would like to add that if anyone is receiving MN rewards of 8.75 it doesnt mean that you are on the wrong chain or anything, its from private pools trying to deny MN payments, try to find the wallet of the miner reward from the TX id and post that wallet address in here or in discord. will be happy when all these attacks end and the coin can move on Would you please explain that reasoning? How does them paying us deny MN rewards? Isn't MN reward separate from mining reward? edit: In any case, those payments have disappeared after a full resync with the new wallet I think that MN rewards come from POW after a block is found, its in the code that a % of the miner's reward will go to certain MN addresses....if a private pool gets enough hashrate they can essentially use their own code and deny that % to go to MN addresses or make it to where the reward will go to one of their masternodes. This is how I understand it, please someone correct me if im wrong, always open to learn more.

Note that all these de-listings seem to be related to low volume or a non functioning chain, not having to do with the recent statements from the SEC on regulating exchanges that are trading "securities"....according to a recent statement from the ceo of pillar, bittrex and other exchanges are trying to justifiy trading several tokens by categorizing them as "utility" tokens...
MTL is the only one in the list that stands out to me, maybe this one somehow flirts with being a security?

all the crypto you spend to pay bills..... imagine what all of it will be worth in 5 years? you will wish you had grinded a 9-5 instead, it sucks but imo hopefully it will be worth it this makes me think of all those poor souls who quit their job to do bitconnect..

May i know should i choose sgminer or XMR-STAK?
For CPU XMR Stak 2.2 w/o fee and XMRig 2.4.5 - the best choice i7 - 400 H/s So probably i5 or better for any kind of substantial hashrate? Also i would guess it is almost not worth it with an i5? I have never cpu mined before other than trying it out on verium, but whats the long term effect on the CPU? if you mined with an i7 for a year and then wanted to use it for general purpose computing would it have sub par performance?

Good. Less scammy ICOs on social media. Also, looks like the "send me x ETH and I will send you x ETH" scams on Twitter are gone too.
Thank god....for fuck sakes it was getting so ridiculous I quit spending a lot of time on twitter in 2015 when i realized it was pretty much 80% people shilling their coins and then 20% actual good information its really incredible how big of an impact crypto has become on social media, i cant imagine what it was like with the shilling of bitconnect on facebook..

$600 is a good starting point
whatever coin you find to invest in try and wait until the price is at a low (obviously right?) but you would be surprised how many new investors will just buy coins at their all time high
if the price of the coin is around or flirting with all time lows than its obviously a good time to buy
last piece of advice i say is to buy coins that you will earn interest on like POS coins, or masternode coins, better to be holding a coin that your earning on than just holding a coin that is just sitting there

tell me, SIGNATURE CHAMPAIGN still works or is not?
Unless there is going to be constant surveillance of a possible signature campaign I wouldn't recommend it, I see so many bogus bots postings exploiting sig campaigns....and I would really be interested to see some statistics on what type of crowd still visits bitcointalk regularly. I would bet that most investors who got into crypto in 2017 do not come here.

holy shit ETC price has been all over. I was able to accumulate some more ETC than I had before with these crazy price movements but not as much because I really didn't think it was going to drop so hard as it did already both in btc value and usd value. The whole market is suffering so it's not just a thing about ETC. But I'm pretty confident that the development is going in the right direction.
its the whole market, i noticed several alts dump pretty hard vs btc yesterday only to recover rather quickly, so fast that i didnt have time to buy at those low levels its odd though that in these days when btc goes down....so do the altcoins vs btc (not in usd)...in the past it was like alts would pump if btc was going down...dif markets these days i guess still think ETC is a good buy at these prices

Great update and good read.
As a long term holder this is nothing new to see the team do these updates and share with the community where their plans for the coin are headed. To highlight some features of the teams last meeting.
-Targeting asian markets -Working on implementing cutting edge crypto tech like segwit -building new passive income methods in DMD
The diamond team isnt a passive one, they are always on top of what is going on in the crypto industry. After years of holding I have never been disappointed with the core devs decisions and work.
As for the price people shouldn't be worried, the whole market has been down and DMD is just following that trend. These levels were tested before only to break to the upside, not saying it will but the point is that DMD is still a good long term investment.
Thanks to the DMD foundation and team for the updates.

Extremely important announcement. Please upgrade your wallet to latest version, everyone. Please do it in order to avoid chainsplit on Bullwark network. I updated my wallet to the last version, but it’s stucked on block 94302. What I need to do? Are you completely synced to that block? Or does the wallet say syncing in process at the bottom? It’s saying: synchronizing with network ... and the block 94302. I need to delete any files to start from the begin? I dont think you need to delete any files just make sure you are on v 1.2.2 and let wallet sync, we don't have a set block to be at cause technically there isnt a correct chain yet, they are still waiting for everyone to update from 1.2.1 to 1.2.2

sheezuz there has been like 20 augmented reality token icos since last year, its getting so ridiculous, how does augmented reality have anything to do with crypto?
is it like all of these projects are going to have their own augmented reality world with their own token or something?

sheezuz here we go with the asian premium, factom trading $10 higher on bit-z than any other exchange. 375k sats on bitz 275k sats on polo edit: looks more like someone just either fat fingered or just bought a huge bag of factom on bit-z

big news and probably the most anticipated thing in factom since its inception....price continues to drop thats ok with me, ill keep buying this extremely undervalued gem

I scalped my way to a comfortably high entry short again. Come 6k, make me some money. Come 16k, the insurance fee is already written off as a loss. I will keep nursing it higher (and possibly still a bit smaller). My play money grew approximately 20% in the process.
For me at least, it's a tough job. I couldn't do this everyday if my life depended on it. I'm glad I listened to the furry elephants.
Margin trading? How much leverage? Variable, approx range 0.5-5. I prefer < 1 myself. For dummies. Why do you call this scalping, are you taking a bunch of different positions at the same time on margin? To me the term scalping means buying selling for really small gains like 1-5%....i could be wrong though

I was staking BCC and it said there are only 2 days left until a staking reward. Then suddenly my computer accidently restarted and now I open the wallet and unlock and the it says "Not staking because you don't have mature coins".
So this means that I have to wait the whole 15 days again to get a reward just because my computer restarted 2 days before a reward?
I read in the FAQ that the computer does not need to be turned on during the full 15 days. Only during the last day or so.
dude you are about as stupid as this coin why are you even staking it? its over dude!!!!!!!!!!!! It's not over until BCC coins are completely untradable anywhere. Until then, why would I not want to collect as many free coins as possible? Even if it stops being traded it doesnt mean that its over, the chain will still run even if its delisted. As long as there are people running nodes the chain will live on. So if there are people out there stuck with bags of BCC and way down on their investment you should atleast stake your coins. But I wouldnt get excited about staking it, if I remember correctly the distribution was something lopsided to reward staking in the initial periods....I think it was something like 50% for the first 6 months and then decreasing rapidly after that....which is a terrible inflation model for a coin They did this probably because they knew they would eventually exit scam and they wanted all those coins to get staked when the price was propped up from the lending scheme......god and even after they crush everyones dreams....sad.

block reward lowered? and how much is the new one?
21.875 to Masternodes 21.875 to Miners You can keep up to date on how rewards will change from our whitepaper: https://bulwarkcrypto.com/whitepaper/Eventually there will be no pow mining, so if you don't own a masternode you'll have to consider if the long term outlook for the coin, plans etc, will be enough to maintain interest given a portion of the gpu mining community may move on to different projects. Good point but given that there are several other coins out there that run pure POS/MN and do just fine I wouldnt worry too much about gpu miners leaving, DMD and PIVX are good examples of pure POS masternode coins that have done well.
