1201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on exchange tokens? on: March 14, 2021, 07:08:10 AM
I'm keen to know what the general consensus is on the value and utility of all the tokens that exchanges and crypto portals release. Are there too many of them in the market? Or is there an obvious market need that such tokens serve?

Good exchange tokens will always grow as their exchange grows. You can see the example of BNB which is a token of the binance exchange. The next good  exchange coin to invest now can be FTX. Also the decentralized exchange tokens like 1inch and uniswap are also worth investing.
1202  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fate or lack of control - Gambling on: March 14, 2021, 06:04:50 AM
Fate is you are going to lose when playing Dice the house edge is killing the hope of every player, control is something you should cultivate if you want to have a chance in Dice, don't rely on fate rely on your self-control, it will win you money and will prevent you from losing a lot.

What if you lose in the first place and don't get a chance to secure your profit. That's why the first thing every gambler need is luck. If you are lucky enough to gain good profits , only then you need control and money management skills to keep the profit safe and not lose it in the next few games.
1203  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is a game of capital on: March 14, 2021, 02:21:02 AM
The minimum capital that is required to trade effectively and compound profit is 50$; anything below that means that you are literally wasting your own calls, signals; because without a good capital; the only way to make money is if you are making over 100% profit which is not sustainable. Your profit is someone else trade capital; so i implore us to twice your trading capital.

And once again, if you are to scared to loose money; then don't trade, it is not for you

50$ is nothing and everyone can afford to put this much money in trading. If you do not have 50$ then of course trading is not for you. Remember that you have to pay for the fees in trading too which is almost 0.01% of the trading amount in binance.
1204  Economy / Speculation / Re: What's your exit price(s) on this bull run? on: March 13, 2021, 07:25:56 PM
Seeing quite a few predictions here based on log charts that BTC is going to 150k, 200k, 400k, etc. by EOY then crashing 50-90% in '22. If you think the markets are going to follow this pattern a la 2017, then what are your exit points and reentry points? These could always change but I'm interested in what your medium/long-term strategy is to capture most of the anticipated highs of the bull run.

I cannot suggest my exit price of bitcoin for this bull run at the present moment because no one is sure how high will it go. I think when you see a parabolic move like 20-25K upward movement in a day or two, you should be caution because all bull markets are most parabolic at the end.
1205  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: March 13, 2021, 04:35:27 PM
If Afghanistan 545 runs by losing only 4 wickets, I think the Zimbabwean team has the capacity to score at least 400 runs. There is no possibility of this match being a draw. At the moment the match is completely occupied by Afghanistan. Unless a miracle happens, Afghanistan will win the match today.
It depends on how the Zimbabwe players play Rashid Khan and the match is played in the UAE which helps the spinners in the final two days and it is going to be a huge task as Zimbabwe still trail by 234 runs and it is going to be a huge task to take a lead and with plenty of time left in the match it is a game for Afghanistan to win and level the series.

ZIM is trailing by 229 they have not lost any wicket in this session but their chance of winning this test looks very bleak. It is Day 4 and as the match progresses I do not think it will be an easy task for ZIM to avert a defeat. Google probability score also shows Afganisthan has more probability to win this test.
Zimbabwe scored 44 runs without losing a wicket. Kevin Kasuza and Prince Masvaure are batting with great confidence. If the two of them can form a partnership of more than 100 runs, then Zimbabwe will be able to have a good fight against Afghanistan. But if they lose the opening wicket quickly, it will not be happy for Zimbabwe.

Edit : Zimbabwe lost the wicket of Prince Masuvaure. He has collected only 15 runs. His strike night was 20.26. If his innings had been longer, Zimbabwe would have been able to collect a big total.

Zimbabwe is in deep trouble now, they have already lost 7 wickets and it is a completely one-sided match. Great cricket by Afganistan, they not only batted well they have also bowled well. When Zimbabwe started to bat today I was under the impression that they might pull through but great bowling by Rashid Khan, he himself claimed 5 wickets out of 7.
Zimbabwe formed a huge partnership of 122 runs in the seventh wicket partnership. Sean Williams is unbeaten on 106 and Donald Tripano is unbeaten on 63 runs. The match is likely to be drawn if Zimbabwe can score more than 120 runs in the first season. The match is still completely under the control of Afghanistan. The match is likely to be drawn if Zimbabwe are able to play well in the first session of the next day.

Afghanistan made a good comeback in this series as they lost badly the first test and now mostly will win this test match. Brilliant first innings batting by Shahidi and Asghar just dint allowed the Zimbabwe to make a comeback in the game. Thought Zimbabwe would atleast be better and situation would not arise of follow on.

Finally zimbabwe is now leading by 8 runs and we have one day left in the match. With only 3 wickets in hand,  there is a decent chance that Afghanistan should win this match. This will be a good achievement by the Afghanistan team. I was really impressed by their batting in the first innings of 545 runs with only 4 wickets.
1206  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: March 13, 2021, 11:37:41 AM
Network transaction fee BTC 0.00054240    .... fucking scammers why did i even deposit in this trash bookie... stake is asking for 0.00025... which is another steal but at least is not 25€ like this pirates
Withdrawal fees, Deposit and withdrawal minimums are one of the things you check out on a bookie right before you deposit any money. How do you just deposit blindly and then start complaining afterwards. I partly blame you.

We do have exchanges charging 0.0005 BTC, some even more than 0.0005 BTC, should we say they are scammers too?
He was scammed because of His own laziness and stupidity  Grin .

Blindly depositing in a Site but not reading their  TOS and house fees? let her cry because he has nothing to claim here , that fee is existing even before he enters their site .

How can be paying the transaction fee of 0.00054240 btc is anything related to scam. This is very less fee as compare to other sites which charge much more for withdrawals. I think he has lost at cloudbet and is frustrated upon his loss.
1207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Why new projects/ coins do not have ANN on bitcointalk ? on: March 13, 2021, 04:42:21 AM
There was a time when every crypto project had their ANN on bitcointalk. But recently times have changed. I see majority of new projects listed on coinmarketcap but they do not their ANN listed here.
Most of the projects are happy have their community on facebook, twitter, telegram but ignore this platform. What could be the reason for this ?

1209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will NFT bring any change in crypto gambling industry? on: March 12, 2021, 05:26:46 AM
If I understand correctly, NFT is a digital art. It has no real usage and their value is determined only by demand. I dont understand what kind of changes NFT could bring, but I think it will be similar to skins in esports. Players will trade them just to look different or stand out.
In my opinion, NFT will be just another "payment" method in crypto gambling. And it will be used most in PvP gambling games only.

If anyone asked can defi bring any change in the gambling industry ? The simple answer will be No. Same is the case with NFT which have a different use case not related to gambling. The only thing which comes in my mind is that gambling sites make their own NFTs and auction them for the gamblers  Huh
1210  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Can Go $100K Within End Of This Year(2021)? on: March 08, 2021, 12:17:55 PM
2022--?
Bitcoin can go moon $100K within end of this year(2021)...?

I think 2022 will be the bear market year where bitcoin price will correct from 250,000 to 75,000$ or something like this. This is based upon the 4 year bitcoin cycle which we see every 4 years. So bitcoin will easily reach 100K within 2021.  Smiley
1211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Sia - Decentralized Storage on: March 07, 2021, 10:31:04 AM
thread need to be closed... RIP siacoin is DEAD. dont hope for any pump... USELESS and DEAD

in 6 years nothing was done, no ledger wallet nothing.. skynet is a TRAP... IT was a good marketing pump when it started, but this coin is worst than shit

USELESS

MAYBE IF you stop talking a hidden whale will pump this shitcoin to get some attention

Even with no further progress this coin is still at #104 at coinmarketcap. I know people are stuck in this coin since 2017 and still holding for it to grow. Its better if we sell this shit coin in loss and buy some useful coins which have better use case and are growling at a rapid pace.
Anyone still mining this coin  Huh
1212  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustadice – Next Generation Dice on: March 07, 2021, 10:00:34 AM
Just summing up profits of all the alt accounts on Bustadice, it's around 159B.
I lost around 50B on Bustabit before. So the net profit is around 100B.
A massive 100 bitcoin winning this can only happen on bustadic not minding your loses on bustabit, with your current winning I guest you will easily forget your loses of the past.
He had already deducted his losses on bustabit and that's essential for someone who lists every lose and win in his gambling. Just like someone who records his profits and losses.

100BTC in total.

I'm speechless, he's able to recover his 50BTC loss and having a net profit of 100BTC. That's enormous considering the price of bitcoin today.

If you are in a loss in gambling, it is very difficult to recover your losses. However i am impressed by this person who has not only recovered the big loss but now in huge profit.
bustadice is life changing for few lucky people. He is now a millionaire with 100BTC with him. I hope he will use them wisely now.
1213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin can x10 for now? on: March 07, 2021, 09:38:23 AM
Hello Guys, What is your prediction?

I see coins like ZEC, DASH, EOS, ETC, ONT, XRP... far from ATH, Are they x10 capable?

Or New Coins like Near, POLS, SNX, LRC....?

I missed many x5 x10 property trips like ETH from 200$, ADA from 0,1$, DOT from 5$, Link from 4$.

Thanks guy.

I would suggest to invest in the new coins as they have more potential of doing 10x or more. Coins like Pancakeswap or bakery could preform very well if we see binance smart chain hype in the market. Also i am many NFT's projects are also capable to doing 10x. However, if you are investing in altcoins, try to diversify the portfolio and don't put all the eggs in the same basket.
1214  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: March 07, 2021, 09:24:18 AM
New Zealand vs India final at Lord's, June 18-June 22.

Time for swing - seam battle. Boult + Southee + Wagner + Kyle Jamieson (all rounder) vs Bumrah + Ishant + Shami + Hardik /Shardul (all rounders) (reserve Siraj, not counting others). Bowling looks impressive for both teams.

But Kiwis batsmen perform much better on seaming wickets so tough battle ahead for Indian batsmen.
Exciting match to look forward to though I guess it starts after IPL 2021 ends. I would place my bet on India though since they seem better in all departments when compared to NZ currently.

Williamson is the key batsman for NZ while Pant seems to be the key batsman for India. I wish this was a series though since just 1 match to decide the winner seems a bit unfair to both sides.

NZ was bit lucky to reach the finals however indians are much stronger team and favorites for this match. But since this match is played at lords, it may favor NZ too and could be an interesting match.
I also suggest that instead of single match decider, it would be better if they could arrange a best of three matches to decide the winner.
1215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] HoloToken (HOT): Holo The Distributed Hosting Platform on: March 07, 2021, 07:24:23 AM
So with HOT can you just transfer it to a regular ETH wallet? Curious about getting into this.

Since HOT is a ethereum based token, you can transfer it to any eth wallet and keep them save.

All HoloPort hosts can now chat fully P2P on the Holo network! Elemental Chat is our proof-of-concept app that represents a successful end-to-end infrastructure test of the Holo Hosting network built to run on the new version of Holochain (RSM).

Don't you think that the Holo developers team is too much slow in releasing the updates and working product. That's the reason there is no interest in this project at least for now.
1216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: ✅🔥[ANN] [ICO] JACS - Internet 3.0 Decentralized Infrastructure 🔥✅ on: March 07, 2021, 06:39:53 AM
As far as i know they told sometime earlier that they will be listed on exchanges as soon as their product is launched.
That's right, at least they should say and provide an update like "the listing plan is in the process of negotiation with several exchanges", it should make people quite calm. This silent state makes people even more curious, so that they forget about their patience.
Same like the others, I wish moamin77 come to this thread very soon.

List JACS tokens on the exchange without use case will only destroy the project, The most important thing right now is marketing.
JACS already has a product, but the JACS application only has 10 downloads, the team should be more active in marketing to drive downloads and sales
Marketing creates a demand for Tokens

And how will you promote the JCAS app ? The only way i could see is that they start a campaign (Signature or social media) to spread the world about their new product. Also this time they should pay in bitcoin for this task because the bounty hunters + investors already have JCAS in their wallet with no present value.
1217  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitsArcade.com - Crypto Gambling Platform - Start with a 50% deposit bonus! on: March 07, 2021, 06:16:13 AM
Good news! I got my withdraw! But still, be careful!

Nice, you got your withdrawal. Personally i never deposit big amounts in the new casino as we do not know if they are legit or could scam us. Once many people play at BitsArcade and give good feedback/review, then is the time that you could trust the casino and deposit large money to gamble.
1218  Other / Meta / Re: YubiKey optional Bitcointalk login on: March 07, 2021, 05:31:24 AM
Hard to argue it wouldn't protect against account hacks, but it would introduce a new problem.
Life is hard
Crypto mining is hard cause it introduced another problem but solve many
Crypto trading is hard
Almost every good thing in this life is hard but we just need to find a way to deal with the difficulties cause nothing good comes easy.
If Yubikey protects against phishing, some online impersonator email sender and provide security why do you believe won't protect against account hack?

There is no solution which can give you 100% grantee that your account will not be hacked by using a hardware or software 2fa. Many times we have seen people get lose of their accounts by themselves by not losing the 2fa and the backup key also. These authenticators are good for safe guard but we have to first take all the precautions ourselves also.
1219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it right time to Buy Alt coins now? on: March 07, 2021, 05:11:23 AM
You can follow this chart to see if there is an altcoin season or bitcoin season.

1220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Managers Wearing Bitcoin Signature, Funny Irony on: March 07, 2021, 04:20:43 AM

The irony of it is that they manage bounty but promote bitcoin paying signature. Lol

Most of the bounty managers are well known and reputed. Therefore, if they apply in any high paying bitcoin signature campaign, they get preference over the others and hence get selected. They are already earning the bounty tokens by managing the bounty campaigns, so why not they decide to earn some bitcoins also at the same time by enrolling in bitcoin signature campaign.
