1101  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: April 24, 2021, 05:18:45 AM
I never dreamed that Pakistan would lose so badly against a small team like Zimbabwe. Pakistan had a great performance against South Africa. I think the Pakistan team seems to be a very easy opponent towards Zimbabwe. They thought they would win the match easily. And this is the reason why they have faced such a bad batting disaster.
I wonder what the odds were for Zimbabwe to win the match, there were talks about Zimbabwe upsetting Pakistan and now we have seen that and that too when chasing a really small score  Cheesy. I would never anticipate that kind of upset even if i am betting and i would have lost the bet.

This was one of the big upset and i never expected that to happened. The odds were in favor of Pakistan in the beginning of the match, so whoever took the risk and bet on Zimbabwe, you have got decent profits. That's why taking risk sometimes pay off and you can make good money from such matches.
1102  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will drop to 20k is not time to buy btc now on: April 23, 2021, 06:20:38 PM
Buying BTC now is extremly risky. This is a bubble what we see now.  Soon the prices will drop to 20k then buy BTC.
But now is not the time at the end of the bull run.

Soon we'll reach good point to buy at 20k btc this good price.
now is high price i wouldn't put 60k on btc.
but is good time to buy altcoins that can make you x2-5x

You are acting as a newbie in the crypto world. There is no way bitcoin can fall to the levels of 20,000$. You may wish for this but i am afraid, that is not possible for now. At most bitcoin can drop to minimum 43K and not below that level. If it drops below 43K, then this might be the end of bull market.

Do you think that all the boobs are beautiful ?

Yes of course, we must praise the boobs. Is there an international boob day? If not, we should make one  Cheesy

I don't know about any international boob day but there is a International Grab a Boob day which is more interesting as it focus on grabbing boobs. Wink
This day is celebrated on 3rd of May.

1105  Other / Off-topic / Re: Embrace the Boobies on: April 21, 2021, 06:11:04 PM
If you append your thread with [NSFW] then I'm sure you'll have all kinds of people posting all kinds of boob pics (then again, you may not want that)...

If i add [NSFW] in the title, is it allowed to post nude pics of boobs in this thread ? Is this allowed in bitcointalk forum ?

Since the nature of the topic is NSFW, it will better if people could explain their experiences with pictures  Wink
1106  Other / Off-topic / Re: One Good girl worth More Than a 1000 bitches on: April 21, 2021, 05:53:07 PM
I have the solution & it is to enjoy many bad bitches in your younger days until you are ready to settle down. At this time you should try & find a good girl to marry & have a family with Wink

I have this experienced but that's not how it turns out to be. If you enjoyed few bitches in your early age, it will become your habit. Even if you refrain from the bitches after few years of marriage, you will again return to them after few years. You will not find interest in your wife (single woman) and may need new girl every now and then to get your desires fulfilled.
1107  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: April 21, 2021, 05:31:06 PM
Pakistan won the 1st T20 against Zimbabwe. Although they won quite easily but their batting performance did not impressed me at all. They were struggling in their batting till the last over in which they made 20 runs which took the score to 150. Had that not happened, Pakistan would have trouble saving this match.
They defeated South Africa and won the series but they found it difficult at times to score runs against Zimbabwe and i thought they would fail to defend the score and is how a truly unpredictable side plays  Grin.

Never understand how can any side be so unpredictable. A team who is in form should play most of the matches good but it never happens with Pakistan.
I had some bad experience in the past as i lost few bets in which pakistan were playing. Now i avoid betting on their matches as its hard to predict the result of the matches.
1108  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have $150,000 US dollars and my target is a 10x gain. Stop me going all in now on: April 18, 2021, 11:15:21 AM
Hi there,

First, a little about me.  I am a first-time investor to crypto.  However, I have had a few stocks (Roth IRA stuff) and tech stocks and overall have made the average 8% return over about 8 years.  I now have 150,000 to scrape together.

Principles:  I have a high risk profile.  I am patient up to 10 years.  I could buy and hold.  I do believe this 2021 is a once in a lifetime year.  The gains next cycle will be much less in 4 years.
I do believe that earlier is always better.  Did I say I have a high risk profile?

I have a few specific questions and I know it's just your opinions.

1.  Starting today on April 10, 2021 if I invested 150k in bitcoin, how much do the gurus expect me to have in 1, 2, 5, and 10 years?  Like would any idiot who just invested today and didn't sell expect a 5x increase within the next 10 years?
2.  I would use dollar cost averaging, but over what time horizon?  Invest 150k over the next six months?  Or just invest it all today since we all know it's going up?
3.  I could withdraw the old retirement fund and get the initial investment up to 300k.  Would you go all in using that?  I would not have much of a backup plan for retirement if this is the case, but like I said I have a high risk profile.  I do believe this is once in a lifetime.
4. If I want to pursue some alt coins, and again, I have a high risk profile, what % mix would you recommend?  33% alt-coins and 66% bitcoin, or 50-50, etc?

Thank you!!

I hope you had not invested all $150,000  on April 10 as that was not the best time to invest when the whole market was up. If you have still have the money, today is the perfect day to take some entries in bitcoin and altcoins as all the market is in a big crash. Its an golden opportunity to buy the dip. You will not get such days in crypto where every coin is in 20% dip.
1109  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling experiment - Doubling small stake for big gains on: April 18, 2021, 10:30:56 AM
I just got my monthly rewards on Stake and since I did not use them much in the last month they were very small indeed. Idea is place full amount on one ticket every day. Odds will probably be between 2-3 and if the ticket is won, everything goes to the next ticket.

The idea seems a good one but i don't think it will last long. Still it will be interesting to know the outcome of this experiment and it will only be possible if you can update your results here on daily basis. If you got successful, i myself will try it out.
1110  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If you had 4,000.00 USD, what would you invest in? on: April 18, 2021, 10:10:35 AM
I invest in min 10 altcoins. obviously I pick top cmc listed coin for invest.
My 10 altcoins are- ETH, LTC, BNB, ADA, SOL, NANO, EOS, ETC, XRP, NEO

OP have only 4000$ and it is not advisable to invest in too many coins with this little amount. I would suggest OP to invest in 4 coins of his choice with 500$ each and keep 2000$ in fiat (USDT) , so in case the market dumps further he have money for dollar cost average.
1111  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A little sad story on: April 18, 2021, 10:00:23 AM
So I got some bonus from bybit.

I longed btc at first with 50x leverage (you do that with 'free' money), but since it was on the rise for last few days, thought it will dip and closed the long, opened short.

Got liquidated soon after.

Had I not closed the long, I would be in several double digit thousands of dollars profit today.

Rip

There is no need to repent on the decision. You win some trades and you lose some trades. Right now you have just lose your bonus money, i wonder what will happen if you would have lost your seed money. If you cannot bear these loses then futures trading is not for you. If you are not able to bear the loss, i think you should do only spot trading as the risk in spot trading is less.

1113  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is trading an occupation? on: April 18, 2021, 08:59:12 AM
According to many people, there are those who can say it as a job, some say that it is a side job. It depends on their own perception in my opinion, because many professional traders say that trading is their main job. so back to your own needs

Most people treat business as a side business because normal trading does not require your full time. You can trade on your phone while being on your day job also.
Only a very few people who are mostly doing day trading needs a ful day focus on trading and therefore they can take it as a profession but for that you need to have a lot of experience in trading.
1114  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance.us market exchange just crashed!!! on: April 18, 2021, 08:27:03 AM
Today , when the bitcoin price was dumping, the binance crashed again. I wanted to cancel my long positions but could not.
Also these are the best time to buy the altcoins in cheap, but no one was able to buy/sell crypto in that important time. I don't think binance can't handle the traffic, its just pure manipulation.
1115  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bought my vitamins with Bitcoin on: April 18, 2021, 06:31:17 AM
For several years, I have been maintaining my overall well-being by taking US-made vitamins with the same brand since late 2013. I usually order them both offline and online, either paying it through cash, bank transfer or debit card. Until now, I am still a proud user of it. It really helped managed my anxiety and panic attack symptoms, as well as better sleep quality, extra stamina during the day, better metabolism, etc.

But I stopped ordering online for 2 years. In order to save me some shipping fees, I have decided to order it from a good friend who is a licensed distributor of the vitamins product.

One day, I realized that my stocks are almost running out. So I called him to meet me to get my vitamins. My friend already have a Bitcoin wallet, but never really used it. So I asked him if he liked to be paid by Bitcoin this time, and he eventually said yes.

So I just scanned his QR code and paid him the amount (there was zero fee because of using the same wallet). And there you have it, my first Bitcoin peer to peer transaction with my friend for the vitamins.

My good friend is happy, and he doesn’t mind me to use Bitcoin again to transact with him. I don’t mind how long will BTC be massively adopted, at least it’s good to spread awareness and advocacy about it.

This is how the future will look alike when we see everything being bought and sold with bitcoin. Money will be measured in bitcoin and no more in dollars or fiat currencies. The another good thing is that with bitcoin, we have full control over the money. We can send to anyone anytime without any third party like banks.
1116  Other / Off-topic / Re: Online Shopping on: April 17, 2021, 02:36:07 PM
Online shopping is very convenient and time-saving.

No doubt online shopping is convenient but at the same time some people take advantage of this facility and send faulty / low quality items in online shopping. Since we buy things only by seeing the pictures and do not see them physically, some scammer shop keepers send 2nd hand /low quality items and fraud with us. So this aspect of online shopping is depressing and sad.
1117  Other / Meta / Re: Understanding Service Section rule. on: April 17, 2021, 02:19:15 PM
Services (child board of Goods) - Services provided/demanded on-forum for Bitcoin. If you are providing/demanding services on another site (e.g. have a hosting site), it doesn't belong here.

Services section is for the services provided for bitcoins. So, by this definition if you want to list your campaign here, the major portion of the payment should be in bitcoins.
1118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: April is the real alt season on: April 17, 2021, 10:28:39 AM
Alt season is thriving so much this month. I am missing out for reals. Been trading all year and finally stop this month lol. I took a break n did other hobbies. Like mining.. must have missed out and I waited 4 yrs for this event if u call it that..  still got like 6 months left.. imo .. my real alt bag is ethereum though.. waiting for like 200% gains.. if its truly here lol.. if not this 6 months then a brutal 4 yr bear market again.. history often repeats itself and often rhymes too.

I think you can diversify your portfolio and not necessarily expect Ethereum only to give you 200% gains. There are other coins which are already 200% up but since Ethereum is a high marketcap coin, you can expect it to give you insanely high returns in less time.  I will prefer to keep 50% portfolio in bitcoin and ehtereum,  and allocate rest of the portfolio in other altcoins which are low in value and marketcap.
1119  Economy / Services / Re: Work is looking for a man on: April 17, 2021, 06:11:25 AM
The title days, "Work is looking for a man" Is it man as in male? I believe since it's a tech kind of job you're looking for someone to fill in, it shouldn't be sex based. Except it's manual and strength demanding. The brain knows no sex.

This is interesting way of getting people hired for a job.  I haven't seen any statement like "Work is looking for a man" before.  Cheesy
Traditionally we see "company is looking for the employees".
