now, we all know that at least it is a better store of value than leaving your funds in the bank because even fiat itself has been getting screwed over the years.

Plus, you do not have to store gold and silver in your home as you can easily get that done in safer vaults as no one would want to take such a risk of putting gold worth a lot in their house anyway, but at the same time, there is really not much of a risk when storing in gold or silver compared to banks itself.
676  Economy / Economics / Re: Good news or bad news... on: June 21, 2018, 08:21:02 AM
This is a good news. It seems Japan is friendly country with crypto. Japanese goverment made rules about crypto. That will be better for future economic. I think so.
I hope the other countries follow this steps of Japan and truly embrace this kind of technology and for sure all the people who supports crypto would be happy and the doubts of other people will change to trust.
Regulation is the big help from other countries obviously going to be supporting this space a great deal when it comes to big time investors seeing it as a sane market to invest in, the reduction or total elimination of scam markets or shit markets, the regulation of exchanges to make sure the coins listed are legal and all sort of things.

It still will not change the whole decentralization thing though, but at least when it comes to activities surrounding exchanging to fiat and all that, we really need regulation.
677  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price manipulation on: June 20, 2018, 06:12:52 PM
Price manipulation is actually very possible especially in the world of cryptocurrencies because these so called whales can push and pull the prices in the market. Investors that have hodled a portion of the circulating coins in the market.
Yeah, it is even easier with the decentralized cryptocurrency market which makes it so easy for any whale to easily do away with it and go scot free. It is a good thing that this is being investigated and I really do hope it can be curbed one way or the other, so as to at least have a sane market.

I still believe regulation will bring many advantages but will be a hard thing since all the exchanges are not under one single regulation or government. That is trouble we all need to bear with decentralized environment whereas mass adoption will be possible regardless of various regulations among countries.
678  Economy / Economics / Re: New investor and prices on: June 20, 2018, 05:24:45 PM
Big money moves prices. Small speculants and investors do not affect on a price so we see trends just when big money buy or sell. It is essential to understand further actions of big investors and speculants.

New investors will provide the needs of the prices in the market, speculators also will be a big help in spreading positive news about the forum, more investors will give crypto a huge potential when it comes to market prices and other stuffs.
It is an usual practice to expect that the more the investors, the more the demand which in the real sense should be so. However, I want to assume this market is far more than that until we actually get to see a very huge demand or real life usage of bitcoin or any of the cryptocurrencies.

The market presently is just filled with whales who just want to manipulate the prices to their advantage and really just want to make more money however they want without caring about the future.
679  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Airdrop good for Project, Airdrop Participant or Both? on: June 20, 2018, 04:05:44 PM
Hello, from my small knowledge in Airdrop, I think Airdrops are only good in the path of the project and not for people participating in the airdrop because in the part of the Project, it increases the reach of the project (project awareness and social media reach increases) and on the path of people participating it only gives them small rewards which makes it more favorable to the Project.

Please share your view on this so i can update my knowledge if am wrong. Thanks
Airdrop is actually good more for the project and possibly for those who may actually just want to hold the project for long anyway. The thing about airdrop is that it helps to create a community of holders most especially and a vast majority of people holding the coin rather than having it just centered. In that way it makes it easy for some to hold simply since in the short term, it is really nothing to write home about in terms of value anyway.
680  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It is hard to detect scammed bounty campaign.. on: June 20, 2018, 01:30:33 PM
I agree with you. Very often, it would seem, popular projects, they collect a lot of money, they have a lot of bounty participants, I think that it will make a profit, but, alas, the price goes down. Conversely, it would seem that at first glance the not-so-crazy pro-ket gives a very large growth. It's like a lottery, I think
The price of a project going down is not a problem of the team but those who are dumping their coin and surely you cannot expect them not to take a chill pill and see how that goes before coming in for a buy back. It is left for you to hold if you believe in the project than panic because of some drop in value which to me is even a very good way to increase your stash for the future.

When it comes to scam projects, it is the same way an investor will do proper diligence to detect one is the same way bounty hunters will also do to detect, but we all know most bounty hunters are lazy when it comes to that, since they have nothing much to lose anyway.
