721  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you handle losses in trading? on: June 01, 2020, 06:13:05 PM
Facing a loss is never easy but it's something that you need to count on. As long these are sums that you can afford to lose it shouldn't be that bad.
Personaly I don't trade big so the losses are not big either and I like to play on safe cards, to put it that way.
However, if losses happen I usualy pause for a while and try to restore some funds from other sources. I don't push instant recovery with trading because usualy that leads to even deeper loss.
722  Economy / Gambling / Re: Looking for betting script on: June 01, 2020, 04:37:47 PM
For only 39 usd? I think something smells really bad here, haha.

before it cost more.. now cost less --> you save because you have an inadequate User Experience, is too old
but to start it is excellent in my opinion, also to get an idea without spending too much

of course, in my humble opinion.. it's just a piece of advice

Like I said before, I don't think that such scripts are very useful. Besides, why would someone sell it so cheap if they can bring you better profit? I don't know, maybe I'm just to suspicious and maybe such scripts can help someone to feel more confident in betting but I.just don't have good feeling about that and can't be convinced.
723  Economy / Economics / Re: a disease or a virus or is there business in it? on: June 01, 2020, 12:57:57 PM
So many conspiracy theories about this virus appear all the time. I don't believe in them but the whole insight what was going on we might never get. It's not the solution that countries accuse each others and put the blaim because of pandemic. Common efforts should be made to fight this, that is the only solution to my opinion.
Also, who knows what will happen again in.fall, we need to be prepared but to my opinion another complete lockdown would be a suicide.
724  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are afraid on investing to bitcoin? on: June 01, 2020, 06:58:12 AM
You have to admit that investing in Bitcoin is risky. It's not like you are guaranteed you'll make profit.
Also, in the time of crisis that is knocking at our door people are even more careful and that is easy to understand.
However, it's also true that many people still don't know much about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and it's well known that people are afraid from unknown. Education and raising awareness about good sides of Bitcoin, that is what we still miss.
725  Economy / Economics / Re: Crisis after the epidemic on: May 31, 2020, 08:13:06 PM
How long do you think the crisis can last after the epidemic?
What are the most likely events to occur?
It looks like it will happen after this pandemic is finished. Maybe at the end of the year the crisis will still occur, but I think that the crypto currency market will not have a negative impact, so it's safe if you buy crypto assets now.

No one can't tell how long the crisis will last and when it actually begins. That depends on many factors and will also differ from country to country.
Also, no one can't be so sure that criisis will not affect cryptocurrencies market. This is specific crisis with specific causes that started it and at the moment I don't think that anyone can tell all the consequences that will result. That is yet to be seen
726  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Choice To Stay Longer Online Or Casinos on: May 31, 2020, 05:23:00 PM
I fully only play online casinos...
I have never been to a traditional casino, my husband forbade me because he was afraid I would be rushed by someone else Cheesy. I think it would be safer to play online casinos now, the corona outbreak is still scary and our potential for infection is still high.

Well I think this is a good reason to stay at home and gamble, I bet my wife thinks the same about me. It's better for here that I stay home and gamble from home, where she can see me, if she needs me I will just take a break! This stupid virus is also a good reason to gamble from home, at least in this period!
For me (smokers and drinkers) it's much better to gamble from home. 101% comfort! I can smoke and drink, listen music I want. I can spend hours gambling even now, and before I had gambling nights, I start in the evening and I play games until the early morning! Those were the days!

Yes, online gambling gives us privacy and comfortable atmosphere, we are more relaxed and can play when and how we want.
Although I'm not sure that jalouse husband is a good reason to stay and play at home.  Grin
Anyway, I also don't like to go to traditional casinos and play online exlusively. This pandemic also contributed that people play more in.online casinos and to my opinion traditional casinos are not so much popular anymore.
727  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Every BTC trader should use it on: May 31, 2020, 02:55:42 PM
Thanks a lot for these information. This will help us a lot since I'm just a beginner in trading. I find very useful when I know that it will be helpful along the road about trading. I watch a series of trading in Youtube and try some trading in a free practice trading sites. You must also list down every trades you made, even its a mistakes so that you can avoid it next time.

This wil be good for you as a trading beginner. I.guess today's traders that are just starting have certain advantages compared to.us who started to.trade five or six years ago. Back then it was hard to.find relevant quality information and you should make it somehow on your own. I have a feeling that today it's easier to.start and that is good. Good luck!
728  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you borrow money as your bankroll if you trust your skills in gambling? on: May 31, 2020, 12:35:00 PM
I wouldn't borrow money for gambling, this is too risky.
No matter all gambling skills and experiences we still depend on luck when it comes to gambling. There is no guarantee that the made profit will be enough to make payments for the loan and I can see that situation only as a potential for even bigger troubles.
Bank loans should be avoided if they are not necessary and to take them for gambling is foolish thing to do if you ask me.
729  Economy / Speculation / Re: What’s next for Bitcoin? on: May 31, 2020, 11:26:19 AM
I'm watching closely the market movements everyday but I didn't see good for bitcoin. Its price still in the sideways, ranging from $8.5k tp closely $10k.
If that we can surpass $10k barriers, I have to think for a bullish. But trying to figure out the current Bitcoin resistance, it is still low.
Now we are hoping for a change in the 3rd quarter and looking forward to the 4th quarter 6 months after halving.

this IS good for bitcoin and it shows a much healthier market when price is stable like this. it shows bitcoin is going through all different stages of correction, accumulation, rally,... since you can't just expect it to continue to go up every day, that wouldn't be a healthy market at all.

what's next is more sideways for a while until accumulation is finished and then the slower rise to probably test $10k at least twice before breaking it followed by a FOMO and the rally starting.

I don't see the signs of healthier market like you've said. Price is fluctuating all the time and slight corrections are here all the time. Although from time to time seems that price is heading slowly towards 10000$ I think that barrier will be hard to break.Maybe we'll see 10000$ at the end of the June but that will not last for long.
It's hard to envisage what's comming next for Bitcoin, it's a period where all scenarios, good and bad are possible.
730  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Betting this June? on: May 31, 2020, 08:01:23 AM
I guess that depends on the decision on each country and the situation with pandemic they currently have.
Yes, there are many boxing foghts and other matches waiting to be held and let's hope things wil be get back to normal. For boxing matches I don't think that is ho hard to ensure all necessary health protection measures and funs can't hardly wait.
731  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China's new law for protecting CryptoCurrency. on: May 31, 2020, 06:52:04 AM
The problem with China is that it can change the law whenever the CPC thinks it will afect it's existence. Therefore stop believing in China as it has never been transparent with its policy and there is always a hidden agenda behind whatever it does.

Not only in.China but in every country laws can be changed whenever political majority wishes to do so, every political party that has a needed majority in parlament can do that.
Anyway, I don't think there is anything special in this law, it tries to regulate inheritance of cryptocurrencies although I can't see the big importance of it. Nevertheless, China is probably only country that has such law specific for cryptocurrencies.
732  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Price might drop now?! on: May 30, 2020, 10:11:24 PM
The retracement of the price already happened so expect that the price may now go up again, there is a currently breakout that happening but I do not know if it will become successful or it will be just another fakeout. The market is now so volatile so proper risk management is very important. The breakout is a sign of strength so the possibility of going up is higer and it is the reason why we should expect another rally.

I think the next week will actually confirm a strong volatility because the few days to the end of this trading week has been dull. Yesterday and today especially have been dragging for position. At the opening of next week, we might see a volatile pricing.

Maybe yes and maybe no. You haven't explained why exactly the next week should be so crucial.
Anyway, price drop is always possible as well as price rise. However, for some significant price change there should be some circumstances and some trigger that would initiate that. At the moment I'm not aware something like that is coming next week but Bitcoin users should always be prepared both for positive or negative price changes.
733  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain technology in universities on: May 30, 2020, 06:52:53 PM
STEM universities are researching and coping with blockchain technology for a long time ago, that is natural and it's part of their business.
Blockchain could be implemented very widely in different industries and areas and they are trying to find out how and what is the best use of it so they also can make proposals and gudelines for industries and economies.
So, yes, I can agree that blockchain is definetely a future and science will help with that but no one doesn't have exclusive right.on blockchain and that includes crypto industry.
734  Economy / Gambling / Re: Hurray!!! Top Flight Football Games Set To Reopen. How Do Stakes Feel? on: May 30, 2020, 05:18:49 PM
Yes, finaly! It seems that June will be begininig of many sport events after pandemic, not only football
I'm really happy about it, that is very good news and definetely offer for bettings will be better, getting back to normal.
Footbal lovers are thrilled, I'm sure about that and I hope they will also allow fans at the stadiums, otherwise that wouldn't be it.
735  Economy / Economics / Re: Get ready for more tax. Save your BTC! on: May 30, 2020, 03:33:24 PM
Actually, in my countries businesses and firns are asking to reduce taxes and other payments to the government because they are heavily hit by consequences of pandemic and they suffer losses.
Of course, because of pandemic governments will also have huge problems with their budgets and to increase the taxes might be one of solutions although not very popular.
However, I don't expect significant increas of taxes, if at all, but to keep some extra Bitcoins in.your wallet for rainy days is always good idea.
736  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Does Bitcoin Have Value? on: May 30, 2020, 11:26:55 AM
To my opinion the answer is very simple, people are willing to pay to get the Bitcoin. So, Bitcoin has the value and defined specific price according to the demand and supply ratio at the market. As long as there are users who pays for Bitcoin, trade with it and use it as a payment method Bitcoin will have the value, just like any other currency, asset or anything else that is valuable.
737  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Goldman & Sachs: Bitcoin: Currency or Asset Class? on: May 30, 2020, 07:15:19 AM
And in their conclusion, they said that bitcoin is not viable as investments.

They didn't say that it's not a viable investment, they said they don't recommend it to their clients who are looking to hedge themselves against the impact of covid-19 on the economy. They admitted that Bitcoin is a viable option for speculators. I don't see what's wrong with this statement, everyone knows that Bitcoin is so volatile that any fundamental behavior related to fiat economy is barely noticeable in short term.

They gave the advice tp their ckients and they obviously don't think that investinf in Bitcoin is vwry wise because of high risk and volatility. This might be the overall conclusion and yes, there is nothing wrong in that.
We are all aware, or at least we should be, the risk we take when investing in Bitcoin but for some reason we still don't like when this is said on the way that Goldman&Sachs put it.
738  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Just One Loss After Another on: May 29, 2020, 07:13:28 PM
One of the saddest news we heard so far in this community because of the covid-19 pandemic. Wish you that you can recover from this specially from emotional pain.

However, you said that you are very careful and have a back up at home (which got burned) and at your office (I'm assuming that it is still there). So I guess you can go back after everything has settled down and recover your BTC. Wish you all the best and stay strong!!!

Yes, very sad story and this is probably just one of many similar that happened during pandemic.
I really hope this will end fine at the end but such bad experience reminds us all how important is to keep safe but available to us all about our wallets that could help us restore and get back our coins. We could never be careful enough and we can't never know what everything might happen to us.
739  Economy / Economics / Re: White House won’t be releasing the formal economic projections (not a good sign) on: May 29, 2020, 04:37:57 PM
The White House is clearly trying to hide something. It's pretty obvious that the US economy is going down,so there's no need of this formal economic projections. The big question is whats the scale of the economic disaster?Perhaps the White House doesn't want to reveal data that might be too shocking,in order to not spread more panic on the markets.
I don't think that most of the Americans actually care about this data.Wall Street indexes might go down, because of this news, but I don't care about what's happening on Wall Street right now.

Situation is worse than White House is ready to admit to prople. Economy will not recover so good and so fast as they were telling all the time and now they don't have the strength and courage to public announce that to the people.
I agree that average Americans don't care or don't understand ststistics and data from Wall Street and similar and exactly because of that government should come clear to average people on.simple way they can understand.
They have the right to know what is happening and what expects them but administration will not say that in public.
740  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you donate in a casino? on: May 29, 2020, 01:13:22 PM
Actually I'm not so sure. I try to avoid third parties when giving a donation, I prefere to give directly to organization or induvidual person that collects donations.
It's not that I assume there will be some misuse but in direct contact it could definetely be avoided so I probably wouldn't choose donation through casino.
