Hey allemaal, Ik ben bezig met een website te bouwen en was begonnen op SquareSpace maar me trial is bijna voorbij en ik wil graag verder met de website (is ook al bijna af) maar ik heb geen creditcard.. en dat is de enige manier van betaling. Weet iemand een Nederlandse website host waar ik een site vergelijkbaar als www.icoalert.com kan maken? Ik moet ongeveer dezelfde organisering hebben (andere inhoud ), de kalender vorm of opkomende events/gebeurtenissen wat je het ook wilt noemen. Met squarespace kan het maar met de Nederlandse host Strato kan het niet :\ Weet je een website host die dit wel kan? NEM could do 5-10x in my opinion, it has great tech. I'd honestly go as far as saying its 10000x times better than Ethereum. Plus its only $600,000 for a NEM Supernode ;p!
I think NEM is one of those projects that could really make a ton of crypto's completely obsolete. I think in a few years from it could be possible to see NEM at a 40 billion marketcap assuming Bitcoin has risen to a point where half this forum is probably retired...

I would generally advice against buying 1 sat coins, there's a reason they're 1 sat.. its best to pick projects from the top 400 that are promising and you can believe in. Why I'm holding INXT which is doing suprisingly well, I think the founder has a real entrepreneural spirit and can make something out of this project where other decentralized storage crypto's are lacking. It is more appealing for anyone without experience with crypto to use INXT and also more convenient.

I've been a HODL for all this time, but so far I'm not making a huge profit out of it so I thought in start trading.
What's the best strategy that worked for you guys so far?
Most crypto's experience a long time of stagnation before exploding really fast. I've visited quite some charts on CMC and there are a lot of coins that haven't seen much action for 2 years and then suddenly break out setting new ATH after the other. If you really believe in a certain project best is to accumulate whilst its stagnant and wait for a break-out. |

What is the process of participating in an ICO? I am thinking about, how long is a token sale, how fast after the ICO does the token start trading etc. How much time is there from when I put my money into the token sale until I can sell it again? Thanks!
Can take a while, if you participate in pre-sales its often 2 months before you can start trading the token on exchanges.. most token sales last for one month and prior to that is a presale from which often ICOs will fund marketing and costs for the ICO etc.. on pre-sales you get a lower price. |

Multiple rounds of investments are often not considered a good thing, reason I'm staying away from it is that I think they overpriced it. Its not like you're getting the IPO deal, you're getting the deal after the IPO has already appreciated significantly in value. IPOs often happen because a company wants to raise funds so they sell equity to for example expand.
Not sure why they need to raise more funds after Private investors and the IPO. Seems greedy and taking advantage of the crypto market, atleast to me.
Its like going onto the stockmarket and buying the top, I don't feel like buying the top on this ICO.
This is also one thing I was confused - why raise at all, while company is well funded. Chinese invested for this over $1billion allready. Yeah exactly, plus any VC wouldn't invest when they hear they're going for their 3th or 4th round of raising money whilst they already funded thick. Their product is also not decentralized, its borderless which is quite a different thing. Their whitepaper doesn't specify what makes it decentralized but they still advertise with that. I don't really get the necessity of the token aswell. It could very well be done with fiat currency alone, thats why I think they only want to profit on this ICO craze. You get very little in return honestly. Plus I think black and grey markets for gaming will thrive nonetheless if there's a legal alternative. Most likely developers and publishers that are interested in this have a shop themselves from where gamers can purchase ingame items instead of p2p, like STEAM with Team Fortress items. Plus all this needs to be taxed, increasing the price of these virtual items, on black markets you don't have to deal with taxes. |

Read a recent post on altcoindiscussion, someone that hodled his bounty rewards for like 2 years and became a millionaire on that. How lucky can you be? We are currently living at such time when old system of values has collapsed but new one has not been formed yet.
If we are heading towards Tyranny or towards period of emancipation depends purely on the framework in which human society continues to operate.
It looks like that Internet-based informal Economy that can not be controlled by any national government will become ever only more prevalent which can gradually lead to extinction of all overreaching authorities denying tools necessary to implement effective Tyranny.
If Anarchy would be the final outcome than world would be nothing as we could currently imagine or as Plato ever could. Assuming Humanity would be granted 100 percent unemployment through support of AI based robots there is really no reason to fear such outcome.
Still, whether you like government, authority or not, these systems, more so on authority was put in place because there were desires for more safe, less criminal envoirments. If these figures with a role of authority completely lose their grip on the power they currently possess then we would be in a state of anarchy, considering all the violent crimes, wars and other nasty things that go on in this world a likely assumption is that these criminal groups or individuals only gain more power because of the absence of a central authority or power. Thus a tyran could rise with absolute power in the midst of chaos promising justice and what not to its fearfull people. I think that the present state of the world has little to do with whether Plato is right or not, it is simply a deduction of how a state of government passes from one phase to the other and the psychological effect of its citizens with each phase. Same as why he's right on democracy that it is a degenerative form of previous governmental systems. People are more individually focussed on their own desires and pleasures, profit means everything today to the point that we ignore ecological consequences of short sighted gains and interests. AI is great I agree but we are far from replacing jobs with AI on a mass scale. Plus the transitioning will require a lot of adapting from societies around the world, even if AI would go really fast, humans are likely incapable of switching just as fast. |

I worked in lead generation and big data and this is a brilliant solution to the many problems the industry faces. They already have an operational, fully functional platform/service and paying customers.
It will also contribute to the ethereum ecosphere and crypto economy positvely in general.
First, I checked their project 10 days ago and I liked their idea. It's coming as a unique decentralized lead sourcing platform and they can be the leader of this profession. The problem, they could raise only $850,000 so far. I would expect them to raise $2-3M at least in their TGE. How's that a problem though? There's no softcap. |
