Valid point but depositing a $10 and asking you to wager $100 this an obvious case that the house will win, guaranteed!

They should atleast say something that you must wager the full amount before you can withdraw or a 1.5X would save it's purpose from allowing people from cleaning their coins or exchanging them.

Regardless lose your first $100 and there after you are in Roll Eyes

Why do you think that if gambler wager initially they will lose $100. If you are clever enough, you can play x-roulette with multiplier of only 1.01 and hopefully you won't lose any amount.

I think we are discussing way too much for this 100$ wagering requirement. Its not that hard to achieve if you are a gambler.  Smiley

I believe that bitcoin bull run is not over and bitcoin will cross all time high again in the summer. Once we cross 64,000$, the sky will be clear  Smiley
1043  Economy / Goods / Re: ~ Buying a TESLA CYBERTRUCK with BITCOIN ~ Maybe? on: May 16, 2021, 05:28:16 AM
Elon reverses stance on Tesla accepting Bitcoin citing energy concerns.  Say it ain't so!  While he does leave the door open to accepting Bitcoin in the future, this doesn't seem like a good thing in the short term for the market and more specifically, this thread.  I intend to purchase a Cybertruck regardless of the payment method involved, but we'll have to stay tuned to see how this turns out as far as the Bitcoin aspect.

I am sure he will announce in the near future that tesla can be bought using dogecoin. If you could wait sometime, you will be happy to spend cheap dogecoin and get something valuable as Cybertruck  Smiley
1044  Other / Off-topic / Re: Elon's star is fading. People will be asking who he was in a couple of years. on: May 16, 2021, 05:10:50 AM
I think it is time to stop thinking Elon is some sort of god.

Exactly, He is most popular and one of the richest person. Its hard to ignore his tweets as people will react to them. For me, i won't sell my bitcoins on his negative comments but i may take entry and exits from dogecoin based on his tweets to get some quick profits.

I am using the forum now and it is working perfectly fine. But since you have written this post 4 hours ago, there might be an issue with the site.
However i did see the "Checking your browser before accessing" at the start, don't know why. I hope there was no DDOS attack.

That happens when CloudFlare scans the clients (you and me) before allowing us to access the forum as an anti-bot measure.

So when does cloudflare scan the client ? Is there any specific interval or it should scan once you access the site everyday ?
I rarely get this message on my browser, perhaps once a month or so.
1047  Other / Meta / Re: Any URL shortener rules for sigs, avatars, or the personal text field? on: May 15, 2021, 10:52:57 AM

I have a question. Did you check with any of the mods if that shortened link in your personal text is allowed? Shortened URLs aren't allowed on the forum, but the rules might be different for sigs, avatars, or the personal text field.

This was asked by a user privately and I realized that I never had a thought about it but assumed that it's fine to use a URL shortener on personal text. I am still confident that it's absolutely okay to have it on the personal text unless any mod suggest otherwise.

Looking forward to know the exact rule.

Cheers,

PS: If I recall correctly then I have seen shortened URL in many signature campaigns.

You're using the URL shortener yourself in personal text and it does not show any ads too, so its perfectly fine.

Since referral links are not allowed in the forum, some people use URL shortener which points to the referral links to get away with it. Those are infact not allowed.
1048  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: May 15, 2021, 10:36:54 AM
Before start playing ive read mostly the rules and the FAQ of the different gambling platforms, I want to try on and I saw the withdrawal requirement of the rollbit. Also for other future players who would like to play too that they have this kind of rule for their users if you want to withdraw your funds. I don't have any problem with this because it's their own rule if you don't want to agree with it they cant do it's your choice.

I already know few gambling sites where they want you to deposit some money before you can cash out, but they don't have any wagering requirement.
Although wagering 100$ is not that much, because you have deposited in the gambling site to gamble for sure but i don't understand what benefit the gambling site get from such requirements. If the intend is to stop money laundering, they can still do that after wagering ?
1049  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Casino & Sports - UFC Official Betting Partner - Play Smarter 🥊 on: May 15, 2021, 10:11:21 AM
actually i was wondering , do stake even make money on the FA CUP ?

Let's say that

Player A : bet 20$ on Chelsea
Player A - Sub Account : bet 20$ on Leichester City

As long the total goals is 2 or above , Player A will win on this bet , no ?

As far as i understand this, you are saying if a person place multiple bets on both the sides, he can never lose. No, this is not the case because he will lose the whole one bet and the other winning bet will not give you 2x. So overall, you will be in a loss.

I  got vaccinated today

Please, right now while you think of it, put me in your will.

Cool

Did you really got vaccinated ? I don't believe it.  Cool

You were the one who was not in favor of the vaccine and always had the point of view to develop natural immunity. How does this changed ?
1052  Economy / Speculation / Re: Musk only wanted to transfer attention to his BTC mining bussiness - don't FUD on: May 14, 2021, 06:50:51 PM
https://www.zdnet.com/article/teslas-next-business-turning-your-solar-roof-and-evs-into-bitcoin-mines/

Tesla has a new business - mining BTC with solar roofs. This was the sole reason for the tweet of doom - Musk already has a solution!

I don't understand the logic for this. He could still promote his theory of mining bitcoin with solar energy and yet keep the bitcoin tesla adaption.

Quitting bitcoin and promoting doge makes no sense to me if this was the intention.
1053  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ways to earn in crypto in 2021 on: May 14, 2021, 03:42:50 PM
Newbies can start with airdrops or bounty, and then use their rewards to do trading and then join ICO. I think step by step is worth to do especially some airdrops or bounties still worth to join for now. With that, they don't need to worry about use money that be used in daily life and they can build their capital slowly but sure.

If anyone do not have the upfront money to do trading, then he can start with the airdrops and bounty. However, investing in ICO is still not recommended by me because there is a greater chance of losing money in ICOs and also in the modern day IDOs.
If you have some money, you can directly start earning from trading but after getting the complete knowledge of trading.

Although everyone is after the meme coins but currently the meme coins holders are in a big loss. Things may change but its risky to invest in such coins although i have seen these meme coins giving more profit than those fundamental strong coins.

Well, if your comment had just one word 'great', it makes sense that it got deleted, doesn't it?
Maybe

This will also likely get deleted, one word comments are generally not tolerated.

Your original comment shouldn't generally tolerated as it doesn't add any value except to your pockets.

My reply to your comment even being just one word communicate all that in one word, but of course my comment is most likely to be moderated and the 30% of the spam comments like your I've got here are perfectly in line with the "rule" I have to respect, as someone has said in the comment just above.

No, my comment will also get nuked, I knew it when I wrote it.
Let's see then....

My concern is that do such comments get deleted because some people report them ?
Or they are directly seen by the mods and they delete them ?
1058  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla destroys bitcoin :-[ on: May 13, 2021, 01:11:01 PM
Trust me, panicking is the reason for dump to become more longer, it's just 10% dip and we're still around $50K, remember just few years ago bitcoin priced around $8K what's with all the fuss?
If the reason of the dump is truly because of tesla, for sure the market gonna be recovering once many people realize that they don't really need bitcoin to be accepted as payment method for buying tesla because it's just unnecessary at the first place and the market will be moving on.

Bitcoin did exist before Tesla and it will continue to exists after Tesla. There is no need to give so much important to Tesla and Elon Musk Tweets. Stop re-acting to him so he will realize that his words does not matter.
No fud can destroy the bitcoins and crypto currencies.

1060  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: in between the decision to hold or sell on: May 09, 2021, 10:59:02 AM
having a conversation with a friend today , he was asking me if he should sell or hold a coin. i didnt give a straight answer, i just told him the project is a good one that can do well but if you are willing to wait then you can hold but if you need some money then you can sell off. he then replied that he will wait for an additional 25% increase before he would sell off. i think i tried my best to let him make his final decision himself. is there any better way to do this? if it were you, how would you respond to this. ??

It varies from project to project. Some large cap coins are worth holding for long term but if anyone have invested in low volume coin, he should book profit from it as soon as it reaches a certain price target.

You should know money management and portfolio management, if you want to earn money from trading crypto.
