742  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Chat GTP destroy poker on-line gambling??? on: May 27, 2023, 11:25:24 PM
I have no idea how it can make a big deal in gambling if it's all about data analysis when the game is all about luck. I only think of these AI are something good to roll your dice depending on your most recent roll but it's already being done and made by the casinos, most of them have the autoroll feature.
But we are talking about poker, that's not just about pure luck. Otherwise same people wouldn't keep ending up to finals, it would be totally random bunch of people every time. With live poker, if you don't have a clue who is being played out from the table it's probably you. You can sense a lot on what people bet and on which kind of hands, who is losing their cool and then there are just pure mathetmatical probablilities you could count if you have a good head for it. With AI you don't have to count.
That's why I can't still get how it'll be with it in any gambling game and even in poker. There's no data on such since the deck will always be shuffled and if it's a data based on the last cards on everyone's hand.

I still don't understand how the AI will come up with the suggestion or solution whether you'll have to fold or check or raise.

But maybe that's just me and I'm still quite confused into understanding not until I see it become a reality.
743  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Chat GTP destroy poker on-line gambling??? on: May 26, 2023, 09:54:08 PM
Currently AI provides maximum benefits to the user in every field. As such the gamblers are now quite aware and they try to take advantage of it. Using AI, a gambler can make various decisions depending on the position of the game in gambling, which is not possible for a human to perform fast data analysis.

In poker one can guess the probability depending on the cards dealt on the table but cannot predict it in advance. But the reality is that there is no chance of guaranteed victory by using it, which is not even possible.
Yeah, no chance of guaranteeing win.

On this matter, AI is just providing answers depending on the data that it gathers so data integrity is still there but it's not as big as what people think. It's not like us that can guess.
744  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you been threaten to stop gambling on: May 25, 2023, 03:15:03 PM
How about you have you been threatened by your wife, your girlfriend, or your parents, if so tell us your story.
Luckily, nope.

Well, your friend is secretive and that's one of the red flags if ever someone is in relationship. Especially when he's won big, he should told it to her and that will for sure give him at least the good side of gambling because her wife can enjoy that money that he's won.

But no, he chose not to tell it and then this unfortunate incident on him has happened. Well, if both of you are in a relationship, you shouldn't hide your activities especially if it involves money.

I don't know how long your friend will be able to hide it should his wife didn't found out his browser activities. This again gives the wrong impression to gambling because of one irresponsible gambler.

But nice choice, it should really be his wife to be the top choice than gambling.
745  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you consider moving abroad? on: May 23, 2023, 11:16:19 PM
This is really unfortunate and I feel bad for those whom live in a country where it's just so hard to get a decent paying job no matter how smart one is or how much education they have under their belt.  The thing that's really disgusting though is when people are desperate to leave a country for a better life, there's always going to be people to take advantage, like you mention with people being killed.  This is of course how a lot of sex trafficking happens.  So sad, so sickening.
Going with those skilled people that have decided to work abroad, they find the opportunities abroad are paying more than we're they are. I have considered going these why many people decided to go into these programs like studying first in that country which is part of the process and then have their jobs hunt eventually.

Also, there are the other perks that they can bring on board their family if they happen to get a good paying job. There's so much more than that which is paying off and can be said as worth it, health care, education and other perks like that too.
746  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: May 22, 2023, 10:02:43 PM
Anyway, there's a breaking news just now and it's Carmelo Anthony.

Former All-Star Carmelo Anthony announces his retirement

Another era has passed, rest and enjoy the retirement Melo. I still remember that time when he's struggling with his last seasons that no team wants to take him in.

Does anybody still remember this taunt by Al Horford? Now Butler did this in front of him, and Horford seems angry because of what Butler did to him. I did watch a video of the taunting, and I can't help myself not to laugh. Karma really strikes harder.
Jimmy is sending the message to Horford that you don't do this to them and as well as to MJ's son.  Grin
747  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why so many mixers all of a sudden? on: May 21, 2023, 11:50:01 PM
When the greatest company has fell down and these competitors can't be par with them during its existence. So upon learning the news, this is an opportunity that they just can't let it pass.

There's no greatest now on this niche, market and business so, everyone is rushing as if there's a gold rush for these mixing companies to be in. That's no surprising when the competition on this niche is tough and the greatest have already been out.

It's time for each of them to get to the top as soon as they can and that's why marketing for most of the new ones have been aggressive.

i guess that's one of the major reasons why suddenly new mixers are coming to this market. CM is one of the biggest in terms of this business, and once they got out of business, definitely, people will try to fill in the empty seat. competition is good so they would want to attract their potential users by offering some sort of incentives or rewards. but we knew, only few can survive in this business.
also, be careful in choosing which mixer you would want to use. you may end up not getting your money if you happen to deal with a fly-by-night mixer.
No doubt that cm is the biggest that has ever existed but after the FBI ran over them, there's no one that's claiming that spot now so we've seen the taking over for which many have been active into taking it over through marketing.

Dunno, but we've got our preferences on which of them is likely the best currently and it's up to the likes based on how we use them. There's still a tough competition now and it's tougher because the spot for being the most known is empty.

Therefore, we've seen a lot of them coming to the market and offering the best service and even the most and best competitive fee that they can ever offer to each user.

749  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: What platforms are the best to get actual user feedback? on: May 18, 2023, 10:47:49 PM
This forum is more than enough and you'll get legitimate feedback and you have the option to choose from. You can ask the most reputable people in the forum to review your platform but of course there should be some appreciation coming from you upon doing that.

If you know what I mean, nothing is free these days but there could be some of them that would love to do it for free if they like to do it.

But as an initiative, it won't be that much expensive to have them ask to use their time in reviewing your platform and give you an honest feedback.
750  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Thinking of creating a discord server and send signals that we feel are legits on: May 17, 2023, 11:16:51 PM
It's true that earning trust in the community is hard to make and that's why with this strategy of yours will get you people that are into signals and whenever see that it's for free, they'll come to you naturally.

While many of us here do understand that we'll get nothing from those signals as they're mere predictions and analysis of another trader or insights that they've just read somewhere as per their source.

But it's no doubt that making a community and growing it up with this setup could work for you.

I prefer groups that are purely educational about trading and technical analysis and not just giving out "signals"
we are still thinking about how to do it the right way and be fair about it
You've heard it from Bitcoin Arena, that's actually is.
751  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BINANCE APP Reinstall warning on: May 15, 2023, 07:46:08 PM
It's a scam.

If you want to download the Binance app then just proceed to their main website and look for the link there. They won't contact anyone just for them to encourage people to download their app.

The app that you're instructed to download is most likely a phishing app where your details will be sent directly to the scammer/hacker and then will rob you once you placed those login details and even the 2FA you set.

Also, the domain download@binance.com is just probably another domain that has been made by these scammers and just another spoof. You don't email someone if you want them to download as you've got an app that's published on the app/play store.

I used to receive email notifs from Binance and the first one always indicates "do-not-reply@ses.binance.com" or "do-not-reply@post.binance.com".
752  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: HOW DO I SECURELY STORE MY BITCOIN AS A BEGINNER? on: May 14, 2023, 11:35:39 PM
Now to my concern, I’d like to seek advice from my senior/experienced colleagues and Ofcourse my fellow newbies (not underestimating any contributions/advice).
1. What storage methods have you used and what has worked best for you?
2. What security measures do you take to protect your private keys?
3. What advice do you have for beginners who are just starting out with Bitcoin?
I’d appreciate if I can get more knowledge on these. Thanks in anticipation.

Y'all Rock!
1. Hardware wallets are the best although I also use some desktop wallets but that's where I've been keeping for years.

2. Never hand it over online, never store it on any online app or platform. Just keep it offline or on a paper, that's it.

3. Enjoy the ride, this is a roller coaster ride that you'll love and will set you for life if you ever get to understand the click of it. Don't be demotivated when you see that the market is going down. That's part of the process.

754  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador has become the first country to make #Bitcoin legal tender! 🇸🇻 on: May 10, 2023, 06:45:12 PM

Bitcoin adoption is really having a tremendous impact on El Salvador as the rate of tourists influx to the nation is constantly on the rise. According to statistics made available by the minister of tourism, Morena Valdez, more than 1 million tourists has visited El Salvador so far this year 2023 against the 725,000 tourists that visited in the last four months of 2022, and the country is expected to receive 2.9 million tourists before the year comes to an end.
Source: https://forbescentroamerica.com/2023/05/04/mas-de-1-millon-de-turistas-llegaron-a-el-salvador-en-lo-que-va-de-2023
While the critics are still not moving on with this declaration and law made by El Salvador making bitcoin as a legal tender.

Here goes the results that they're not seeing because they've been stuck that it's not a good idea for a country to adopt it as it is. Well done to El Salvador and all of those people that are working hard.

It may not be the peak of the numbers shown for the tourists but it's just building up and in the future, we'll see for sure more of them.
755  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where can i get the crypto whales signal??? on: May 10, 2023, 05:45:46 PM
You don't need to duplicate a thread[1] that you've made already before.

[1] Need signal service

Before, you're not specific if you're wanting a whales signal but this time you're specific into it. But still, it is both threads that are all about signals so, you should close the other and stay on here.
756  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you ready to spend crypto when market is down on: May 10, 2023, 04:44:45 PM
first thing that you'll need to consider is if you have an extra money to spend cause even if it's bear market but you don't have any investment, still you will gain nothing to it and aside from that is you don't need to depend all of your assets in crypto as we all know that it's volatile.
And that's what investments are for, when we're in need, we have no choice but to spend and use it as if that's the only thing that we've got.

You'll see how investments are very important in times of need. For those that have no choice but wanting to sell, that's all they need to do. If they have the choice not to sell.

Obviously, they won't sell and will have to keep the crypto assets that they have. No one wants to sell if it takes most of their holdings.
757  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How important is it to keep your bitcoin investments secret from others ? on: May 10, 2023, 03:44:18 PM
It's the kind of attack and just like being kidnapped, there's the $5 wrench attack. It's important for each of us to know whom we're telling that we've got crypto investments.

You tell it to the wrong person and you might be personally attacked by that person or people that you're generous of telling your experience and assets on it.

Being talkative should be done in a right setting and sometimes all you just need to do is to keep quiet.
758  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Have $229 usdt, need doge or pepe coin. I can send first. on: May 09, 2023, 11:13:42 PM
Can’t you even do this sort of trade in the metamask wallet? Fees might be high but I imagine they will be nothing compared to what you’ll lose buying pepe coin. Plus, if metamask ever does an airdrop maybe you’ll qualify for using their in wallet exchange. I imagine sites like Uniswap or whatever people are using nowadays would work also.
He can do the swap using Metamask but I think he's doing this because of the high fees that he can't bear.

It will still require him to pay such fees and thus, he's looking for an alternative. @OP, it's still needed to pay some fee if this is the solution that you're trying to find.

But check it out eventually later if the fees have dropped down, I guess that we're starting to see the drop of the fees.
759  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which wallet should be used to keep bitcoin safe? on: May 09, 2023, 10:03:49 PM
You already have a choice and that's Electrum. That's a good wallet to begin with your holdings, so if your bitcoins are still in kucoin then transfer it immediately now.

However, the fees have been too high lately so check the fee first before transferring and see if kucoin's withdrawal fee is still bearable or not.

And from there, decide if you're willing to proceed the transaction and if it's okay to you the fee that they're showing to you that shall be deducted to your principal amount of btc there.
760  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Emotion and Trade? on: May 09, 2023, 07:17:05 PM
For a trader, an extremely important aspect is to be able to control oneself. Emotions are a rather difficult aspect that is not so easy to overcome. But it is important to understand that otherwise the result can be very noticeably disappointing.
Although we can control ourselves to the point how we want it to be.

When you're doing trades, yourself is also your enemy because it's uncertain to know the better results and you want what's best for you. But it's impossible to have that when you're doing such.

That's why you will set some price for you to sell those Bitcoin's for you to gain profit. You just don't let it catered by your emotion and every decision made should be done by you accordingly based on the market.
