641  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: List of dividend tokens on: December 07, 2017, 08:34:18 PM
Cool thanks guys, I'll check these out and add them to the list.
642  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / List of dividend tokens on: December 07, 2017, 08:26:47 PM
Can someone give me a list of dividend tokens?

I know about the following:

TrueFlip
Bankera (still ico, I think)
Goal Bonanza (Still in ICO)
Binance Coin
KuCoin/Shares
COSS
SONM
Smartbillions
Cobinhood
Internet of People

I think these give dividends:

FunFair

I kind of wanna see if it would be interesting to start a dividend bag, solid businesses which will pay me out a share of their revenue. Dividends are not the following: Masternode income or Proof of Stake (interest). Know any more? Add them to the list!
643  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CryptoKitties is mental on: December 07, 2017, 07:18:13 PM
So i know it's the world of cryptocurrency, plus it's the internet but I seriously underestimated the impact CryptoKitties would have. It's proper booming! I'm assuming it will be a fad but still, fair play and credit where it's due!

Doesn't suprise me that much, these senseless games always find a sweet spot by people. Look at tamagotchi or those mobile games you play such as clash of clans(?) they're an utter timewaste but its like watching tv, it takes your mind of of something
644  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Short-term profit altcoin! on: December 07, 2017, 04:38:12 PM
I think for short term profit in alt coins you have to go with Startis and Deeponion. Both the coins perform well.

too late for this, those coins are already too expensive and wont rise so much again, at best 2x.

Sure, have you seen Cardano? Seen IOTA? What a mentality...
645  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Satoshi Nakamoto - Craig Wright on: December 07, 2017, 02:53:50 PM
Sorry Dr. Craig Wright, I know you don't really want publicity.

So this is an interview from 2016 about a certain Craig Wright coming out as Satoshi Nakamoto, whether you believe him or not it is interesting to hear him speak about(1h lecture) about economy, money, banks and bitcoin.

Assuming for a moment he really is the inventor of Bitcoin it is quite interesting and understandable to see that people have completely misunderstood Bitcoin and it's purpose.

646  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟★ [BOUNTY] [ICO] ★🌟 UAHPAY (UAH): CRYPTOBANK : CRYPTOCARD : ICO TRADING on: December 06, 2017, 09:05:35 PM
Hello I want to ask if everyone has already received UAHPAY token payment, I am still waiting for the token, which I see in my wallet is still UAH tokens, and I am still waiting for the actual token delivery, and I deeply regret with the problems that exist with this project. ..

No I haven't received anything aswell, I send a PM to ''UAHPAY'' but haven't heard back from them. Not getting any reply on Telegram aswell.
647  Local / Beurzen / Bitonic en Litebit on: December 06, 2017, 08:29:55 PM
Hey allemaal,

Ik zie dat Litebit zowel als Bitonic helemaal droog staat op hun voorraad. Geen Bitcoin of altcoin te bekennen, iemand enig idee waarom?
648  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cardano Foundation Selects Z/Yen for Blockchain Research Programme on: December 06, 2017, 05:08:01 PM
According to news from Russia, Cardano Dev team should prepare their bags - https://www.rbc.ru/money/06/12/2017/5a27de8b9a7947626e50c839

Mumbo Jumbo article, can you explain what is being said?

650  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tell me I'm wrong: Does cryptokitties expose the weaknesses of ETH? on: December 06, 2017, 11:45:11 AM

Quote
Or is this the chance for ETH competitors to swoop in and show how they have better platforms?
it is. but most of them are not any better. they are mostly not used and that makes them simpler to use and it hides issues like this the same way it was hidden in ETH for a long time.

651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptokitties-good thing or bad thing ? on: December 06, 2017, 02:27:22 AM
Right now ,it's clogging the network and forcing people to up gas prices but in the future ,do you guys think having a game that popular (crypto-pokemons ?)could be a good thing for ethereum ?

Well not really when Ethereum can't handle it. If they could handle such a thing then yes it would be great but it just shows that when companies start gaining traffic and they use Ethereum then it starts being a hassle and inefficient. If we can really assume that some companies on Ethereum will be big then such ineffeciency could kill them.
652  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I am ANGRY!!! Why certain coins are exploding??? on: December 06, 2017, 02:16:50 AM
Hi all

I am so angry. I got into crypto on 1st June.

I bought some BTC

But I really dont understand why MONA .. YOYOW Huh

WTF!!!!

I don't know why certain coins are exploding.. Please help me understand how is this happening?

My only earnings have been through BTC

Huh?

So confused .. need suggestions.. Enlighten me.. Don't sell me BullShit please.. just plain truth

YOYOW is a japanese or chinese steemit and Mona is a domestic japanese currency. Not sure why they're taking off, but a lot of alts seem to be doing really well with BTC kinda floating between 11 and 12k.
653  Economy / Service Discussion / Exchanges trading pairs? on: December 05, 2017, 11:14:33 PM
Do you guys not think that Exchanges should add more tradingpairs, besides BTC, ETH and LTC? If we look at international currencies we see that most of these have quite a bit of pairings which makes a lot of sense in terms of monopolisation and market safety. If BTC crashes, it would take down a lot of alts with it, even though I currently (since 10k btc milestone) don't think this needs to happen, BTC, ETH are quite experimental and though i'm bullish on BTC for the longterm it does show that it doesn't scale well, same as Ethereum and this cryptokitty fiasco this week. It takes 1 app to go viral and the whole network becomes unusable. But they have proven the ideology and principles of the technology.

But the biggest issue would really be, what extra pairs can you add? We're still a tiny dot in comparison to global markets. Most currency's are multi trillion and we aren't even at a trillion marketcap as a whole. Myself I was thinking about, Dash, ADA, Monero and NEM as diversification of trading pairs. I hope any exchanges reading this will also read this and think about adding more trading pairs, because everything is to dependent on what BTC is going to do next, even though some projects are really good and shouldn't have to depend on this.

What does the rest of the forum think? Do you agree, not agree? Reasons?
654  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Cardano smart contract platform better than Ethereum and NEO? on: December 05, 2017, 10:17:19 PM
I was very optimistic about ADA when it first appeared on CMC expecting 1$ in a year. But I think it has the potential of going much much higher.
655  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Rothscoin - A worthy investment? on: December 05, 2017, 04:22:07 PM
Hello,
We would like to confirm that we have nothing to do with Rothschild.
Please visit our website for more information and stay tuned for the investing opportunity.
Thank you all.

So exactly why did you decide for the name Rothscoin then?
656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Electroneum News on: December 05, 2017, 04:06:38 PM
Hey guys,

Is there any news at all on electroneum about unlocking the wallets? What media channels do they use besides facebook?

You can join their telegramm group https://t.me/joinchat/DxoSakHOdk5mqsE-LelfVg, they usually post new updates there. I hope they'll unlock our wallets till the end of the year, otherwise they'll loose the trust of many investors. Though they do it to provide better sucurity it still not the best way to promote their tokens.

Yeah.. but I keep getting kicked from their chat. Those admins have a stick up their ass.
657  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Primalbase - The next THE BILLION COIN on: December 05, 2017, 03:55:26 PM
Primalbase Token (PBT.CRY) seems to be today's best pick! https://goo.gl/XfZjZL

So what does your robot exactly base this on? Cause if it could predict these things before the price significantly rises then it would be quite amazing but it seems its more of a tool to try to asses if a trend will continue and I personally wouldn't really trust it, there's no real explenation. It's just saying the price rose, then it rose some more, the robot expects it to rise even more so buy it. What if some whale decides to finally unload his bags, I can imagine some people are bagholding this, I don't really see any upside to this robot, instead I would just scout for projects myself and invest in the ones  that I think are valueable and hold them for future purposes.

659  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]MinCoin Now Trading @ TradeSatoshi.com[ANN] Mincoinforum.com & Mincoin.us on: December 04, 2017, 11:35:58 AM
Can't believe this is still active, way to go guys. Found this a bit random, was looking for something else. But (referring to OP post) I agree Bitcoin isn't a currency it is a commodity or asset. What exactly is MinCoin though, I get that the OP post has some outdated stuff in it, Litecoin is kind of a BitcoinClone atleast thats how it started but it has diversified itself quite a lot. And aiming for MinCoin to be a digital commodity is a bit of a stretch imo. However, It's amazing to see such dedication on a project that's almost 5 years old now.

I see you need translations to be done, I'm willing to translate the ANN thread to Dutch if you like as a volunterian act. But what exactly are the plans for this project?

660  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: decrypt wallet.dat file on: December 04, 2017, 11:00:06 AM
You should check that you have used the correct wallet software, if the correct pass then you can dump the private key easily.
Carefully check the information!
With correct wallet software, you mean the one I used when I first installed this QT-wallet?
and it's not an issue of password.. the wallet can be unlocked without a problem, it also receives coins on the address.. and when creating a new address within the same wallet, the new address is able to retreive the private key.. it's just the original wallet address that does not seem to have that private key still attached to it.
I assume this private key is stored within the wallet.dat file?
that's why I'm looking for a way to decrypt it

Not sure if this is relevant to what you try to accomplish but if you can send from that address (assuming you still have full control over funds) why not just set up a new wallet and send it over there? And make sure you got the private key jotted down somewhere safe.
