982  Economy / Speculation / Re: Maybe it's time for BTC to take off and reach the $100K on: March 08, 2023, 10:14:49 PM
But it makes me wonder why it's not happening yet.
This one of the beauty of bitcoin, this is also to break those false assumptions of those people that think bitcoin is just a fad and a scam.

Soon, it's without a doubt that it will happen. Don't be hasty as it's coming and going with a process and that's why we're not there yet. Bitcoin has its own move and chart and that can't be controlled by anyone.

I know how exciting it is to see that so that we can boast our profits again to those that have mocked us just because they knew we're a bitcoin holder and they think that it's going downhill.
983  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [cryptolove20015]🟢 Signature Campaign Fat Doge / per week 80$ reward pool.. on: March 06, 2023, 09:03:56 PM
There were members that have already suggested about moving the thread to the right section and there's no need to repeat it again guys.

@OP is the token tradable somewhere? I can't find more details about it listed on some exchanges. It's not yet on cmc/cg too.

984  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Coinwix.com Fake Exchange on: March 05, 2023, 11:05:30 PM
Not enough details to prove that they're a scam and so what if they're selling their domain and showing it higher than the suggested price of any website?

I have never heard of them but I think before you accuse a service or a website or a person, you need to gather accurate and enough proof to say that they're an actual.

Thus, websites like trustpilot are no longer reliable with regards to information on how to spot a scam website. Reading the reviews there, most of them were made recently.
985  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: bookmaker clone on: March 03, 2023, 10:06:35 PM
I think that I've seen the same design from other casinos, yeah, not just one but quite a few number of it. The best way to know is to visit each casino on this section and check out their designs.

Since you're already here, you can visit each of them and try to compare if the design is the same as betboom and pin-up. That design isn't unique and that depends who their developers are or the provider that they've been using.

So, I guess you'll be able to find similarity on other casinos by just spending your time browsing here.
986  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: LocalBitcoins.com Exit Scam on: March 02, 2023, 10:15:50 PM
I've heard about that never ending KYC requirement and they'll make it as a loop to those selected users that has some problems with them. Not on my end but too bad that there really were those people that experiencing this before their closure.

Not that much to do and as time ticks before their final days, I just wish you that they'll respond to your complain properly and address it based on how you want to receive the response from them.

You've made another thread and hopefully you answer back here with the questions given above.
987  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin having effect on the ongoing war on: February 28, 2023, 08:07:17 PM
The effect for Ukraine and Russia is positive if we'll just talk about the usage of bitcoin. Since the sanction that have been placed on Russia, most payment solutions have stopped operating on their end so, they've got no choice but to choose some ways of transferring and doing transactions by avoiding the sanction and that's through bitcoin AFAIK.

Whilst for Ukraine, it's really helpful because of how quick the transfers and helped come their way.

It's all about the usage but sad to see that this war is still going on and everyone is wishing that this have to come to an end.
988  Economy / Gambling / Re: This is madness. Something super more than DeepSum on: February 27, 2023, 10:04:13 PM
It seem like a typical and not really good attempt to generate hype. I guess the next think from the OP will be to sell the "method" or the "bot". Now, I am going to give the OP the benefit of the doubt. In case you really run that simulation in real conditions, you are most likely facing an statistical issue with any random number generator that in the long term may provide wrong results.
That's probably what it will be.

These numbers and percentages made by a dry run can be good as marketing just like the typical thing that we see on products and services but not giving actual results.

These simulations are good thing to be based of if you've got no other reference but if it's too much and too good to be true, that's where the doubt starts.
989  Economy / Economics / Re: Cash is not trash on: February 26, 2023, 11:39:43 PM
For those countries that have a high inflation, hyper inflation it means that cash there is really trash. But with exception for those countries that have a better economy, nobody says that unless a hype boy that just got in to the market.

And that was like me before when I'm too optimistic of what I've learned and known throughout my entire discovery of the cryptocurrencies. Well, they've got their own uses and it's up to us how we'll look at it.

991  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How Would you Describe Yourself As A Day Trader? on: February 24, 2023, 11:22:11 PM
It's been so long since I stopped day trading. Actually, it was like a dream to me when I've heard and seen people do the thing but when I've done the actual.

That hit me the reality that it's not easy as what I'm thinking. It will require you to continually learn a lot of things and not just about charts and the market but even you need to spot on the trends and news related to it.

It entails a lot of things that needed to be known even for the basic but it's not deep if you started there. Although I can pursue it again but maybe sometime in the future but not for now.
992  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Defi protocol free from the government on: February 24, 2023, 09:39:37 PM
The reality with these DeFi platforms is that they're not fully decentralized. Just like the projects that we've seen before. Actually, too many of them said to be decentralized but after being looked at, it tends out that they're not.

If these platforms are just like bitcoin which is wholly decentralized, even how hard these governments try to track them down and regulate them, there's no way for them to stop it if it's being backed up by people around the world.

Regulated Decentralized Finance (RegDeFi) is coming, that's for sure, because for a while now DEXes have blurred and bended the definition of “Exchange”, and regulators are still trying to keep up while new innovations that need different rules.
First time to read about RegDeFi but yeah, I get the idea and that's where we're going and probably we've already been there in actual.
993  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Yield Farming -- Is it still a thing? on: February 24, 2023, 08:34:45 PM
When most of the hacks have came to these yield farming platforms, I guess investors have the idea on what they should avoid. But then, the staking has came although it's been really there even before these yield farming projects and platforms have came.

It's just more became significant since after the merge for Ethereum have happened.

It's not intresting to farm stables because of very low yeild. Others pairs are too risky, looks like people understand that
Those that have tremendous and crazy yield percentages, they're the riskiest and the newbies might thought that they're the most profitable places where they can yield their assets.

As for these stable coins to get yield, they're realistic percentages and gains.
994  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it true that this AI is good for trading? on: February 23, 2023, 08:04:01 PM
I think the use of AI in carrying out technical analysis is a bit reliable. but I haven't tried it yet. so don't know if it will actually be useful or not. but maybe we can ask to see what chart patterns form in the market chart. but I wouldn't rely entirely on AI. AI may only be good as an information seeker and other aid in fundamental analysis.
OpenAI still has some limitations but it is continuing to develop on its own as it face those questions. It may not give accurately what it can do to help traders but it's based on factual.

I haven't done it yet but if it's possible to do all of those analysis and it is giving some decision making thoughts, many would be relying on it.

I'm not a good trader and I think that many would purposely do that and I may give it a try if someone shares his experience on how helpful it is to his trades.
995  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what is your reason for gifting bitcoin on: February 23, 2023, 01:09:55 PM
If $300 worth of bitcoin is given to someone who doesn't have a job and have been looking for opportunity to invest in bitcoin.  Will it be possible for the person to focus on this investment without selling at the moment because of the present financial situation. I'm asking this question because of people who wish to gift bitcoin to people who are going through difficult financial challenge,  is there any need to give bitcoin as gift to people who need money to settle urgent financial problems.

Or bitcoin should only be given to those who can truly invest and yield profits.  Can you gift bitcoin to random people who may not make profit from it.
If the receiver of that gift is in financial troubles, it's not going to take a long time that that person will have to sell it. Trust me, when someone is in need of money and he doesn't have anything left.

Anything in their possession will be sold just to sustain their needs.

Even if you want them to learn about bitcoin if they're called by their needs, nothing can stop them from selling it as soon as possible when it urges them to be sold.
996  Economy / Economics / Re: How to spend money determines whether you can avoid unnecessary problems on: February 23, 2023, 11:38:27 AM
Please let me clarify first: anyone who is extremely poor or wealthy is not included in this discussion. Only those who are employed with steady income, some savings and spare time will find this topic useful. I guess most of us are doing fine now but financially we have to face one common problem: how to spend money.  This issue leads to many consequences if not handled properly. Here I would not start any broad and subjective agruement. To deliver my message clearly, I am using some specific examples to elaborate. For example, a lot of peole complain that their income is not enough to cover their daily expenses so they can't save much money while...they spend seven bucks on a cup of coffee almost every morning, throw a hundred dollars on some gym membership cards but never show up training, have dinner with some random girl in an expensive restaurant, buy drinks in bars and waste hundreds of dollars... The list goes on and on. If you live this kind of lifestyle and at the end of months, you are running out of money or can't pay the mortgages, whose fault is this ? I can not provide any statisitics but I am sure that many people have fallen in the trap and can not get out.  I hope you are not one of them.
The situation differs from each of us, there goes those type of people that have been living just the way you've defined. But, there are also people that have barely enough for living even how hard they try, thanks to inflation and unstable economy of the country where they're living.

Those that have been living that lavish lifestyle and yet they complain later on that they have got nothing enough, they should learn how to manage their budget and stop being spendthrift.

Anyway, either of the two situations, we really need to do something like adding another source of income.
997  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Question about token holders for a specific projet on: February 23, 2023, 10:16:57 AM
Look at its 1D chart and even the whole 'ALL' chart of it.

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/movn/

It's no use and it's no hope for you to have that expectation on this project. Most likely that this token has already been abandoned by its developers and there's a little chance that it may recover.

And that little chance is like a miracle to happen but just like any other projects, you shouldn't expect anything from it anymore.
998  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin start rising up what coin is good for investing right now for short term on: February 22, 2023, 10:34:03 PM
top 100 coinmarketcap will tend to rise on next altseason maybe in this year we will hit mini altseason  Cool layer 1 and layer 2 maybe will hit hard in the market like aptos solana or matic high risk is memecoin but i don really recomend that
And there will be from the top 100 in the rankings that might be kicked by another good project that will have a better exposure. It happens at most times that whenever a small altcoin season comes, not all from there are also blooming.

There are some that's being out of it because of some reasons that the investors are also looking to those that are hitting the top.

Layer 1, 2 and other types like the AI, Defi and other common words that we hear to define projects, it's all random and many of them would be up in the next alt season but we don't guarantee that the ones you're holding will be included. No one knows.
999  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 🐞 Why Dogecoin still Not hit $1, and how? 🕸 on: February 22, 2023, 09:34:11 PM
IF doge wanna break $1 or $10, the wide adoption is the only way. posting on twitter is foolish.

without wide adoption, it will never hit $8, even hard for $1 in a short time. it is only a picture.
132-B in supply.

And if someone thinks that it should go by $1 then it has to be par with the market cap of it. The current market cap is $11B so you do all the division and calculate how much it's needing for it to think of reaching $1.

$10 is a crazy speculation and thinking, although this is a wild ride in the crypto market but I don't want people to have that hope because it's very unlikely to see it come.
1000  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If it was you on: February 22, 2023, 08:33:33 PM
Future trading isn't for someone who's new to this market or doesn't have any necessary experience about trading. This is the easiest way for them to lose their bankroll which is more likely a food for the whales. So, I believe that future trading isn't really for everyone and it's fine if you are just a casual spot trader, risk management is necessary.
But with the trend that newbies see in the market, they think that they're at their best in the futures trading. An attempt is a good try and that's what they do.

While for some other newbies, they're attempting to do it but they're also betting with almost all that they've got which is a wrong approach to futures trading.

Good for them to experience it and that will make them known what's best for them, if it's the spot or futures. Me, I choose spot.  Cool
