We know there are sync issues and working on them now. There was an old bug where the wallet would attempt to start and then disappear. Have any of you experienced this in 1.91 or is it just sync issues. We will fix the sync issues, but we need to know if that "crash bug on startup" still exists or not.
Vegas
no such issue here, (with v1.9.1). wallet started right up, had some connections, refused to sync. i concur that 'fly has always been a PITA to upgrade', but i bear in mind that we're all beta testers here, whether we like it or not, anyway

'Basic Income' is a damned good idea, in a world where more & more 'jobs' are being done by digital automation.
how can putting control of your personal financial future into someone some many else's hands be deemed 'good?' wouldn't an end to deprivation (excessaive taxation + corporate fascism/collectivism) be so much better? does anyone think that 'basic income' will positively affect the distribution of wealth on the planet?

I am getting very low connections to the TALK network. Anywhere I could find additional nodes to add onto the wallet? Would be great to have more connections to the network for faster syncing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) i'm running ~5 days now - 4 peeers "addr" : "5.196.109.69:39696", "addr" : "91.153.109.149:50557", "addr" : "194.135.88.180:50557", "addr" : "54.187.214.128:43007",

trying to sync the new wallet; replaced nodes in .conf, deleted (after saving a copy) peers.dat. everything ~loaded ok, (bal incorrect -30%) connected for a while, (bal mostly restored) but zero active connections for a while now
Groggin you may need to delete everything in roaming/fly except for wallet.dat and flycoin.conf and resync. Doesnt take long. Vegas thanks, -zapwallettxes=1 did the trick

Seems AlcurEX Zeit deposits not working. Sent some few days ago, not arrived yet. Checked chain then, was unredeemed.
Might need to look into this later.
sent a few there over the weekend, and no problems

plenty of stake here ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) everything working fine
|
|
|
if you put -datadir <path to/datadir> in the startup comandline sometimes (depending on the currency) it will work. i've not tried it w/zeit. Core wallets have the function built-in w/-choosedatadir
sorry about your trouble - were you hacked? sometimes sudden shutdowns can kill/corrupt HDDs ...

What % is the staking ? And is it worth GPU or CPU mining ? How many of you believe in this coin ? It really seems amazing.
from page 1 Specifications: Algorithm: Scrypt (Pos/PoW) Premine: 0% Pre-mined. Block Time: 60 seconds. Block Reward: 125 coins, Reward Halving: Halving at 500,000 Block Intervals. Coin Age Requirement: 45 days for 5% stake. Total Supply: 250,000,000 Hempcoins. Season lasts for 45 additional days and then can be started again BONUS Blocks 1% Chance of 875 Coins BONUS Blocks 1% Chance at 7,875 Coins but PoS hasn't worked for a while. gpu/cpu mining is fine, maybe not too profitable short term read over the last few pages, yeah we have potential ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

i've sent about 4 times, no problems ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) I was confirmed about 5 minutes after your message. I'm glad that all went smooth. Now I know that I can use this platform, and I think I'll use it for every Decred transaction ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) ! Tu te tournais les sangs ? At which price you will sell them ? Oui c'est clair ! I was pretty anxious that they could never come. I sold them at the market price, because I had to pay my bill now. Could anyone point me to a guide where I can understand about the mining pools ? If I understand I don't need to keep my computer turned on 24 hours a day, right ? If that's that I'll, give a small reward to who will help me the first or the best if several people feel helpful ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) . you can dig-in for as long as you want. i'm mining at https://dcr.suprnova.cc and https://pool.mn/dcrfor staking you'll need a pool or 24/7/365 'p00tr time I don't understand. You talk me about pools, but rizlarolla said me that the PoS pools, what I was looking for in fact, isn't available yet. On the other hand, can I stake on my Raspberry Pi 2 ? I'd like someone to help me if he can for installing Decred on it. absolutely run the pi in 24/7 mode and buy all the PoS tickets you want. i'm sure there are lots of peeps who will help you with the install on https://forum.decred.org/ and yes, still waiting for staking pools, but it shouldn't be too long
