Let me correct the "unwarranted" statement.  The feedback itself is appropriate.  It just isn't necessary.  That's what I should have written.  I am in no way criticizing you for negging this guy, because I wouldn't trust him either.
Yes please. It's quite a nuisance to be attacked for something that isn't necessary but is appropriate masked under the reasoning that it isn't appropriate. This is a general statement based off of sentiment over the last couple of months, not particularly saying that you've been attacking people! Content theft is by every definition stealing, therefore a trust-related action. How do we handle plagiarism? Forum staff bans the users. Should we vilify people who leave negative ratings for plagiarism, i.e. scamming? No.

Fork your own words if want fork. Stealing is a no go.
822  Economy / Reputation / Re: Thanks for destroying my account on: January 08, 2020, 04:39:40 PM
OP should be rewarded with a ban on-top of what we did to his account, because clearly it was us that plagiarised and not OP.
I agree.  I'm assuming those instances of "partial plagiarism" were reported?  And I think hilariousandco had commented in another thread dealing with this episode of shenanigans, so I'm also assuming that at least one moderator is aware of what's going on.
Well usually it takes a while for some of these bans, but is a clear case.

OP, what do you have to say about the plagiarism accusation?  Negative trust probably isn't warranted, but only because it's overkill.  Getting permabanned is the usual consequence of getting caught copy/pasting or plagiarizing via text spinning or paraphrasing.  I'd like to hear what you have to say about all of this.
He shouldn't be complaining about the negative at all given that what he is supposed to get for this is much worse than a negative.
823  Economy / Reputation / Re: BitcoinSV creating vexatious and invalid flags on: January 08, 2020, 04:34:38 PM
Fork me, too busy to do all right now, this process is shit - cant Theymos make it easier to just Oppose all flags from a User if the user is obviously nefarious?
Option to oppose the whole user in general? I can see that being useful, and abuse can be trivially squashed.
824  Economy / Reputation / Re: [overview] Lauda's DT1/trust statistics & relevant topics list on: January 08, 2020, 04:34:04 PM
Full List of Corrupted Capwearers & Lauda's Trolls. Please add. Seems that I'm very powerful and famous even OP is on my payroll according to this thread.
825  Economy / Reputation / Re: Thanks for destroying my account on: January 08, 2020, 04:32:37 PM
Your general posting style seems ok, I can’t speak for marlboroza though. You’ll have to take it up with him. Message him privately or something!
He's plagiarising, partially. Partial plagiarism is no different than full plagiarism. OP should be rewarded with a ban on-top of what we did to his account, because clearly it was us that plagiarised and not OP.
826  Economy / Reputation / Re: Request Support (or Opposition) for Flags here! on: January 08, 2020, 04:23:43 PM
While I was opposing BSV flags, I saw many other inactive flags which are probably wrong, which occurred in my absence.  I say “probably wrong” because they are against people I’d be more or less inclined to trust, and/or were opposed by people I trust.
I wouldn't try to vote on all possible Flags. There's far too many of them, and ideally many different users should all check a few Flags once in a while to make voting more distributed.
You can semi-automate it, then it's much faster than the time it takes them to make them which is important. Were it the reverse, we'd have quite a problem on ours hands.
827  Economy / Reputation / Re: BitcoinSV creating vexatious and invalid flags on: January 08, 2020, 04:22:27 PM
Forking hell. I opposed all of them, hopefully without any errors.
828  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DCR] Decred - Community Governance | Bitcoin Devs | Lightning Network on: January 08, 2020, 01:15:39 PM
There is no fraud here.
As already explained, there is a difference between "bitcoin devs" and "bitcoin core devs" and decred was developed by bitcoin devs, which in addition to many other things used in bitcoin also developed atomic swaps.
Says who? Decred Team and Decred investors because it benefits them?

One of Decred's founding devs, J.C. Vernaleo, also was a NASA developer.
Irrelevant appeal to authority.

Putting this aside, are the people that are "bitcoin devs" still involved in the project or not? That's the only thing that I am yet uncertain of, i.e. need clarifying. Even though I strongly disagree with the used distinction, I still thank you for putting in effort and giving me the information in the post.

A bit late to comment on it but:

$7,500    - 73 (49%)
I hope you're not trading the same way as you're voting, otherwise classic sheeples.

even after getting a flu shot?
I've never taken a flu shot in my life.

Getting sick this year changed my perspective. Will be getting the shot next October.
Quite a mistake you made. I get flu shots every year, it's quick, painless and cheap. Hope you get better soon.  Smiley
831  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DCR] Decred - Community Governance | Bitcoin Devs | Lightning Network on: January 06, 2020, 09:28:26 PM
Can someone point me out to which "Bitcoin Devs" are working on this project as is claimed in the title?
I think at least one of the founders/developers for decred is also the founder and developer for the btcsuite Bitcoin implementation. Jake Yocom-Piatt or something. I think that basically the group of people that developed btcsuite now collectively work on decred, but I'm less sure about that.
Those are not Bitcoin developers, those are developers that developed something for Bitcoin (and/or contributed somehow). Otherwise, everyone even with trivial contributions would be a esteemed Bitcoin developer - boost up your CV the easy way. I have to verify that this is the case though, otherwise OP is misrepresenting the project i.e. committing fraud.
I mean, they produced the second or third most widely used node implemention, which is used by some of the more popular lightning network applications. I don't know whether or not they have commits in the bitcoin core repo, but it seems a bit arbitrary and subjective to say they're not "Bitcoin developers". But I'm not super knowledgeable in what they've done anyways, so I'll let them answer themselves.
That implementation as is useful as me preventing climate-change induced city-wide flooding by using 1 bucket to put water back into the ocean . No, definitely not what I'd promote as "Bitcoin developers". However, it is somewhat understandable to be listed this way assuming that they are in fact: 1) Behind the project. 2) Still involved in the project. If 2) is no longer the case, OP has to take out this claim out of the title and any other places that he controls.

834  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ravencoin [RVN] PoW GPU Mining | Asset Transfer Blockchain (Updated ANN) on: January 06, 2020, 11:59:46 AM
People are getting kicked an banned because they are trolling about ASIC scamming conspiracies.  If you troll in certain channels you get banned.
Don't bullshit; I for one know that Chris! is very honest, and am quite sure that his ban isn't appropriate thus people are being censored. There are consequences for scammy behaviour from a shitcoin team,.
rvn discord was taken over by fpga crew, you can see that as soon as you talk bad about fpgas 20-30 accounts get activated and start talking how you are wrong and they are right and if you continue to discus you will get kicked/banned soon enough
Ravencoin is finished. Even its use case is very doubtful. Lets face it ... Who needs it ? Do people really belive that some rich corporations will buy their ravens to tokenize their assets ?  How blind a man must be to belive in such bullshit...
Initially the project was just bullshit (no corporation would buy into this for the tokens), now it has improved by becoming shady as well. I've left them negative trust for the censoring of legitimate users; whether the user(s) want to bring their story to the public is up to them.
835  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: number of TOR Full Nodes increased crazy last week on: January 04, 2020, 08:43:50 PM
There is nothing to worry about and nobody other than the one behind this and/or the NSA are able to answer this accurately. They could create a million nodes, it would make no difference. You are wasting your own time with these questions.

what happened?
See above.

is a group or someone trying to get >50% of all Full Nodes by setting up many new ones (hidden behind TOR)?
See above.

do many Full Node Op's switch to use TOR? why? amount of Full Nodes totally is stable? does somebody have more Data to look at?
See above.

I made a thread about something similar a couple years back. Somebody popped up a lot of (clearnet) nodes. At the time I was thinking that they're either trying to do a connection-exhaust attack or partitioning attack. I'm having trouble finding it right now. In practice, it usually creates a high cost for the attacker with very little to no gain.

@Vispillio I do hope that you're being sarcastic? What's become of this shithole? You're even claiming that JollyGood is evil, the kind which can only be compared to the accusations that I receive. Have most of you fucking lost your minds? Not many years ago you as a position of any authority were not allowed to call another position of authority e.g. a scammer without very substantial proof for this claim. Here we are today, you defending somebody who does the following:

Sounds like the system has indeed improved a lot in the last 2 years, now it's like fucking Twitter.

This user's email address was changed recently.

This user recently woke up from a long period of inactivity.
This is very suspicious. Has your friend tried to contact the admins?

Nevermind, this has already been tagged by my alt in 2018. Smiley

I meant each YoY starting with 2015/2016 as you nicely formatted your list, but thanks.
