661  Economy / Gambling discussion / When and where will it be possible to bet on the 2019 NBA draft? on: January 12, 2019, 11:18:08 PM
I'm very curious about Zion and where he will play. I believe we will still have big changes and a lot of competition thanks to the possibility of receiving a Franchise player in the draft. And I would like to find a website to bet on that possibility.

NBA draft

Beginning with the 2019 draft, the NBA will change the lottery odds as follows:

140 combinations, 14.0% chance of receiving the No. 1 pick
140 combinations, 14.0% chance
140 combinations, 14.0% chance
125 combinations, 12.5% chance
105 combinations, 10.5% chance

662  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: First fully-licensed and provably fair online casino - EOSBet on: January 12, 2019, 11:04:11 PM
What are you referencing in your OP by the "EOSBet CPU-Free betting platform"? I understand everything in the OP except for this line; it'd be great if you could clarify this as I'm not particularly active in EOS. The dividends you're offering on this site do seem interesting, though, but there doesn't seem to be much documentation about this on your site and the page for the dividends seems pretty bare. Do you plan on adding more to this page in the future?

Simply access the website from an old computer to understand. The site is heavy and uses a lot of cpu at the moment. Moreover it is slow when compared to other casino sites,
663  Other / Meta / Re: DefaultTrust changes on: January 12, 2019, 10:03:05 PM
I still can not understand why my idea of a live list for trust was so rejected. It would be so much simpler to copy targeted lists that other users have done than to create an entirely new one.

In my list, I only exclude users who usually send negative trust as revenge to other users, but I do not have the patience to create a good new list. So I use DefaultTrust depth4

It would be interesting if on the landing page when we clicked on the title of a ranking it would open a bigger list. "Most Merited", "Most Activity", "Most Trusted"

I am really astonished by the claims here. I know Belechau for more than a year now. I have worked with him on multiple projects and he always delivered exactly what was asked, in very good quality and timely.

I am also suggesting that what CHRISBIN702 is saying seems plausible and possible. Right now on bitcointalk, it seems that a lot of people are fighting for work and want to take shortcuts to get ahead of competition --- with unfair measures. As a project, I would look really closely who to hire as a partner of a project and it seems like here we have the answer.

Exactly. belechau clearly explained what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. What's the reason for tossing around the "S" word so nonchalantly? at this point, this is outright slander, which is illegal in most jurisdictions. Every Portuguese speaking country that I could find shares the same laws on defamation. The OP clearly has something to gain from this which aggravates the slander/defamation punishments substantially.

Brazil: In Brazil, defamation is a crime, which is prosecuted as “defamation” (three months to a year in prison, plus fine; Article 139 of the Penal Code), “slander” (six months to two years in prison, plus fine; Article 138 of the PC) and/or “injury offending the dignity of another person” (one to six months in prison, or fine; Article 140), with aggravating penalties when the crime is committed against the President, or against the head of a foreign government, against a public official in the performance of his official duties, or against a person who is disabled or over 60 years old (Article 141).

Portugal: Defamation (difamação, Art. 180): Alleging a fact or formulating a judgment (or reproducing such) about a third person that is offensive to that person’s honour or reputation. It is punished with a prison term of maximum six months or a fine of maximum 240 days.

Per Art. 183, the penalty for defamation is increased by one-third if the act concerns the allegation of a particular fact that the offender knows to be untrue or committed with publicity. If the act was committed through the media, the penalty is increased to imprisonment for up to two years or a fine not less than 120 days.

Insult (injúria, Art. 181): Alleging a fact or expressing offensive words directly to a person that is/are offensive to that person’s honour or reputation. Insult is punished with a prison term of maximum three months or a fine of up to 120 days.

Per Art. 183, the penalty for insult is increased by one-third if the act concerns the allegation of a particular fact that the offender knows to be untrue or committed with publicity. If the act was committed through the media, the penalty is increased to imprisonment for up to two years or a fine not less than 120 days.

False accusation (denúncia caluniosa, Art. 365): Publicly accusing or casting suspicion on a person of having committed a crime while knowing the accusation to be false. The penalty is imprisonment for up to three years or a fine. If the accusation is of a contravention (misdemeanour), the punishment is imprisonment of up to one year or a fine of up to 120 days. If the accusation results in the victim’s incarceration, the penalty is up to eight years in prison.

Yeah, sue me..

I understood that cyberlaw has been implemented on most countries now and I would rather refrain from doing anything that might put myself in jeopardy regardless of my hidden identity here in Bitcointalk or on any other platform. It reminds me of  of Silk Road darkweb mastermind Ross Ulbricht who've got indicted by being identified with just his old email alone.

And out of nowhere, a newbie account, that only participates in bounty campaigns, appears posting veiled threats ...

Anyone can easily ask a Brazilian to read Belechau's comments and posts. He is not Brazilian or from any country that speaks Portuguese. He could have said that he was from Cabo Verde or Angola, it would be easier to insist in this lie.

This situation ends up being funny. Cheesy

Theymos me mandou PM e eu diz que sim, aceitaria a alteração do nome.

Show.

667  Economy / Speculation / Re: How do play this momentum? on: January 06, 2019, 10:34:22 PM
I can only see a zone of accumulation between 3200 and 4600. So in this case in any fall greater than 5% I try to buy or readjust my positions in the projects that I believe the most. But I was wrong in the 5k believing that it was also a zone of accumulation. So... Sad

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zNZikfvheT4&feature=youtu.be

It is easier to understand what it is by watching the video. It seems to be a hardware wallet that serves as a phone case. In the video has very little information, but is not yet a product. Then there must still be many things to be developed.

It just seems to be just a way to keep the keys without serving as a wallet. You still need to have a mobile wallet.

BTW, he has this chrome Extention to save public address
669  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which are the fastest streaming services available? on: January 06, 2019, 08:36:27 PM
Streaming will always have a great delay time. Cable will always be faster. The best for betting are livescores websites, where the delay is minimal, and digital radios.

But if you want to have image, the subreddits for streaming usually have good links.

670  Other / Meta / Re: New BPIP report on Bitcointalk.org posts that are "merited the most times" on: January 06, 2019, 04:25:44 AM
This is a fantastic tool for finding good posts. Very simple and it works very well. Unfortunately most of the posts most merited in the last hours will usually be posts in WO, which I do not have much interest in reading.
671  Economy / Reputation / Re: Big Translator SCAMMER call himself professional (Portuguese) on: January 06, 2019, 04:14:33 AM
the second when I noticed that I was NOT THE ONLY TRANSLATOR WHICH YOU HAVE ACUSED, which led me to believe that your lack of ethics and respect is only an attempt to eliminate active competition.

You're right. @ismart1 does this several times and for that reason, any accusation he makes has to be well studied. His motivation is to reduce the competition.

But that does not change the fact that your translations are strange, with disconnected words and phrases that do not make any sense.

What the hell does that mean? Nobody uses placa to refer to a forum section.
672  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The longer you play poker the better you become ? on: January 06, 2019, 03:31:48 AM
The longer you study, not only play. You need to study poker. There is no "house" at poker. You only compete against other players, that means you have to understand the game enough to win in the long run. Positioning is essential and although you learn a lot about playing, you often have a wrong impression. By studying you can understand the statistics and have the coolness of thinking several rounds ahead, not just at that moment.

Its funny that there are no dApps on your list mate
Sorry, what are dApps?

dApps are decentralized applications. They are apps that use a blockchain or distributed network. Most are built on Ethereum, but already have some built in EOS and Tron as well.

674  Other / Meta / Re: I seem to be finding some reasonable posts. on: January 05, 2019, 11:20:12 PM
I think what you ask for, and the way you ask is very vague and difficult to contribute. It gives the impression of being at school, where the teacher gives a theme for the essay and the students strive only to fulfill the number of lines and take a grade that is enough to pass.

A forum is a place for discussion, not for answering tasks. Maybe ask for more specific issues and give time for people who really know the subject to comment. I am very curious to read reports from people who use cryptos to send values between countries. As in this example you mentioned where people who work in England send dollars to their relatives in other countries. This is very common, but I do not see cases of people using crypto for this. If it exists, I would like to read about.

But to be honest, I do not even know in which forum section such a subject could be discussed.
675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [2019-01-05] BitTorrent Is Launching Its Own Cryptocurrency on the Tron Network on: January 05, 2019, 10:31:36 PM
So company expects people who have spent their entire lives doing anything not to pay anything - pay something.

Imagine how many people said that to Steve Jobs when he decided to charge for mp3. Or to the founders of Netflix, Spotify etc ...
676  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much did you make from gambling in 2018! on: January 05, 2019, 10:07:08 PM
In 2018 i cleared my loss and earned nearby 0.6 btc, it was sports betting which covered my loss as i followed the bankroll system and only had my bet on the sports where i was confident of my bets to win, odds were small but profit was confirm and this way i covered my loss and earn profit. HOpe that in 2019 i will earn nearby 5 btc target.

The problem with betting only on favorites, on "right" bets, is that when you lose, you need several other bets to recover.

This term "the house always wins" simply means that it is a business whose purpose is to profit to remain open. That is, they will only offer games and opportunities that prove statistically favorable in the long run. But of course, individuals can always make a profit and become very wealthy if they know when to stop.
679  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: bit site recommendation on: January 05, 2019, 05:49:24 PM
hello,
not sure this is the right place to post, but any ways
ive earn money by mining bitcoins, i decided to try my luck in bit casino stumbled into bitzgames and open account playing there.
i just earned there 2000 mbtc, and asked to redraw, got the money with no issues.
i read many posts here about players trying to redraw problems.
ive decided to share my experience and recommend this site.

forgot to put the site url: www.bitzgames.com

I would never trust a review of a newbie. I find it almost unbelievable that a person creates a profile in Bitcointalk and soon feels like commenting on a betting site that he has just met.

The possibility of this being a scam is big. Also, on the given site there is little information on where the company is located. Besides the site being very ugly. There are several casino sites with legal companies and several reviews. Do not take a chance on an unknown site.

I may be wrong, but I have never seen anyone refer to ICO as OIC. Only when using automatic translators. And the rest of the translation sucks.
