I still have a hard time believing anyone actually believes the earth is flat however it does server as an example of how you can make up proof and evidence against something that no one even questioned anymore. If there is indeed someone who truly believes this he would have to negate every single photo of earth from space, I have seen people saying they are fake but no one presented any convincing evidence for it. Curvature is more apparent if you're in a good place to notice it; sailing away from land and watching the lower (closer) parts disappear first - beach, low hills then higher hills. It's also noticeable when the sun sets for you standing at sea level, but is still clearly shinning strongly on the high mountains off to the east. This shows that lower lying areas loose the sun sooner than higher places; evidence of the curved earth, but not explainable with a flat earth.

Then again these people are mostly trolls or really deluded people who won't really accept anything and they have to deny so many facts and even if you send them to the ISS they would say it's special effects or something.

As far as I know there isn't a big site like coinmarketcap but there are a few lists of companies that use bitcoin, some of them are very big companies, check this out:

https://www.lifewire.com/big-sites-that-accept-bitcoin-payments-3485965

You can also buy content with bitcoin at Microsoft on xbox or windows store. This might be the biggest company that accepts bitcoins right now but there might be others.

Is someone actually looking at the applications because I ''signed up'' a few days ago seeing that there is an open stop for sr.member.
He must not have looked at it my guess is that or maybe your posts weren't of quality it could be any number of reasons.

Nah, this is for everyone not just me, I was just wondering.

633  Other / Archival / Re: Do you have paypal account even though you have bitcoin? on: August 01, 2016, 04:25:59 PM
Paypal is just better than bitcoins right now, there are tons of stuff you can't buy with bitcoins and pretty much everywhere paypal is accepted. I love bitcoins but they are not good for real life yet.
of course bitcoins are better, how can paypal be better if their fees are huge and you can be traced with your every transaction, besides that the transactions can be reversed back

I said paypal is better, can't you read? Fees are not huge and who cares that you can be traced lol. Paypal is still one of the most secure methods to pay online and I'm sure you don't buy almost anything with bitcoins, mostly because you can't.

637  Other / Meta / Re: Ban Faucet Rotators in Micro Earnings on: February 23, 2016, 10:21:38 AM
Don't really know how because there is nothing you can do with 1k satoshis besides gambling.

A Bitcoin newbie can use faucet earnings to experiment with payments and various wallet setup methods. It's better to risk messing up with a few satoshis, than a few Bitcoin.

Gambling is a waste of time, and the squandering of a learning opportunity.

''Experiment'' Really? With 1k satoshis? You don't even have enough to pay the fees, there is no need to experiment anything, just read about it first and if you are convinced you can start using bitcoins but as I said, wasting hours of your time to get merely 100k satoshis at the end so you can ''experiment'' it's stupid. You won't even be able to use exchanges with such low amount of money. Bitcoin is sloppy when it comes to attract new users because it's hard to buy bitcoins without a credit card but faucets are not the solution.

But this thread is about faucet rotators, not faucets. And it's true that faucet rotators are using ref links which is against the rules therefore should not be allowed.
638  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling can be profitable in the long run! It is possible! on: February 23, 2016, 09:53:40 AM
Oh yeahh it can be profitable in the long run.... if you're lucky enough or have an infinite bankroll.

Otherwise i just think NO it can't be profitable.

It's funny that people keep saying the same stupid shit even after hundreds of pages with the same topic. EVEN with infinite bankroll you still can't win long term, casinos have limits and you will eventually hit the limit using martingale/or any other strategy for that matter and when you reach the bet limit, what are you going to do? You can't double anymore so no, infinite bankroll is just as bad.

Thoughts?
Learn to Ignore ,Learn to adapt. You cant change everything.

And you should stop posting trash to increase your post count.

Yeah, that pretty much seems like a loophole and yeah, you can't use ref links in any section of the forum so you are right, they should be banned, faucets are shit anyways although people say they are important to promote bitcoin (?) Don't really know how because there is nothing you can do with 1k satoshis besides gambling.
640  Other / Meta / Re: One user 2-3 accounts in a discussion on: February 23, 2016, 09:33:17 AM
Without giving to much details I came across a member that uses his alt accounts all with signature campaigns to talk to himself in threads or grind a edge in the rounds gambling subforum. Since it looks like quite the rabbit hole I will not give out the names of the accounts but wanted to know if this is allowed in the forum?
3 accounts found but I think it goes deeper because another account kept quoting them as well when I looked through history and I do recognize the name.

I could see someone randomly logs into another account and goes back into the discussion but this is him just agreeing with himself and it made me wonder how many more accounts are doing this.
That's serious accusation that you've made here, are you sure about it? As it may lead to few bans..
Out of curiosity, why?
If a poster switches between three accounts in a single thread, aside from being a narcissist (and maybe a schizophrenic), he/she/it is not breaking any rules, right?

He is, if he is using them to post consecutively a post after each post and I'm not sure if it's even allowed to talk to yourself between different accounts but anyways, the first thing is not allowed.
