knc are scammers. we gave them our Money to build neptunes, but they used it to build worlds bigges mining rig for them self. so this is a scam for the law.
we should sue them.
Ummm. no? You gave them money to receive a neptune in exchange. If you get a neptune, they are not scammers. What they do with the money isn't your business. Right. Interesting would be if you still can refund after you receive the hashrate from the data center and to which conditions.

Is there any excuse for failing BTC transactions? Except an empty hot wallet from time to time maybe...

1000$ for 10Gh/s? The site's a newb rip-off.

Why are you still persevering there? The alarm bells have been ringing since June last year.
I got back in in December with the intention to make money off of arbitrage I sincerely congratulate you to your exceptional smartness! The story of the 13BTC comes to mind again...

Yup. Im going for KVM nodes, Heard they are better than OpenVZ. I will be visiting a collocation datacentre when the time comes. Only need funding to get it all setup and running. Also building white labled servers are the way to go these days. I have so many ideas. Full use of Bitcoins Not better. Different. You don't need only funding apparently.

What's up with gox? JPY withdrawal fixed?
Who knows, who cares. It's Gox :/ Can VIP's change their forum handle by themselves or do you need to pay theymos everytime? Just 50 BTC one time. "Reasonable" comes to mind

To my knowledge there is no other of the shelf miner with all the end-costumer requirements (housing, shiny box, manual, psu etc) available...
There should be one.
Yes there are, quite a few.How about all the USB miners, low hashrate, but they are self contained except for the USB hub.Fairly easy to setup & mine with. BFL's miners would be great...if it weren't for the DELAYS,go ahead & order one right now, post back here when it arrives & the power brick failures,& lack of customer support Also,if customers don't do their RESEARCH on stuff they buy, like how to use an item or power efficiency or cost effectiveness (IE:$ per GH),who's gonna do that for them BFL Before I buy a part for ANY PC I build,I RESEARCH ALL the parts for compatibility,cost,performance,etc.......... Same with cars, motorcycles, boats, household appliances, anything. Are BFL products FCC, EC and ETL approved? Nope. UL? RoHS?

Read pyramining's last posts. He mentioned that he will soon implement a system for changing the addresses by signing a message so accounts could be traded.

SHREM, who personally bought drugs on Silk Road, was fully aware that Silk Road was a drug-trafficking website, and through his communications with FAIELLA, SHREM also knew that FAIELLA was operating a Bitcoin exchange service for Silk Road users. Nevertheless, SHREM knowingly facilitated FAIELLA’s business with the Company in order to maintain FAIELLA’s business as a lucrative source of Company revenue. SHREM knowingly allowed FAIELLA to use the Company’s services to buy Bitcoins for his Silk Road customers; personally processed FAIELLA’s orders; gave FAIELLA discounts on his high-volume transactions; failed to file a single suspicious activity report with the United States Treasury Department about FAIELLA’s illicit activity, as he was otherwise required to do in his role as the Company’s Compliance Officer; and deliberately helped FAIELLA circumvent the Company’s AML restrictions, even though it was SHREM’s job to enforce them and even though the Company had registered with the Treasury Department as a money services business. All this talk about refunds... why? Giving up with mining, just leave the thread. My 4 Neptunes and my 2 Jupiters will run and run and run til they don't run any more. My regret so far was selling one of my jupiters in early November. Even with the difficulty rises, since mid November, my two Jupiters have created 37BTC. Moving around 40 BTC to future mining isn't a big deal. Today each Jupiter makes .15 but that is still $850 a week EACH ($810 BTC price).
I personally like seeing my pile of BTC grow... I think people are just thinking short term. You may not get 100% of your invested BTC in 10 days anymore... got that--
Flip side, if KNC messes up, sure, refunds will be requested. Nothing has changed since neptune went on sale. Just relax and good luck. Good times ahead.
It might even be that you will be able to buy better hardware in hand at the time the Neptune's are finished. Bit I expect KNC to raise the specs.

I really don't know what the scientific explanation behind all the people constantly defending Mt.Gox, BFL, etc. might be. Maybe some kind of Stockholm syndrome?

They supposedly have the chips in their hands as of this weekend don't they? Would take them another 2-3 weeks of testing to make sure it's working.
So end of the month or early Feb before shipping.
Or next year, one of the two.
Next week, the chips are supposed to be getting packaged this week. If Josh says so - sure thing.
