We had Bitcointalk memes, but these wouldn't fit there so here we go with new meme thread.

What does not fit there and what's the purpose of make another meme thread  Huh
Secondly you can also put meme's in the Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion.

You have no option but making it super-safu for $16 fee from each transaction!

You can safe this 16$ withdrawal fee with 0.5-1$ by withdrawing through Binance smart chain or if you are withdrawing USDT, then use trx address which will cost you only half a dollar. Keeping the funds out of exchange will make your funds completely safe and you are not in the hands of binance to keep the funds SAFU.
1244  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which stablecoin is best? on: February 26, 2021, 01:43:39 PM
I think usdt is great.

No doubt, Tether (USDT) is the best and most widely used stable coin.  Recently Bitfinex Repays Tether $750 Million Loan, Ending Crypto Market FUD and now there should be no fear in keeping the funds in USDT.

I've just realized that there is a member of this campaign who has merited many people just for applying. That's unacceptable! Merit is not moderated but you can still be red tagged. I am going to send him a PM and if he doesn't cease his actions I will act.

Merit are not moderated, hence you can take no action. The question is why he has given merit to each of these users. I don't think they are alt of him. I hope he will come here and tell us the reason.

1248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange Dogecoin for what? (I need advice) on: February 21, 2021, 11:23:14 AM
Hey everybody,

I've just found an old wallet with thousands of dogecoins inside.

Since I'm a newbie, I would have some advices about exchange with others Altcoin. I was  thinking about exchanging my XDG for ETH. Is it worth? I should keep my Doge or exchange with other coins?

Thanks for help

If you can hold ETH for long time then you can convert doge into eth. I am saying this because eth is near all time high and it can have a little dump from here as the whole market is overbought. You can also thinking of buying TRX as this coin is at the support and may pump in the near future.
1249  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance Support on: February 21, 2021, 10:38:30 AM
Thank you all for your responses, it has been very helpful.

I have done the following

1) Raised a ticket with Binance
2) Raised a query with my bank, but the relevant team who can assist only work during the weekdays.

Thirdly wait until next week to see if it is a transaction issue as it is a weekend and see if it rectifies itself during the week.

Many Thanks Smiley

Would you mind letting us know from which country you belong ? Did you previously transferred money to your bank from binance.
I hope crypto is not illegal in your country as then it could create more complications for you. I will keep an eye on this thread to see the outcome of this issue and how binance response to this situation.
1250  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Wallet.dat files that are being sold online on: February 21, 2021, 10:14:26 AM
What you guys think about all those hashes, are they legit wallets or are fake ? because after making huge research i just found there is chinese website that edit wallet.dat files by importing fake wallet info of specific btc addresses and generate so they can be opened in bitcoin core. So when someone check address he can see that there is balance, and get the wallet file. After opening the wallet file, person can also see that there is balance is transaction info inside. But can never unlock the password, so upon my research i can see that all those wallets being sold online such as on site like allprivatekeys or on any forums are fake and edited versions with fake wallet info to confuse the people and make money.

Why do people buy these wallets when they cannot cash out and if the cashing out from these wallet were easy, the seller would have himself transferred all the money to himself rather than selling them for cheap. Its a common sense and people should use their mind before paying for these useless wallet.dat files.
1251  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: February 21, 2021, 09:52:23 AM

1252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how much you profit gain from this bull, my one is same as previous on: February 21, 2021, 07:22:44 AM
It is true that on this season many Crypto Trader and investors make a very good amount from their trading and Investing. I see that many coin touched All time high price so really this is very good time for investor. And i not hsve any fund for investment so i don't make any profit.

Many people who are doing trading are seeing their coins in profit, the profit is only when you cash out either in bitcoin or USDT as per your strategy. If we do not cash out timely we could see our portfolio move down too and going in loss. I understand this is not the time to take profit but very soon we should starting thinking about it.
1253  Other / Meta / Re: theymos; another cloudflare error when accessing bitcointalk on: February 21, 2021, 06:26:05 AM
Has anybody else suddenly got Cloudflare errors 520 and 522 today like this and couldn't load bitcointalk?

I face this error sometimes maybe once a month and i don't really pay any attention to it as it automatically get resolved. It can be either issue on my side (cookies , Net speed) but most probably it could be many people trying to access the site at a particular time result in this error. Now sure about the exact reason.
1254  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 suspending on 1st March 2021 :-( on: February 21, 2021, 05:40:48 AM
Since you have decided to close this business, it is possible that you put your site on auction and sell it instead of completely closing it ?
This way the site will continue to run but under the new management. I know some investors may be willing to buy a running business.

When you auction a casino that has people's investments on the bankroll you can't just sell it to anybody. You have to make sure the buyer can be trusted to not steal the bankroll since the whole thing becomes wide open to them.

I don't know the size of YOLOdice's bankroll but I doubt Ethan would sell the domain to some random stranger on the internet.

Even if he sell the domain and casino, i will quit Yolodice as i will not trust the new people managing the same gambling casino. Since we would not know their reputation they can use the name of yolodice to scam people. I will not encourage this idea of selling this domain to any random person for money.
1255  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 suspending on 1st March 2021 :-( on: February 20, 2021, 09:33:30 PM
First Luckybit, now YoloDice very sad year for crypto gamblers.  Sad
I was one of the first members to register on the site since beta and it always has been joy to play and chat at Yolodice  Sad

We will miss Yolodice for the reason that it was not only a gambling site but also an investment site. I remember it was a great help in the covid-19 lockdown and there has been no similar investment site which could be trusted.
1256  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Doge or Bitcoin? Which to buy? on: February 20, 2021, 09:22:05 PM
I only have $10000, should i buy doge or btc? Why?

Why don't you buy any other coin instead of doge. There are so many other altcoins which have huge potential and use cases unlike doge which is just a meme coin.
My advice, buy 5000$ worth of bitcoin and buy 2-3 good altcoins worth of remaining 5000$.
1257  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Can the manufacturer access your private keys? on: February 20, 2021, 09:05:30 PM
If you don't know how to verify the source code yourself, all that you are left with is trusting that someone else has done it and concluded that the wallet is safe to use. Since dkbit98 brought up the subject, I am surprised he didn't link to this own thread that contains information about how to create your own Trezor wallet.

If you think you are up for the challenge, watch the video and read the instructions. Download the repository, order the parts, and get to work.

Not everyone is techy to create their own hardware wallets after watching the video. If it was so easy, it could have been the end of business for the Trezor or other hardware wallet manufactures.

Also, i believe if rest of the world have trust on the source code for Trezor, then what is wrong with the OP to blindly trust them as they are in this business for very long time and are being trusted.
1258  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Safepal Vs Ledger Nano S : Which is better on: February 20, 2021, 02:11:00 PM
Any company can make the mistake, it is Ledger Nano today does not mean it can not be Trezor tommorow.

Maybe I am not as forgiving as you are. The hack was bad and the steps done afterwards were disappointing.
Just days ago somebody complained about another problem with their shop - his details have ended up at another customer.
I don't think that others can make this many mistakes in a row.

Yes, it was not the small mistake which could be forgiven. People personal data was leaked which could be mis-used in many different ways. What if  other data like private keys would have been leaked and people would have lost their funds. I think it is also not safe to keep all the funds in hardware wallet. Keep some in hardware wallet, some ins desktop wallets, some in mobile wallets and very few in different online wallets.
1259  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Safepal Vs Ledger Nano S : Which is better on: February 20, 2021, 10:49:22 AM
I heard somewhere that if we install a safepal software wallet on a phone , move the funds in that wallet and then disconnect the phone from the internet and keep it off,  it will still act as a hardware wallet as it is not online. I do not know how exactly this is true in theory ?
