1121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC or altcoin on: December 20, 2022, 10:23:04 AM
I am one of the lucky people, who were dumb enough to believe in bitcoin and it paid off. But because I was skeptical, I did not invest much nor did I win much. but I feel like bitcoin always bounces back.

So, now is the perfect time to invest, no matter the sum. But you will need to wait, wait until it goes back at least half the price it was last year around this time. I am sure it will bounce back
I went through the same experience that I was too optimistic with bitcoin but when I've shared it to my friends, I took the bashing and skepticism.

But luckily, I just continued and took time to keep bitcoin as much as I can and it paid off. So for OP, by bitcoin and you'll get to see your patience will also bear fruit in the future.
1122  Economy / Economics / Re: A fact that the general public don't know on: December 20, 2022, 08:28:31 AM
It's looks like in every bear season crypto always gets a bad occurrence to be called a scam, this is why I still look at the whole bad situations that's happening as a planned attack, I am talking about FTX and co.

The Politicians will try to ruin crypto and force KYC on every clean and unclean exchanges out there, this is a good opportunity for them to promote CBDC too because of this FTX fraud but I am here to tell you that FTX and Crypto are not the same things, FTX is a private company that did many bad things behind the curtain and Cryptocurrency is the most fascinating technology that humanity has ever emerge with.

Don't get it confused.
Yeah, there are many people that are confused about crypto related companies/exchanges and thinks that they're the actual crypto. And the same goes for blockchain.

Little did these people know, it's quite vast and wide to think of its correlation. But other than that, anything that relates to the exchange hacking or exit scam, these no coiners think that the whole crypto matter is the scam.
1123  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 19, 2022, 11:43:48 PM
Maybe AD can be healthier if he is not the center of the team.
He's effective on that position but it's also known that he's just too prone to injuries. I think a less playing time or someone who can really tandem his athleticism will really help him to at least mitigate possible injuries.

But, it's part of it and no matter how many times he'll get injured. He'll still play as his but concerning his career, being injury prone, we saw the downfall of it from the other NBA players on where their careers have taken them.
1124  Economy / Economics / Re: 2022-2023 Are Crisis don't ask or wait just do it print your own money on: December 19, 2022, 10:51:47 PM
We've got that bunch of it and that idea is only for those that really have the ambition to make their own coin or stable coin.

I agree about that no one's going to feed you and that's why we're all hustlin' and doing everything just to survive and provide food for our families.

As another meaning of what you've said also applies to startups, solving existing problems by providing modern or the old fashioned way of solutions.
1125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [POLL] Will BNB crash? Will Binance go bankrupt? on: December 19, 2022, 09:45:20 PM
My takeaway from this… The more BTC people withdraw from exchanges, the higher the price of BTC will go.
That is for sure.

Lesser btc in the circulation but increasing the demand. That's the way to go but if there is ever a greater thing on this one, it is that people are learning from the situation that the market has went.

Withdrawing money from exchanges in groups are really hitting them hard and this is the reason that these businesses even if they're reputable shouldn't be confident and only relying to their customers.

They should really have that back up fund and reserve just like a typical finance business.
1126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UN to offer cryptocurrency aid to Ukraine refugees, questionable rationale,, on: December 19, 2022, 08:36:59 PM
that's for sure. the refugees will more than likely to buy BTC after receiving USDC. its gonna be a free money turned investment.

Will this result in the crypto market being energized again? What do you think?
That won't be enough.

It's just another news that there will be help to the people of Ukraine through USDC. Yeah, there could be more demand but it's not enough to tell that it will energize the market and be in the bull run once again.

And people who will receive the aid, they'll have to buy their provisions instead of thinking that putting it back to the crypto market.
1127  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: December 18, 2022, 11:51:31 PM
Congratulations Argentina, Messi made another history. Congrats to all the people that's part of Argentina's victory and as well as the fans that do love Messi and the team.

With this victory, I'm sure that many kids are inspired again by Messi.

To be honest, I imagine if seeing Messi vs Ronaldo in the final match. Sadly, we know that Portugal was eliminated by Morocco.
I also did expected that as it will be a ticking bomb and fans would be banging each other not just live there but also in the web discussing these two great figures.
1128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I be worried? on: December 18, 2022, 09:22:58 PM
Just let what the market is going to adopt, it's too early to tell what will be the next trend. I know how big the advantage is when you get too early on a certain niche for a project.

But it can be hit or miss at these times because we're in a bear market where almost everything isn't ideal to start with.

As for Metaverse, we saw how it's dropping together with the market so even if you exert a lot of effort determining what's good to invest, you'll just lose against the bear.
1129  Economy / Economics / Re: FTX CEO says company engaged in 'old fashioned embezzlement' under SBF on: December 18, 2022, 08:45:27 PM
IF we are to judge SBF's case, he deserve jail time but let the due process go on and there will be intervention from powerful folks that he has given money before.

I don't know how concrete this information is but it will be difficult for that to happen because the public is really watching to see the scenario that will finally play out in the case.. Those who have some criminal or embezzlement records with him would not show up because they will avoid the public from knowing their names and tracing their role in the crash.
We're just watchers but talking about those influential people that he's got connection, there could be some magic that may happen.

Yeah, things could really change if they will intervene but if they will just let the process go on. We're all sure that jail time is what he deserves because of what he did.

I'm not a victim of it but many of us are looking into this case and hopefully it won't disappoint.
1130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you doing with your alt bags on: December 18, 2022, 04:30:40 PM
It's starting to look like we are going to see a huge dump in the coming weeks into 2023, altcoins are in trouble as big venture capitals are selling off their holdings, and another one today is DCG

https://i.imgur.com/riSRcRT.jpeg

Almost all altcoins are now making new all time low, Gala games for example look like it's going to 0.015$ after holding 0.025$ for months,
I do nothing.

I've got no feelings anymore on these drops that we're seeing because there is nothing we can do to stop it. So, I just let it go, whether it goes up or not, then that's it.

I have halted my buys right now because I believe that BTC will go lower, what are you plans?
Then start buying when you see the lows of it so that you'll be able to accumulate a lot.
1131  Economy / Economics / Re: FTX CEO says company engaged in 'old fashioned embezzlement' under SBF on: December 17, 2022, 09:39:21 PM
IF we are to judge SBF's case, he deserve jail time but let the due process go on and there will be intervention from powerful folks that he has given money before.

I have seen this news that the new FTX CEO will receive $1300 per hour and that's a lot of money again coming from the company itself paying just to fix the ruckus SBF has made.
1132  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Scalping, my best trading strategy on: December 17, 2022, 08:12:07 PM
I was also one of these trying all the strategies (scalping, day trading, break out) and all of them have losses, since it is part of the trading journey you will loose but the most important is you know why you lose as that would strengthen your strategy and improve more. Whether what strategy you are going to do or try on you will need to understand why it is working or not working on you before proceeding to another strategy but again first of all you need to learn trading first do the fundamentals
Yes, fundamentals or the basics.

And then you'll figure it out whether it is for you and if you want to continue or not. Because that's where many newbies are lacking of for their strategy and start.

They just keep on hitting it and then losing money because they don't think that even if the basics, they have to be equipped with it.

Use a demo account also at first when you are still trying to trade so that you can prevent losing your money others don't want to have a demo account as they said that it is different in actual trading and the stress brought to you is not the same that is why they trade immediately to a real account. We have our preferences which others might work and others are not, just follow what works for you as we do have our trading style, don't copy others as it has a possibility that it isn't working for you.
It's also a good start, to use demo accounts.

There are exchanges that has dedicated demo accounts so that their new customers can try them out before proceeding to the actual trading.

Because the fact about the market when a trader comes in, it's more brutal than what they're thinking of it. That's the hard part in trading because they can be liquidated if they enter margin without thinking.

And also in spot, they can lose all that they've got when they're not prepared.
1133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The reason Dogecoin could fail in the future on: December 17, 2022, 07:35:43 PM
For a long time that there's no one that have noticed Dogecoin, it's been there stable and not the choice of being delisted in exchanges.

Exchanges have already recognized that there's huge community that backs it up for Dogecoin and they'll lose a lot if they will delist it. And even if Dogecoin will fail in the future.

It's not that a big surprise because whether it fail or not, people have already recognized what Dogecoin is.

it may just go back to where it was if this old meme coin will not be developed. i missed those times that we enjoy much cheaper tx fees for this coin. right now, they are not that cheap anymore compared to before or to other alts. most exchanges have their doge in their trading list, so i don't think they will just delist it for no reason. doge has been popular already even before elon picked up this coin to promote via his tweets. so i would say, it has solid foundation already. unlike new meme coins or tokens, where they can easily disappear. but with doge, it may just go back to where it was.
Yes! I also miss those days when it's too cheap and we're all happy to do transactions and no complaints about the fees.

Well, like the old days everything has been okay but what we are experiencing right now is part of the market's maturity and growth.

It's possible that Dogecoin might be delisted by some exchanges but who's going to dislike this friendly meme coin?
1134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Huge Binance outflows - should we be concerned? on: December 17, 2022, 01:04:18 PM
What I've heard is just a FUD.

Whatever is happening on the withdrawals and there's an influx of it on Binance, they can't blame the people and they have to be ready for any turn around.

But it seems that Binance is just allowing it lightly which should be and there's no sign that anyone has to worry about it although, everyone should only keep an amount that they're using to trade and can afford to lose.
1135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Terra Luna Classic (LUNC) Price Prediction. Will LUNC price hit $0.001 in 2022? on: December 17, 2022, 11:32:37 AM
No more hype but it's been left and abandoned because it was actually the original coin but, after Do Kwon fled and now on the loose.

There's no way that it will ever be hyped again. A lot of investors have lost money on this project and even if there's the new Luna that has been forked out of this as a solution.

It never did any good and people are still on losses on this and it just needed to be accepted by those that are in losses.
it will be hardly for every investors specially those who have been part of the LUNA before that will trust this project , no matter how many forking or burning they conduct yet the name will stand firm and that is scam.
It's better for them to just accept the fate of it, no more expectations, no more hope. So that if it will go up and then they still have it then that's a good opportunity for them out of nowhere to sell to at least break even or lessen their losses.

I cannot remember any project from the past that had same experience that got recovered and not standing still.
On point, when a project goes to its peak, only a few of them goes back there but the majority never goes back.
1136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Terra Luna Classic (LUNC) Price Prediction. Will LUNC price hit $0.001 in 2022? on: December 16, 2022, 11:52:55 PM
And even they burn that if the demand is no longer that much, then it's nowhere to go.

Even if the prediction or asked price by OP isn't that much, that's still not good enough. But we'll see if something might occur in the long term due to this burning.

While for known coins, it's helping but we don't know if it will for Lunc.
Burning might only affect after burning a significant amount, and yes without any demand it will just a normal burning process. I can’t see any hype anymore for LUNC but of course anything can happen and we know that a single move from Whales, it can create a huge hype. We might still see a new ATH for LUNC when the market enters the bull trend, for now better to avoid it and buy good coins instead.

1137  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Deflationary Investment the Most Profitable Strategy for Our Era of Crisis on: December 16, 2022, 10:57:01 PM
Don't forget about land properties, they're also limited and that's why it's bound to go up despite that crises are there.

These negative trends could also be profitable for some in terms of investment or businesses which cater to shifts in supply and demand.
Just a business matter, whoever gives the solution to these problems will be the ones to benefit it. And the typical that we have for each and personal investment, BTC is.
1138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The reason Dogecoin could fail in the future on: December 16, 2022, 10:05:38 PM
Dogecoin won't be deserted, it will constantly be recognized as one of the minimal expense coins and individuals will continuously involve this coin for exchanges. In any case, to put resources into this coin, I for one wouldn't make it happen, in light of the fact that essentially this coin doesn't have sufficient basics and biological system, just depending on their local area which keeps on peddling like for instance what Elon Musk did some time prior.
For a long time that there's no one that have noticed Dogecoin, it's been there stable and not the choice of being delisted in exchanges.

1140  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Scalping, my best trading strategy on: December 15, 2022, 11:57:33 PM
The concern for trading mostly are for the beginners.

They're the most risk takers and they think that it's easy to take trades like scalping or any other types of trading. The methods are close to each other but the risk are different based on how they look at it.

Even if they don't know the right approach of it, they'll still go because they've seen someone to be perfectly doing it and they think that it can be just copied anyway.
Just let them be, they would eventually learn up things on the time when they do face up the reality. Most of the time it would really be that hard to make them convinced that they shouldnt really be doing this and doing that. They do really have that kind of confidence deep inside and thinking that they could easily do on what other people been doing and if they do see some good profits then they are easily get hooked up and dive
in right away without having any consideration on what are the risk that they would be facing along the way. Scalping is one of the hardest way on dealing up with the price considering
on how volatile this market is then this isnt something that you could handle specially if you do lack up some skills and knowledge.
Many of them don't even want to hear and follow suggestions so that's what it will be, letting them what it would be.

They can try scalping, day trading or any of what they prefer and still make much losses because it's anticipated for a newbie that they'll never do good when they're still new.

Experience will teach them and will make them decide if they want to continue or not because it's not for everybody's preference to get into trading whether it's just all about scalping.
