Actually supporting Newcastle tonight but can't help feeling sick watching Chrlsea as a neutral. Dominating absolutely,  so many almost there's and close misses... yet still behind to a solo effort from Captain Injury.. Really Igebotz I have ti feel sorry for you man. Tough being⅘ a supporter.

Everton heading for pens. Time for me to switch off.

Palace took points, but we don't do well at all, do we, with recent picks and luck. Club World Cup also feels like a poor place to dig but I have a thing for unknowns, and Urawa are, if anything, that. 20/1, those kind of numbers have to be irresponsible not to take!

100 units at Sportsbet on Urawa Red Diamonds to WIN vs City @21.35. Other odds: 19.5. Units advantage: 185

Running advantage after 49 bets: +5051 (+185)
All-time cumulative: +94,911
Running units after 48 bets (3W|45L): -2612 (-100)

This can be used in many situations, maybe someone is sick, getting married, or he has other important things preventing them to send answers.
Same things happens in real world all the time.

What is this? Sick? Married? Holiday? These are not things for sports fanatics to have. Though, seriously, I agree. But of course, for me personally, I would just submit blind as have almost done in the past. Works for football, anything else requiring searching for draws/schedule  like most H2Hs and it's almost like a lost case.

But I understand in many personal situations, even with internet, one must not attempt to go online. I repeat: happy wife, happy life.

Well, this is my first time participating in the Cup competition luckily I made it through rounds 1 and 2 but wait, just look our match schedule, first I have to fight against LFC_Bitcoin which I think we are at the same level then anyone who qualifies to the next round will face one of the monsters @buwaytress Runner Up Division 1 in the last season or @chi20 Winner of Division 3B last season,

Past performance is not a guarantee of future performance. I feel extra confident about my H2Hs this round, let's see if I am in better positions come cup again.

You know, I was ready to submit early but that Dart question... I really needed to find time to look that up!

Goodluck to your 3 point because I will be happy to meet you at the other round of the cub.

Penalty luck, so we meet in the next cup round. Liverpool nonsense, enjoy your 1 mbtc.

Also holidays are coming and we planned to run the competition as usual since we feel it isn't too much of work for anybody. But if you are going away somewhere where you know you are unable to post, let us know and maybe we can find some solution like postponed game. If it is a lot of you, we can take a week off or something.

What is... "holiday"? I hear about this mystery all the time. I strongly suggest anyone wanting this mythical thing be penalised.

BTW did you really have to put me on the same route as LFC_Bitcoin so quickly? How much did Navid pay? Wink

I forgot to congratulate freebet winners: Patrick, Ulven, cryptofrka. Many of us took risks, myself included, but it paid to stick to likely outcomes, and Pot A toppers only served to extend their leads. Well done, your freebets should be in your accounts to use, don't forget to share your wins! Thank you Hhampuz for arranging that =)

Some Matchday 6 Pot B observations:
  • This was the round where people departed from spreading stakes with over half of submissions going all-in or split between two games.
  • The biggest winners bet against Barcelona, and immediately entered prize spots. Barca was the group stage's most generous loser.
  • Only 17 participants won more than 10 stakes, the lowest of any matchday.

So tempted to respond to yet more nonsense from posters here -- it really doesn't end, and mainly not even from Bitvest players. But instead, I'll focus on saying what I came here to ask: does anyone remember if rewards are adjusted or not? I haven't played for yonks, (I posted here a month ago but forgot to check back after), curiously looked at my account and did some quests and actually, seems pretty much similar to how I remember. About $! rewards per day on max activity -- might actually resume playing again to see if hot wallet issue's also fixed haha.

Little heads up, can you guys please stop doing this?

Technically it is not against forum rules but this is a sign of spam even if you do not intend to practice so stop quoting the previous posts entirely and only quote the person that you want to reply to and edit all the previous names so that it is possible to keep up with the discussion and also it won't hurt eyes whoever jump into reading.

Welcome to the ANN thread, almost a mirror of the chatwall on BV. Love that, don't get me wrong, just terrible to see it here. Worse, from their own sig campaigners too. Sadly, the last two posts I reported for quotewall spam on this thread went unhandled, I guess they live on the borderline of what's considered spam. I hope the campaign managers see these comments and stop rewarding really poor posts. It's been two years of them rehashing the same crap of LL and the campaign. The forum's definition of beating dead horses probably belongs to this thread.

Massive game today at Anfield. Liverpool should win but you just never know in these type of games. We are better in pretty much every position on the pitch but this is football. Looking forward to the game, should be a classic.

Big wins, sandwiching 0-0 games, I guess United must play the foil when they can't sniff the title. Oh well. Least I get the freebet from insurance...

This was 6.20 before the boost and it was 0.20 higher than correct score 0-0 which was the same thing so I decided to take this one instead lol

Big winner, I don't know when we'll fail to score again but Anfield is actually a lot tougher than OT I think -- self-pressure is a funny thing. Good thing Arsenal is up next, a pity we couldn't take advantage of City dropping yet more points.
729  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏆Rollbit.com | Champions League Pool | $11,000+ in Prizes ⚽️ Discussion Thread on: December 17, 2023, 05:53:18 PM
There are 125 matches in total being played in the Champions League and we have left 96 matches behind with the group stage. We have left nearly 77% of the pool behind if we look at it in terms of Pot A. If I understood the statement above correctly for Pot B we have left only the 60% part behind. Meaning if you are behind in Pot B your chance to climb upwards is much higher compared to Pot A.

Oh wait, Im confused so how is it different between pot A and B? Its the same total of matches being played after the end of the group stage. In terms of catching up I guess it will be alot easier to catch up on pot A compared to pot B if you are way behind the competition. We probably wont get any underdog lucky win again top 16 so even by consistently manage to get atleast 20 points on each round might not be a guarantee to be on top 10 by the end of the UCL.

I've arranged Pot B to have the same "matchday" as Superbru -- or at least, how I believe matchday are organised in Superbru based on how I remember last season.

So both pots should involve the same games -- but even if not, it shouldn't matter.

Pot A max points dwindles as it's a hard 3 points max per game + 3 Slam points per MD. There will soon be a point -- likely on MD9 when we will even know many winners. Pot B can still throw up many more points depending on outcomes -- and how people stake. Little will be certain until after the final.

Saint-loup, Liverpool will settle us, no need to go to penalties I feel -- unless there are fewer than two Reds goalscorers. Good luck, but I need cup action to keep me sharp so I can meet Chi20 next.

@Chi20 Nice banter in BSFL chat last night, you happy to risk money on my 1mbtc for Liverpool to win 5:0? I mentioned 20/1 odds but happy to hear your counter. Easy money, no?
I'm in, if you still stand with your 5:0 Liverpool,  anything less , you lost!
Its was nice bantering but I got your chat message late and I couldn't reply again.

Anything other than 5:0 and I lose, but make sure you prepare 20mbtc tonight, we are in about 20 minutes and Salah will be keen to extend his scoring streak. Man U might even contribute an own goal? Haha.

But really, silliness aside, happy to win by any margin and pay you 1mbtc for 3 points.

@CLS63 I see a new type of betting from you lately, based on correct scores. At least, my memory seems to suggest so. A pity I got 2 exact scores on the Sportsbet pool yet failed to put any of those on my tickets, losing money instead on City -- that's 4 bets I lost despite City dropping points. I should really consider handicaps given this form?

5:0 Liverpool. You're welcome =p

Haha at Q3, City looked like they were running away with it at Etihad, now Chelsea looks a smart pick. A moment of silence for Jinetics who actually picked Liverpool when they weren't even an option haha.

What a rout this turned out to be heh heh. So I go back to my boring old ways. Etihad is a fortress and old foe Zaha no longer leads the line but I'm still happy to bet against City with odds like this, before the return of KdB in January.

Easy win coming hopefully?

Did all of my picks with ease yesterday, gut was good enough and Spurs delivered 3 points so I'm very pleased but I am in two minds about Newcastle. Ragged and broken, Almiron dragging his body across the line most games recently, while Fulham have been finding some great connections across their forwards. Harry our old boy really settling in but even Willian is contributing with limited minutes. The latter won't play today nursing a hamstring but Jimenez is also one of my old favourites keen to relight his fire.

A draw seems likely but Fulham maybe has the edge here?

@Igebotz shitty odds from a book I'll never use but happy to put down a 1mbtc sidebet on ETH sack before 1 Jan. It means nothing but one United manager oversaw their last games as defeats to Klopp's Liverpool.Hate the stat but Klopp has done this to at least 5 managers already in 7 EPL seasons. Tough!

$50, finally. A much more reasonable amount for withdrawal minimum. Doesn't affect me a bit, I tend to wipe myself out in a big way if that's my remaining balance but $150 always seemed to steep.

On more pressing business, I finally ran out of first-strike luck. Son was my pick and he didn't get a penalty to save his stat this time around. Guess that $10k prize is mine on Boxing Day, eh?
736  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀-Sportsbet.io-🚀 Official Partner of Newcastle United Football Club on: December 15, 2023, 10:52:30 PM
Manchester City usually play very good in last months of each season and those months will be key for them to win the trophy.

Less to do with them playing better, more to do with others less able to deal with attrition -- injury, fatigue, suspension. Squad depth is key every season, so it looks like City perform badly at first (then finish strong) but it's really about others succumbing to thinner squad syndrome. Liverpool also finish strong but can't make up ground for poor starts. Interesting to see if we get something out of our end-season burst.
737  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Conference League Discussion Thread -- 2023/24 | Group Stage playoffs on: December 15, 2023, 05:23:33 PM
So Group Stages are over, admittedly I didn't watch a single game over the last two Matchdays here, but the playoff formats bring in some interesting potential matchups.

Strong Turkish sides have advanced as expected, if with some struggle. But unlike Europa where I feel there are some very strong favourites early on, I'm struggling to identify winners. I don't trust Brighton, despite bookies leaning with them. Last year's Frankfurt aren't nearly showing up, and could still lose the playoffs.

Ajax, funnily enough, probably proceed to Last 16 after dropping out of UCL and appear to be finally shrugging off the shitshow they've been staging all season. Survive the playoff and they might just be strong enough to win this. No odds yet on my book -- but I'd place a tidy few satoshis on them winning Conference.

as another top game is taking place this matchday, with bayern vs. stuttgart, i was able to negotiate another promotion for all participants of our bl-pool with Steve from sportsbet.io.
this means that tomorrow (friday) all participants will receive a free bet and can use it within the 3-day period Smiley

and please remember your picks - tomorrow will be my reminder to all those who haven't thought of it yet

Very nice, thank you fr the freebets, what did we do to deserve it =)

I've tagged on a conservative acca, putting on a bit of English flavour (can't help it, really). And then threw one on against City (Bayern odds to lose really not interesting for me, unfortunately).

Books have Mainz as the favourite this week -- can't recall the only other time this season they were, I picked them to lose that one but they only drew -- so this time I'll bend to their will.
