5741  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would be the number of BTC you would be happy in 2 years time? on: June 17, 2016, 07:21:20 PM
In next 2 years, hmmm, maybe around 30-50 btc  for me. If btc price at $1.5k - $2k. If the price still stable like now, so around 60-100 btc.
Wow you have dreams worth to appreciate. I think I would be happy with just 2-5 bitcoins because I have lots and lots of other works to do also. I think I would easily earn such amount in 1-2 years given that my progress remains good.
5742  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: June 17, 2016, 07:09:14 PM
When I ever gain some profit for gamble, I feel something great
So when I have stop play for some time, the great feeling keep haunt me overtime so I decide to gamble again and again with aware of the risk
Exactly when you win you feel as if gambling is the best thing in the world and its just too easy to win and come back again. But even when you loose you come back to play again and again to we say "recover our loss".
5743  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Most trusted and reliable bitcoin exchanges on: June 17, 2016, 06:58:30 PM
Apparently, I don't think there's any bitcoin exchange platforms that are to be surely 100% trusted because remember MtGox, it was one of the best exchangers back then. Just as it was the best, it immediately became the worst like bam! It turned south real quick.
5744  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Best online wallet on: June 16, 2016, 08:53:25 PM
Best wallet still the one that has offline feature and ability to hold your private keys.

In the OP's concern about Best Online Wallet, I suggest don't choose a online wallet with exchange one but rather a standalone wallet only.
I think you are very right because if you have the access to private keys then you can easily take the money out but if you do not have access to private keys then you are at the mercy of the wallet providers.
Then still who is the best ?
5745  Economy / Economics / Re: What would happen if Bitcoin became a legal currency? on: June 16, 2016, 08:48:16 PM
The world would be a better place. Crime will go down, wars will end, people will get out of debt, and the world will continue to spin.
Haha not the crime will go down, but surely the technologies will get high. I think many places where we still worry would be made easy, for example we can pay someone with bitcoins and order pizza and dont have to worry as we have the transaction ID Smiley
5746  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: June 16, 2016, 08:38:58 PM
Hi guys and girls! After making quite a lot of money then losing it and crying about not hapfmthe afternoon I have decided to give up gambling for good.  Its not for me in have a much too addictive personality. So now I just plan to work for casinos but not gamble.

The thing is you know you should cash out but you always want just that little bit more and then u lose the whole lot. I'm stupid and greedy. Right after I lost i put more in and doubled it then I went all in and lost it. So yes u can make a killing gambling with such a small about like a few dollars but then u lose all u make and waste a lot of time and energy and end up getting upset. Also i shake like mad when I gamble and I hate that. I tremble. When I lose I can't believe what the screen is telling me.

So any thoughts ? Ways to stop ? Ways to gamble with play money ? Maybe there are dust ga!going casinoes I can use? U know just for fun and for the fix. Smiley
The only thing actually will work is your own will and willingness to stop it. See addiction is not a problem or difficulty that would get away just of you ask others, its a in built greed/mindset that makes you do it again and again.
5747  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: June 15, 2016, 08:12:28 PM
I've done it for addiction. today I can control myself and come back to play for pleasure of fun. I try sometimes site that give bitcoins free to play. When I want more adrenaline use my bitcoins (it's more exciting). But I have always careful to separate a certain amount for it. If I lose I'm not trying to recover because there will be so stupid.
You are a genius player, if all of gambling persons adopt that strategy then for them gambling will not be hazardous, and they will play daily. The most important point is that we should have to play these games for fun only and have not consider gambling as the source of becoming rich.
5748  Economy / Speculation / Re: FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT SELL YOUR BITCOIN on: June 15, 2016, 07:58:37 PM
Eh, I would say it's a great time to sell if you got in low.  Taking money off the table isn't a bad thing from time to time.  Especially when the price skyrockets like we've seen in the last week.
I agree. We shouldn't restrict everyone from selling their coins as there are traders as well who buy and sell their coins. The price is high right now but many may fear a price drop or may have been holding their coins for over a year. There should be trades conducted to keep the price moving.
5749  Other / Off-topic / Re: Where u use bitcoins? on: June 15, 2016, 07:53:37 PM
Frankly speaking, I don't use my bitcoins to buy silly things like foods and medicines. I have fiat currency for that. I am only and only accumulating bitcoin to unleash something big for future.

You better realize the power of bitcoin soon enough and stop spending it for any means. bitcoin is a life changing innovation and make use of it by storing it and accumulating it for future.

Yeah its better not to spend bitcoin at a moment as to buy anything fiat can take care and it allows us to save our bitcoins for future where we can spend when price really goes higher.
Really I've never really spent my bitcoins even in the past. I've only been hoarding quite a lot from the past months because of the expected halving bitcoin value jump. And as far as how much I currently have, I can safely say that I've made quite a profit from simply hoarding and holding. I've spent my coins on Steam before though.
5750  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you like to hoard your BTC or spend it? on: June 15, 2016, 07:48:22 PM
better to hold for now, the price is increasing quite well, selling now it's stupid you would lose money, but no one know about the peak, so it will be hard to sell at the right price and purchase back more bitcoin

Yeah but sometimes it goes wrong. I trade bitcoin to US dollars and I got it all wrong all the time. I guess keeping it would be the best thing to do rather than move it always to dollar then back

We cannot afford to take risk with our coins now as we are very near to halving, one wrong step can make your suffer from huge loss, so its better to hold till the halving.
Is it really? I mean, looking at it right now, the price is slowly declining in value for the past 2 days.

I know it's only been two days but the decline was rather fast. From roughly $740 down to $680. So is it really worth to hold it in by the halving?
5751  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you like to receive your salary in BTC? on: June 14, 2016, 08:35:51 PM
If the BTC price is stable and there are establishments who accepts BTC in my area, I would probably opt for a certain percentage of my income to be paid in BTC. The price is key. If the price per BTC is extremely volatile, I would not want my pay to be depreciated in value.

Yes if the valuce does not change much, it good to get salary in Bitcoins

That is also my concern. The bitcoin price is too volatile. It is difficult to budget with the bitcoin in the short term.
though you might receive a lot more money than your wage then so it would also be good

i would definitely like to receive my salary in bitcoins as it would be as an investment
You are true if we started to receive our salaries in Bitcoin then whenever the price would increase we would geta bigger amount from the normal wages of the day, I think with that everyone will be happy.
5752  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When did you hear about Bitcoin the first time and got your first bits? on: June 14, 2016, 08:31:04 PM
When did you get into Bitcoin?  Smiley
The first time I heard about bitcoin from one of my friend he asked me to join a faucet site and said that now it is the time of bitcoin and also told me that I can earn a bigger amount with bitcoin.
5753  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: June 11, 2016, 06:17:52 PM
Almost everyone is losing in gambling..
At least if its going long term..
Some are winning daily, take for example Mrvincenzo88(pd user) his profit keeps on going up lol last time i checked he was up 407 btc. i just now checked his total profit is 440 btc. Shocked

Yeah... But the frightening truth is that his good luck streak may not last much longer. The house edge will somehow catch him in the future, whenever that is. However, it's always fun to watch a whale play.

The house will also get you in the end. So gamble responsibly.
House edge is the winner always. But even in the player against player gambling only if your luck favours you you can find your gambling profitable. So, other than house edge there are a lot of possibilities for creating gambling problems.
5754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: June 11, 2016, 06:10:23 PM
My advice stay away from gambling is looking for a job from the real world

So do you think that gambler are jobless? If they are jobless so how they have some money to gamble? You are completely wrong if you think like that..
Most gamblers has their own job in real world already except those who are rely only on gambling for their main income.

But when you are engaged with your full-time job, then definitely you will not find spare time to play gambling. When you are not regularly into gambling, then more chances for completely forgetting about it. Unless you're addicted to gambling, I believe no one will keep on coming among their hectic schedules.
That is the reason many people here suggesting to get engaged with your other activities to stay away from gambling. Because when you are having fruitful activities or earning a comfortable living from your job then definitely you can stay away from gambling easily.
5755  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Muslim Bitcoiner on: June 11, 2016, 05:59:33 PM
Good luck to all of you, I hope bitcoin will show you how to be free in the future. To take off that bandages that this system put on you.

Bitcoin here or there is the same, bitcoin shows a lot to people who can see. I hope one day we can make something big from this.
Well I guess you could say that to anyone, rather everyone here in the forum. I mean, we all are trying our bests to get our hands on as much coins as possible because we all want to earn and get profits from this.
5756  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you Rich from Gambling? on: June 11, 2016, 04:32:12 PM
I am not rich because of gambling and that is because it will be really hard to win some profit with gambling and you have to be lucky with gambling and that happens not that often that you can earn some profit with it.
But I just gamble because I like it to do and that is all, and not be rich of it.

It is a matter of chance if you will win in such gamble, however lottery is a kind of gamble to and  I heard lot of person win from those from T.V and Radio.
I tried to gamble a few times, never have luck, it might be on mindset of a person.
5757  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: June 08, 2016, 06:46:06 PM
I liked bitcoin cause bitcoin has a less transaction fee than other currencies, Easy to get a profit from it.  More chance of getting a profit from it. Many opportunity of enlarging your balance in bitcoin
That's exactly what's best with bitcoins. Just simply using it as a currency, you can earn from it which actually makes it more exciting to use. I've always explained this to my friends and the people around me but they can't seem to grasp the concept and they can't understand it.
5758  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I lost 700 mbtc on gambling on: June 08, 2016, 06:34:37 PM
Gambling is very risky and you know it, then why did you bring so much? and you must be prepared to lose, so do not complain about it.

there is no proof = hoax
Yeah, there have been so many users who have lost over 10 BTC while gambling as it's all a luck-based game. We can just feel sorry for them but can't say that they weren't wrong by gambling. Investing an amount which you can't afford to lose is just being silly or being ready for the loss and plus some gambling sites are scam.
5759  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to quit Gambling for good? on: June 08, 2016, 06:29:31 PM
After reading so many posts almost it looks like we all know that gambling is wrong, yet we all do it.
So, I guess stop thinking about it too much and just let it go. Because when you knowing something is wrong and cant avoid it, probably that's the end of understand things.
5760  Economy / Speculation / Re: what does panic selling will do to btc price? on: June 07, 2016, 08:35:48 PM
yes it can affect. because if too many people who sell bitcoin then the ratio will be reduced. people who buy bitcoin bit and it will affect the price of bitcoin. feared if too many are selling bitcoin at a time then the price of bitcoin is predicted to weaken.
It depends on the demand and supply. More buyers, less sellers or more sellers and less buyers affects the price. But here bitcoins are not just dependent on the number of sellers but even any controversy or activity like the halving affects the price else it was always stable till now. We shouldn't bother much about panic selling.
