541  Economy / Services / Re: [Close] BET SPIDER Signature Campaign | The Hot & 👩‍ Fun Place | Sr+ on: December 30, 2021, 03:37:46 PM

I have shortage of funds on the escrow address. Once BET SPIDER send the remaining then I will make the payment for w4 and officially will close this campaign.

Let's hope BET SPIDER sends you more funds for one more month so that you can officially restart the campaign.  Smiley
542  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who’s who in the gambling subforum? on: December 29, 2021, 07:44:54 AM
Anyone could be an expert especially in giving opinions and predictions in different types of sports. However, having a list of trusted predictions would also be a big help especially if we're seeking good advice that would help us create a good decision. It's not that they're always right about their opinions but rather having enough knowledge about a certain sport. Their predictions could often guide us.

Even if you are an expert in any sport and have a lot of knowledge about it, it does not guarantee that all your bets will be successful.

Even with the right predictions of the matches, the match can end up in an upset resulting in the loss of the bet. I only place bets in the matches which are of my interest and usually i like to watch cricket and football matches.
543  Economy / Speculation / Re: How far can bitcoin price correction go? on: December 29, 2021, 06:34:39 AM
We can all notice the ongoing price correction of Bitcoin and the fact that price does not continue in a straight line. What do you think Bitcoin's Price could be corrected to? I mean, what do you think would be the minimum price Bitcoin gets to, before going back to $52k price again?
Market conditions will continue like this, but I think Bitcoin will get better, even though the price of Bitcoin cannot be repaired like the expectations of many people, the correction from the last month is still in bed, Bitcoin is not on a good trend now, this condition makes many people The more panicked, even though this condition like this was more severe in the past year, staying patient waiting for maximum recovery time, don't panic and remove good opportunities next year.
no one knows for sure in early 2022 bitcoin will enter a bullish phase again or a bearish phase, some people say the recent price decline is a sign that bitcoin will soon enter a bearish phase and some people say this price drop is only temporary and the price will recover soon. I personally also can't predict where the price of bitcoin will move after this, and to anticipate things that are not desirable I convert some of my assets to USDT.
We don't know exactly what would happen but we have our own prediction and we have to stick with it, if we believe that the current downtrend is juts short term or temporary, then we should be seeing the current situation a good opportunity to buy, but if we believe a bear market will stay for awhile, for sure this is not the right time to buy.

In the current circumstances, the bitcoin price should not go below 40,000$. Even if there is a massive sell off in the market, 40-42K will act as a good support. If in any case, we dumped below 40K, it will not be good for the market. Also, i hope that bitcoin will start another pump in the beginning of 2022.

How do we know that the accounts reported are being actioned by the mods and are temporary/ permanent ban based on the plagiarism reported?
I tried to check https://bpip.org/Profile?id=3407141 but did not got any hint of ban  Huh
Check again: he got Nuked.

Yes, now i can see he's banned. Also not reporting plagiarism here on this thread but reporting the post by using "Report to Moderator "will also have the same effect?

He probably has a large supply of accounts that were registered in one day.

Usually, you cant register two accounts from a single IP address, so how come he registered so many accounts in a single day ? Using VPN wont help because usually, the VPN addresses are already categorized as evil.
545  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🦉Owl.games🦉Sportsbook & Crypto Casino For Web 3.0 - BTC-Metamask-Walletconnect on: December 28, 2021, 01:22:48 PM
Can anyone explain me how is the Owl.games a Web 3.0 casino ? I understand that these days every company will try to put Web 3.0 in fron of their name to catch the attention. I would really like to know what is special in Owl.games which makes them Web 3.0 complaint gambling platform. How is it if different from another gambling casinos that aren't Web 3.0 ?
Basically it should be a smart contract between your address and the address of the house. If you win, you will get X amount of coins to your address from house address and if you lose, funds will be deducted automatically from your address.

Well, can't we call it a decentralized casino rather than a Web 3.0 one?
As per my understanding, Web 3.0 casinos should be based on an Augmented reality (AR) where one can virtually visit the casino and play the games. Sort of a 3D casino. That would be more fun, isn't?
546  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin upgraded my financial life on: December 28, 2021, 10:35:51 AM
So I had a great holiday season all with the help of Bitcoin I came from an underdeveloped country where the rate of unemployment is pretty high and many youths are left to do some hard jobs just to survive even graduates with University degrees have no paying jobs I got to know about this forum some months ago and since then my financial life was transformed and the Christmas happens to be my best I can now earn little money to take care of my financial needs all with the help of Bitcoin-related jobs both on this forum and off the forum. BITCOIN IS A SAVIOR

So you mean that you are earning bitcoin through this forum (Signature campaigns) and that is enough for you to meet the financial needs?

There are a lot of jobs online which pay you in bitcoin or crypto, but I don't think that anyone can run the kitchen money only through the campiagns here on bitcointalk. That's surprising !!

For off the forum bitcoin earning, you need to have some skills unless you're a content writer.

548  Other / Meta / Re: New child board idea - Notable Twitter Threads on: December 28, 2021, 08:20:01 AM
So I've noticed that there's a TON of bitcoin related discussion that happens on twitter.

It would be cool if we had a "notable twitter threads" child board so if users see something interesting, they can share it for others here.

That's the most insane idea i have seen. Why not go to Twitter to see all those bitcoin discussions?

By the way, we have a lot of discussions of bitcoin in bitcointalk and we have a dedicated section of "Bitcoin Discussions" on our forum. Why not ask twitter to start a "notable bitcointalk threads" ? Cool
549  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: December 28, 2021, 08:00:26 AM
Unbelievable scenes unfolding at the MCG. England blown away by Scott Boland and Mitchell Starc for 68, as they slip to an innings defeat. Australia is up by 3-0 in Ashes, and with every passing day a 5-0 whitewash looks likely. Had anyone even considered this possibility before the start of the series? I have followed most of the posts in this thread, and a lot of users actually predicted 5-0 in England's favor. And today morning they got bowled out for a two digit total, and that too without key bowlers in the Australian playing XI (Hazlewood, Richardson.etc).

This is a nightmare for the England team and fans. Something is seriously gone wrong in their team. No one would have expected that England will close the year on such miserable performance. They need to work out on something or make big changes in the team to be able to show some performance in the remaining last two test matches.

551  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Crypto Wallet Hacking through Telegram on: December 27, 2021, 05:41:53 PM
Recently i was reading an article where Hackers target crypto wallets through Telegram using Echelon malware is explained.
I have followed the instructions and disabled the Automatic download of media option in telegram. But i fear that many people will keep the auto download option enable because of unaware of this threat.
I wonder how this virus will work and how can they reach to our wallets / exchanges?
552  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: December 27, 2021, 04:58:14 PM
The situation of England team is like Bangladesh team now. No matter how badly the opponent bats, their batsmen will bat worse than him and will be defeated. Australia scored only 267 runs. England had a good chance to give Australia a big target. But before the end of the second day, England lost 4 wickets. Their collection is only 31. England's batsmen are feeling more comfortable getting out early and going to the dressing room.

Keep in mind that England managed to make only 185 runs in the first innings, so even if Australians scored 267 runs, they still had the lead. This lead could be a physiological pressure and England went down by four wickets and scored only 31 runs. Australia should win this match tomorrow easily.
553  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▄■▀■▄ 🌟BITVEST.io🌟 💰WIN BY 🔶PLAY 📈INVEST➡🔺🎲🎰🔲 | BET CONTEST ▄■▀■▄ on: December 27, 2021, 04:06:12 PM
Of course, it would still be good for clarity and I myself have acknowledged the issues but until I see actual players and users rise in numbers in complaining, I feel like the majority of users posting here aren't even users at the site.

And I guess that's the main reason why lightlord is no longer interested in this forum. However, I think it would be good for him and for the bitcointalk community if he decided to come back again and restart his communication with the community, as he said he would. All of this negativity is his fault after all.

This may not be correct because there are many gamblers here who play real gambling on the bitvest platform and are not just the signature posters. If there were no real gamblers, why lightlord had run the campaign for so many years. Of course, he got big traffic from bitcointalk and hence he advertised here for a long time.
554  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Biggest Gambling Win in 2021 on: December 27, 2021, 03:39:50 PM
biggest win in 2021? ah to be honest ,I can't hit anything a big win in this year ! I think it's rare for anyone to become a millionaire in gambling ,everything just revolves in one place and for sure it is the host who will continue to be rich ! anyway how about your biggest win in 2021 ? you don't have it or just want to see the community experience ,so that you are excited in 2022

Just like most of the gamblers, I did not enjoy any significant big gambling wins. Maybe i was not so lucky as luck matter the most in gambling.

Also check in my OP, i also ask people to share the platform (site) where they made big money. Maybe i will try my luck on the platform in 2022 and change my fortune.
555  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: December 27, 2021, 03:12:47 PM
Australia is not touring Pakistan even before 9/11, last time they tour Pakistan was in 1997 AFAIR. While SL team was attacked in 2009, Pakistan keep touring Australia despite CA boycott to tour Pakistan. I remember CA has no issue sending players to India to play IPL during peak of covid19. Money is above everything.

So this means that if the Australian team visits India for a series, they will get more incentives and salary as compared if they visit a country like Pakistan?
Don't the cricket players get fix salaries no matter where they play cricket as per the ICC schedule?
556  Economy / Gambling discussion / Biggest Gambling Win in 2021 on: December 27, 2021, 03:02:06 PM
Since, it's time to say goodbye to the year 2021, we may have good and bad memories with regard to gambling. Some may have lost a lot of money and others may have become millionaires in this year.
It will be good if we can share our highest win which we achieved in this year through gambling and also which gambling platform was lucky for you.
557  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A Crypto Christmas; Using Bitcoin to help feed the homeless on: December 27, 2021, 02:44:48 PM
That's wonderful! Giving back to the community. That's the essence of Christmas anyways. But obviously, only a few know and actually imbibe this culture of sharing. Thanks for reaching out to the down and trodden.

I am also very impressed by the OP vision and work. I myself plan to help the poor and the needy but do not have many funds to start the campaign. However, i will still try to educate people about bitcoin and this does not require any money. Where there is a will, there is a way.
558  Other / Meta / Re: Can a merit source use it's status to shill own project by giving merit ? on: December 27, 2021, 01:25:53 PM
I'm not saying that you can't reply in a forum sincerely to say these things but precisely in this forum posts of this style are not well seen....
The difference with the "great project" bump spammers is that, judging by their feedback, those users really mean it and really buy such items. The Collectibles board can't be compared with the altcoin spammers.

Yeah, i don't think if  krogothmanhattan merits every post in that thread, it will gonna financially harm anyone. The only negative thing which i see is that some merit hunters might write something good about those collectibles in order to collect merit only but then everyone can get merits by giving the greetings at Merry Christmas to the Forum
We should not make things complex anyways  Smiley

560  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If I had bought bitcoin 10 years ago, I would have been a millionaire: Not true on: December 26, 2021, 10:02:24 AM
The reality is that they would not have been able to hold for so long even if they bought 10 years ago. Very few have the patience to wait till 100x or more. Most of the investors will be sold at the idea of 2x or 3x itself. Some of the people that were able to hold for so long were those who had invested and then completely forgot about it. There is one more category of people who had complete trust on BTC and thus they stick with it for years.

This just goes to shows that anyone can become a millionaire if they invest wisely in crypto and bitcoin. People normally waste their investments by selling it too early and are happy with few X profits when they could literally make much more than that. There are many coins which can still make us millionaire, but we need to invest wisely.
