4841  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Any tricks available in gambling to won the bet? on: October 31, 2017, 01:24:13 PM
Any tricks available in gambling to won the bet?
I think there has no trick at all in gambling because I am sure that every type of gambling always have luck. Most of the time gambling is base on luck, maybe some tricks you are talking about is like you were going to cheat for you to win. There is no assurance for us to win in gambling.

Sure,  there is no guaranteed trick for us in gambling because most are based on luck and the ones that are skilled based don't come with tricks and means to cheat your way into success but data and statistics with which you can work with to make good future predictions.
How can anyone come up with a trick that can give us correct results about future ?

Gambling is all about making guess on random games and the probability of that coming true is very low. So, it is better not to waste time on thinking shortcuts for making money and become a real man who can stand a whole empire with his own arms. People think it is an easy way to earn money and I indeed is but the problem is it seldom works.
4842  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC target on: October 31, 2017, 08:39:46 AM
stable at 6500$ at the end of november with a scope of 7500 at the end of the year
Never expect stable prices for bitcoins. I believe by end of November, we might be having prices to be testing around $8000 and by end of 2017, we will be having bitcoin prices around $11k. Yes, everything will be possible unless otherwise some big countries will not be coming with any negative news.

Many equity companies start suggesting bitcoin investments to their investors and I read an article like bitcoin etf will be around the corner hence we can expect more money inflow to make bitcoin prices into new height.

The upcoming November fork will do all the magic to make bitcoin prices to test $8000 like what we had in the August month fork.
4843  Economy / Economics / Re: $12,000,000+ BTC someday to replace Fedwire? on: October 30, 2017, 07:44:36 PM
Total market capital of bitcoin is somewhat around 101,931,068,218 And at the same time fedwire is moving 2 trillion dollars per day. From the stats alone we see that total market capital of bitcoin is reasonable far away from what fedwire is handling on  daily basis. With that said it is not entirely impossible for bitcoin to compete with fedwire within few years. Given that growth rate of bitcoin adoption is remaining same or more. More importantly other govt or at least if federal reserve finds out that bitcoin is posing serious threat to their business then situation could get bad sooner than later.  However fedwire has nothing to fear about bitcoin at this stage though.
The value of bitcoin which needs to increase to match up with current fedwire is doing on daily basis is huge but bitcoin is known to do wonder all along.  One interesting point though by the time bitcoin is near to the 2 trillion per day, how much do you think fedwire will be handling?
That is really an interesting point you have made. Fedwire would definitely not remain stagnant and it is going to keep growing as bitcoin grows apparently. It is very impossible to compete with fedwire not just in few years but so many years from now if we are realistic.

Even if there is a slight chance, it would be a huge fight, but no need to worry about that as the possibility is close to nothing. We can only be optimistic that bitcoin would keep growing but a stage will come it won't be this rapid as we have been experiencing it when the adoption has gotten to a maximum level.
4844  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What Will You Do If You Are Trap On A SHIT Coin ? Or Low Volume Coin on: October 30, 2017, 07:00:53 PM
It really depends on your expectation for the coin, if you think it will come good in the long term then of course hold it, if you think it will never improve then get rid of it and try again.
I agree with the getting rid of if he knows it is a shit coin but trying again ?
That is like moving from frying pan and trying to get into the fire, then what is the point of selling in the first place ?

Low volume coin are usually just good for pumps which is normally organized by some group of people and some people even get burnt in the process, they have no life, no chance of growing, no chance of survival and should never be held or traded in the first place and I hope OP has learnt his lessons. Best is to sell and find a better trade to get into now.
4845  Economy / Economics / Re: Is China making a U-Turn with Huobi? on: October 30, 2017, 03:58:51 PM
I just did a quick google search and cannot see anything about this?
Currently it is still just a rumor, probably started on Reddit. They have Tether, though.
https://www.reddit.com/r/NEO/comments/78pkfc/huobi_to_reopen_on_26th_october/

If you want official news, check this: https://www.huobi.pro/notice/

China just wants to ban Bitcoin so that they can have more control over the citizen's money, and Bitcoin have the potential to even replace their currency in their daily transactions. Also, they can't just do what they want and ban Bitcoin entirely.

Bitcoin is international, and I am sure other countries will have some say (US), and even their own citizens. Hope Bitcoin can make a comeback soon  Lips sealed
I would not be surprised. China is totally dependent on exportation and that is where they make a whole shit load of money and that is how they have been able to keep their currency strengthened and controlled all these while.

Nevertheless, if different payment means starts happening internationally and it is getting pretty hard to control, that may end up telling negatively on theirs which I am not sure they would want to allow to keep going on. But eventually they know they cannot ban bitcoin and they stated that themselves.
4846  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What's up with Binance exchange? and upcoming so called competitor "Kucoin"? on: October 29, 2017, 06:41:54 PM
Interesting website. I just used it and they're quite fast in depositing tokens. Took only 10 minutes for my deposit to show up in my account. It asks for 2fa when you try to buy which is quite different and safer. I'll continue using it and report back.
That is great to know you have tried it. Although, I noticed the tokes are not much yet but over time, I guess they will keep upgrading on the number of tokens. It is also good to know they keep their securities at check and which is nice considering the number of attacks with exchanges so far.

Nevertheless, I will still keep giving them some time though, until I am sure they are really going to be worth it but for now, binance has been good so far.
4847  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Turning crypto into fiat or is that even nessesary anymore! on: October 29, 2017, 08:06:08 AM
Yes,, the root word for bitcoin not to be converted into fiat is “acceptance” that obviously the word our society not into.. The reality is the government itself is hesitant to make any policy about cryptocurrency for a reason they were the one who cares for our financial and economic instability.. They can’t risked those by doing what people/bitcoin users want but for the what is best for the country.. And sadly bitcoin is not yet at that level..
First and foremost, most of the leaders belief on what is best for the country simply balls down to what is best for them. So many of the financial institutions and people in power have monopolized, manipulated and controlled the whole system that it would be so hard for them to just declare bitcoin legal for usage, apparently still with the use of cash.

However, they will not  have no choice eventually, with the rate bitcoin is going and they will just end up finding a way to tax it at the end once you are converting to fiat.
4848  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto behind Bitcoin Gold? on: October 29, 2017, 06:23:52 AM
Satoshi would have much more intelligent moves than to just fork his own project with a poorly designed and executed project. We are talking about a genius here.

I wouldn't be surprised if the bitcoin gold team generated this pitiful rumor as a last ditch effort to pump their POS coin.
Apart from being an unintelligent move forking his own project, it would have even been a stupid move coming up with something that shitty, looking at what he has built already, otherwise I would then have to disagree that satoshi really was the mastermind of bitcoin.

Nevertheless, it is pretty obvious this is just a shameful way of getting attention from the Bitcoin gold team and if given the chance, I am sure Liao would have really loved to hide his face too. Just too late though!
4849  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you research the company before participating in a bounty? on: October 29, 2017, 03:43:26 AM
Yes ofcourse, every time we will join a bounty we should not forget to check its background, company, websites and more so that we can see that its all real. We should check their information for good and for not wasting our time in a failing bounty.
It is unfortunate though that most investors are just looking for free money or profit that ICO gives them and not even bothered about the chance of the project attaining to something some great position in the market with the services they are going to render and which is why they are always ready to dump at the first point they hit the market.

These are the caliber of people that finds it pretty hard to research the market before investing.
4850  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ALTCOINS Longterm HOLD on: October 28, 2017, 06:23:50 PM
Most of the coins you have mentioned there are OK for me, but if you are really considering a single option, I will go with NEO straight up and maybe consider CVC too. NEO looks very promising and I am really looking forward to the how the whole ICO regulation thing is going to play out and the effect it is gooing to have on NEO's value at the end. So, this one is definitely not to be discarded.

None of them. Bitcoin will survive.
Grin I really like that! Looking at it ehough except for the 3x - 5x profit that most of these altcoins give, sometimes, it is just safer to just leave your eggs in bitcoin basket. However, like they always say, it is still usually good to diversify, most especially if there are some good altcoin projects that can really make some moves later on.
4851  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Other BTC, are you holding any other crypto? on: October 28, 2017, 10:42:17 AM
Other BTC, are you holding any other crypto?
this alternate cryptocurrencies forum for discussion about altcoins, of course we holding other crypto. like ethereum waves lite doge etc..
There are so many altcoins out there with a lot of potentials and obviously they are worth holding considering how much they have grown in value over the years and the possibilities of growing even further. Just like the ones you have mentioned and so many more with good market cap and even some newly starting coin with good team and great product is worth holding for long.

I think most people who bought a significant number of bitcoins quickly add to their portfolio altcoyins. Me too.
Diversifying is absolutely a normal thing. Not just anyone who has significant number of bitcoins but also those who really understands the importance of investment and the chances of some of these altcoins having the chances to grow in the future.
4852  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ico scams on: October 28, 2017, 09:19:57 AM
Have you ever been scammed in an ico,
How?
I have never been scammed before and I really do not think I can ever be scammed. I do not just invest blindly in an ICO, I look at the team first, the project and product and the feasibility of the project being successful.

However, if you can do a proper digging on a team, I do not see how you can end up being scammed, highest that can ever happen is the coin taking too much time to grow or the project eventually not succeeding which giving the chances, they are usually close to impossible.
4853  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Gold is Forking Off on: October 28, 2017, 08:30:49 AM
That's why investors should be knowledgeable enough on this kind of fork in order for them to know what is real and what is not. Bitcoin Gold will not be even able to beat or to even reach what Bitcoin Cash have reached ( like having a follower and also a cult here in bct forum). another big suspicion here is the Developer who is not even known publicly.
It is not even possible. These are just some team who wants to scam investors and enrich their pockets when they themselves know the coin was unnecessary with no value in the first place.

Everything about them was so shitty and I really wonder how they could even get listed on yobit before the fork. I am even happy that these days, the community is getting wiser by the day knowing what is right and wrong and sticking to it, so we don't just let any lazy dev give us some piece of shit.
4854  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is this the time to buy Bitcoin on: October 28, 2017, 07:50:01 AM
I think now is not the best time to buy.....wait for it to fall a bit

It is funny how people react to corrections and dips. Waiting a little time can only cause more regret if not careful. We had an All Time High and now that we had it around $5400 yesterday, and about $5700 now, someone is still asking whether they should buy or not. The support is pretty strong and if you can get right now that we still have it a bit lower, then the best time to buy is now and not later or waiting for it to fall a bit.
It is really funny indeed and that is really where I see human greed.
Few months ago, some people would not have even imagined buying at this price if it had reason and when it was $4500, they could have been waiting for another dip.

As long as you are keeping BTC for a long time, then any single correction or spot one can buy is good and if the worst happens and we see a huge dip, that is just pretty much like a chance to buy more.
4855  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What’s everyone’s opinion on Ripple (XRP)? on: October 27, 2017, 08:57:55 PM
What does everything think will happen with ripple in the near future and distant future

Any good news or bad news on the project

Please give your opinions
Just an hyped centralized currency is what I see it as. No good news, no bad news, and the only reason I can keep it is for trade purposes only not for its usage. They have tried pretty much to push it to where it is and it surely has some support, not surprised. So, there is possibility of it still thriving in the market. It is all about the profit, ain't it ? However, you should be on the lookout cause it is a manipulated coin and anything can go wrong.

Ripple is my long-term investment since 0.006$. I'm sure that in some months/years it will reach 1$ price. It will be LAMBO time for me Grin
It would really be a lambo time indeed if it ever reaches $1. The thing is as much as most people do not like the idea of this currency, it has had some major development over the years. The fear is just that, it is a controlled coin and the chances of it facing some disaster later on might be possible, but since we absolutely cannot see the future, we might just hope the lambo days arrive.
4856  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC--->USD day trading possible? on: October 27, 2017, 11:51:46 AM
NO just hold it. Look at the chart last 3 months you will see..
There is a difference between day trading and HODLing mate!
BTC-USD day trading is possible if the OP is good with trading and can make some good decisions. Trading is a profitable way of increasing your coins and also making some huge profit at the long run from the value. So why would anyone want to hold, if they can make profit from what they are holding ?

Based on market flotations I choose day trading and holding options. There will be no meaning of going for day trading when market does not have enough fluctuations.

4858  Economy / Marketplace / Re: 1 Year in Cryptocurrency still no luck earning bitcoin. Need some real advice. on: October 26, 2017, 05:55:02 PM
Earning bitcoin is not all about luck you just have to work to earn, there is no free money anywhere, probably you might have been engaged in gambling and other unproductive services to earn bitcoin.
Sit down and learn how to trade cryptocurrencies and also participate in signature campaigns in this forum this are two ways possible ways to earn bitcoin.
Earning bitcoin is just the same as earning a living outside the crypto community. You have to work hard, put some effort and be smart as well. It is not about luck except someone who is pretty much hoping on jackpot or gambling which most times it is even very hard before you can get a win unless luck is just so much shining on you.

Unproductive services like you have mentioned will only end up giving non tangible results for earning which at the end, just like OP, such a person would have ended up having wasted years.
4859  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Market will fall today, how to predict?? on: October 26, 2017, 10:30:09 AM
There are multiple aspects on which the mood of market swings and most of it depends on the news (whether positive or negative) and panic purchase/sell orders. Practically, there is not even a single way to predict the next movement in the market and that rule is applicable even to the great Warren Buffet. What we can do is to identify the trend and predict the most probable possibilities in the future. Average investors can identify and predict such possibilities if he is having a sufficient knowledge and good experience of analysing the market behaviour.
Experience of analyzing market behaviors is what can really help anyone to make close to pretty good predictions. This still does not guarantee anything anyway, as the market can swing to which ever direction quickly based on any news in the market which is why it is always good to always stay close to the news every now and then so as not to miss those signals.

It's a little hard to predict if it will fall today but bitcoin will have it's correction sooner or later it's just a matter of time. Be ready to buy alts when there is blood on streets hehe.
Even it is hard, if you are capable of reading charts then you can easily predict market movements. Honestly that capability is not possible for all the traders. But I am making that possible as I have been into trading more than 5 years.
4860  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to choose good coin!? on: October 26, 2017, 07:28:11 AM
There are many good coins but it depends on the aspect you are looking at.  If I want to go long term, I always check the team behind the project and how active they are. Road map and the what they have achieved so far. This can give you a clue of what you are about to enter into.
You are right! It totally depends on the angle you are looking at it from. Lots of wise investors have invested in some pretty good coins and they have made a lot of bucks and they are still making till date.

For long term investment, finding out everything about the project is very paramount, so you do not just end up holding a hit coin and thinking you will get the best from it in the long run. You will only hear one day that it is totally out of the market and from all exchanges.
