Please tell me how to get a private key on my wallet Litecoin Core?

You will need to have your litecoin stored in a wallet where you are able to access
your private keys. You can do this with Jaxx, Exodus, or electrum for litecoin.

Online wallets like coinbase wont show you your private key.

What a surprise they want all the volume on THEIR exchange.... Roll Eyes

we will see how long this one last

People will support this just out of spite to troll bitcoin cash people....can anyone tell me if there has been any other litecoin forks? forks where they share the transaction history i mean
884  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LCC] Litecoin Cash | SHA256 LTC fork @ block 1371111 | 10:1 claim ratio on: February 04, 2018, 03:40:05 PM
What does it mean to upload my private keys to my ltc wallet to your wallet to get lcc? Is that my wallet address? or my pw to my wallet? Thanx.
Oh and the girls with the lcc written on their chests are hot. Mor of that kinda chikun pls

Since Litecoin cash is obviously a fork of litecoin any litecoin that is held and where the user holds the private key will be valid coins on the LCC fork.

So when LCC launches they will have their own wallet and all you need is your litecoin private key to claim your litecoin cash...its as easy as a click of a button, expect more support closer to the fork.
885  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LCC] Litecoin Cash | SHA256 LTC fork @ block 1371111 | 10:1 claim ratio on: February 04, 2018, 06:47:05 AM
Hi,

The fork will be accepted by any exchanges? If not what will happen to the LCC that goes to exchanges wallets?

Good luck!

No exchanges yet but i imagine it will get listed somewhere popular, guess community will have to reach out...maybe binance? they seem to be open to bitcoin forks

Not sure what you mean by exchange wallets?

if we hold BCO are we getting a small % from market fees from every market?
888  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GOBYTE [GBX] - Masternodes, PoW, Secure, ASIC Resistance, & Decentralized on: February 04, 2018, 05:24:18 AM
Wanted to ask experienced people. Do you think this coin will reach prices of$ 100 per share soon?

considering the recent popularity of masternode coins its possible gbx could be $100 one day but i wouldnt count on it anytime soon

we will see what 2018 brings
889  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: CoinTracking - Profit/Loss Portfolio and Tax Reporting for Digital Currencies on: February 03, 2018, 08:04:30 PM
how do I go about finding the cost basis of my mining payouts.  I enter them in and I can find them in the trades list but the price and tx number are blank.  How do I go about filling all that in?
The cost basis of your mining payouts is 0.

well, you could add up gear and electricity costs, not sure it is worth the effort at these prices though
I absolutely will be, every last cent I can deduct, but those are your operating costs and you report them differently.

Total income - operating costs = net income.

This would only be if you have filed as a S proprietor or an LLC, all mining/masternode rewards are treated as ordinary income and you only then you can deduct expenses.

It's pretty tough to file if you have been trading across several different exchanges over years, even using these sites its tough to keep track....the best thing any trader can do is try to keep track of their own stuff.
890  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Halo Platform [HALO] - ICO Live! Tiered Masternodes/DEX/Marketplace on: February 03, 2018, 07:59:54 PM
Really interesting project, the tiered masternode system is like a first mover advantage, someone explain to me though how the zero fees work?
891  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MAG] X11 POS/POW+Masternodes MAGNET / magnetwork.io on: January 31, 2018, 10:53:43 PM
Magnet coin is great! Are you experienced? The coin is very powerful in staking: I stake with 850 MGN and I earn 0.1 MAG/days. I want to buy more today on https://www.coinexchange.io/market/MAG/BTC - it's quite underrated, but must have a future. Thanks and Hodl Magnet!  Wink

So it means if I stake 8.5k it will give 1MAG/day, so with the 8.5K I will earn 30MAG/Month. Damn I am buying more. Thanks for this information.

I don't think those numbers are correct with staking, also at 8500 MAG you should just go ahead and buy the addition 1500 and
get a masternode at 10k Mag.

With a masternode after you set it up following guides in discord you will be making on average ~85 Mag per day. Good luck
The calculation is 8500 * 7% annual returns from staking (595 mag) so a rate of 1.6 MAG daily.
The formula uses coin-day unit so it is almost a guaranteed return despite the PoS mining randomness as each day without win adds a multiplier (up to 48 days).
I would however agree that for a 1.5K additional investment, a masternode would produce greater returns on that amount.

Ah ya you're right man, for some reason I thought it was less than 7% annual, interesting about the coin-day stuff
892  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Litecoin - a lite version of Bitcoin. Launched! on: January 31, 2018, 05:35:50 PM
It's hard to imagine another long drawn out bear market like in 2014, the tech is night and day and the investor interest is also night and day.

If everything continues to just bleed out for months it would surprise me. LTC will do well this year because it has really matured.
893  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ¤ DMD Diamond 3.0 | Scarce ¤ Valuable ¤ Secure | PoS 3.0 | Masternodes 65% on: January 31, 2018, 04:38:44 PM
I love this coin. The perfect dump and pump. Month after month..
And year after year. Masternode. Lmao..
One exchange with a maybe exchange that makes you feel better..
That’s why I love it. Awesome .  😜
At least your energy efficient.. Lmao

if ur worst flame turns out nearly into promotion

all i can read is someone is sad he sold all his DMD

stable since years
listed on a top exchange
a true energy efficient secured blockchain

thx for point out a few aspects that did build the base for DMD success

which lead to a $ value gain of 9150% alone in 2017

i understand in ur "rage" of enthusiasm u forget to mention lot other points

i hope u find once a project where u can use all that emotions that are inside u to convert them into positive constructive powers

You believe what you want. Here is some points I forgot to mention..
Newsflash, Diamonds are worthless..without BTC....
You need proof.. Here it is..
https://coinlib.io/coin/DMD/Diamond
* The chosen pair has very low liquidity, the prices shown here are converted through other more liquid currencies [ (DMD->BTC) * (BTC->USD) ].
Not low liquidity, not even very low,, Zero liquidity.
9150% is a number you need to feel good but its not against the US dollar..its not against any dollar..
Without BTC your nothing. This coin can't stand on its own two feet..
9150% of nothing is nothing...
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/dmd/
Whats that asterisk say...
Exchange rates are provided by 3rd party services and are not indicative of cryptocurrencies being backed by any commodity or other form of money or having any other tangible value at all.

People spouting off about the Masternodes bringing in monthly income,bullshit..
Imaginary monthly income that has no liquidity..
Show me where you can deposit to your bank,DMD to CASH..DMD to goods and services.. Nowhere..
What are you waiting for? Prove it...
In your imagination only..
Maybe next year when you pull another bell and whistle out of your ass.

You got pumped and dumped last week again,
First of the month as well..
I know you are not good with words, but I figured you could read a graph..
I doubt you can read, all but part time,, but give it a try.
https://bitfalls.com/2018/01/12/anatomy-pump-dump-group/

If BTC was worth 100 dollars what would Diamonds be worth??in your mind??

The troll is back, i dont know what you have against DMD but you should let it go. The argument that DMD is nothing without BTC applies to literally almost the entire crypto currency ecosystem, so as critical as your being on DMD you should be ready to be equally as critical on every other crypto out there.

Yes its not easy to get DMD into your bank account, you would have to move some coin around first but its not that hard to go DMD--BTC--USD, why troll this coin? 4+ years of commitment, transparency and integrity....little to be critical about.
894  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BWK] BULWARK | NO ICO | Masternodes | Accelerated PoW | Seesaw PoS/MN on: January 31, 2018, 04:06:15 PM
Staking is not active? How active?
Open your wallet, unlock wallet's paraphrase if available, let it run several hours, after certain required confirmations, your wallet will be staked and start to get rewards from staking process.

I dont think staking is active yet, i think BWK switches to POS in year 2, right now its just POW and Masternodes for block rewards
895  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]★CryptoBridge★BCO★🔹Decentralized EXchange 📈RELEASED NOW BETA🔹 on: January 30, 2018, 09:58:58 PM
So, the social media has been talking a lot about KCS and COSS during the past few months. However, discussions on BCO (and CEFS, the "dividend" coin for Cryptopia) are almost nonexisting. What are your thoughts on this? Is Cryptobridge just too young project or somehow amateurish? Is the project just moving under the radar, or is it one of those extremely high risk startups that are more likely to fail before the end of the year?

I have a big position on COSS because I believe it to remain a relatively conservative and safe long term (=multiple years) hold for a guy like me, who wants to build a diverse portfolio but does not want to spend all the time waiting for the right moment to buy each coin separately. I am expecting that the COSS coins will keep their initial value, and in a few years at least one of those tens, hundreds or thousands of different coins received as dividend will become a major one, reaching x100 or even x1000, and providing me 100 % ROI for my initial COSS investment. I believe this idea to be even quite probable, since sooner or later a new, cheap crypto will be introduced which will become one of the major ones. Any problems with my thought process? Sure, if the trade fees or customers of the exchange go to zero, there won't be much dividends to pay.

Do you believe that decentralized exchanges are the future, and free exchanges (Robinhood or whatever) will become a standard, causing all these dividend token/coins to crash? I do not feel very comfortable at the moment because new exchanges are being introduced daily. I have only bought a few BCOs so far, mainly because I have no deep understanding on whether people are moving towards decentralized exchanges or not. I have heard some rumours that the requlation will destroy these kind of exchanges, or there will never be FIAT on these platforms etc. I have absolutely no idea whether this is the case.

All comments, thoughts and tips are welcome. No need for shilling.

Yes decentralized exchanges ARE the future.....but the whole community has been saying this since 2014 and there has been no inclination of a mass exodus from centralized exchanges...its like the elephant in the room in crypto...everyone wants decentralized exchanges but no one wants to be the ones providing liquidity and taking on the learning curve of using one.
896  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BCC] Bitconnect Coin - Decentralized Cryptocurrency on: January 30, 2018, 09:53:26 PM
another player in town, these guys made it pretty clear what the point of the coin is with the name "lendconnect"

in their whitepaper they explain staking as buying the coin and selling it for a higher price....that's what "staking" is to them....

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/lendconnect/

Yeah, I also noticed they didn't really know what staking was. They use ERC20 so in the whitepaper they said it was just holding the coin lol. With lending platforms they will obviously tend to increase in value, anyway, otherwise the lending won't work.

There are hundreds of these lending platforms now. They use the profits from the lending to market the coin so they can't really lose. Even BCC was about $250+ when it cancelled the lending so it was nothing to do with the value of the coin plummeting but other issues (will be interesting to see if the lawsuits get thrown out or not).

Remember that when you buy bitcoin or ethereum you hope for it to rise in value but it doesn't actually have a real value and can go to almost zero (no money is generated so it's just like a Ponzi where new buyers pay for the profits of older buyers - a zero sum game in other words). Lending platforms, however, are actually less of a Ponzi because the lending generates profits for the company but at the same time the users don't mind lending and giving some of the profits because they also get some of it too!

I am not prepared for this special kind of stupidity! This guy doesn't know how to face the music. This is a ponzi, was always a ponzi, and Bitcoin is not in any way similar to BCC. The value of a currency, whether fiat or crypto, is tied directly to how many people accept it and also how much trust there is in the system. BCC has lost the trust of the community so its value will continue to fall to nothing. Just to tell you but all Ponzi schemes are profitable for the one perpetrating and the early investors but it absolutely destroys the later investors that bought into the hype.

I wouldn't even give him/her the time of day, they have been in here shilling lending platforms for a long time and still play that "everything in crypto is a ponzi" card.
897  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 30, 2018, 09:41:27 PM
It's bad today because of several dif things.

XEM hack on coincheck

Facebook cracking down on bitcoin ads

Bitfinex tether uncertainty

Also want to mention that any kind of supposed bad news for bitcoin is enhanced and blown way out of proportion by the mainstream media. Its worse now then ever.

Today for example the headlines read "FB Bans all bitcoin ads", but really they just put more guidelines and rules on what kind of crypto ads you can put up.

Hello,

First message ever. We just set-up an Alqo Masternode yesterday (no returns yet) and are now looking into this one. However I wonder, is there anyone on this forum that has a Masternode setup and if so, how many GBX are you actually receiving on average per week? Thanks in advance.

You don't need anyone on here to tell you how much they are earning you can find it and see for yourself no worries, this apply to all masternode coins
not just GBX.

Go to the gobyte explorer and go to the richlist, scroll down to an address that has ~1k GBX and click on it to see the address getting
block rewards daily.

There you will have your proof and dont need to take anyones word for it. Thanks good luck

Again the same problem with LBC, price went to ATH, and new coins dumped on the market. It is as if this will never get big because of the short nearsightedness of some.

Ya not really LBC but the wider market, I feel your pain though I was looking forward to seeing some new ath's for lbc, now
back to bagholding and just avging down slowly.

I just hope that we dont go back down to lows around 2-4k, would be nice to see price hold at 5k sats.

The block rewards will continue to decrease slowly, so eventually the price of lbry will start to reflect the supply and tech.
