That is a very chinese way for them. They don't follow international law and then do what ever they want. They can copy or steal other inventions without them facing any legal obstacle.

LOL You have a point here as they are known for it. A friend of mine says that you will bring your sample of product to china and they can reproduced it copying and stealing the ideas but of course they quality not the same. But maybe there are other good Chinese.

I think some of the Chinese products are better than any other I've found. Considering how cheap they are they are definitely more useable. Chinese LED lighting in all forms are better and so are non electronic items like stuffed animals, baseball caps and clothes. I helped my kid order a batch of 500 baseball caps with SF Giants printed on them from a Chinese manufacturer at $1.75 each. They looked good and had good stitching. Sure they were a little lighter than some caps but he sold them on third street in front of AT&T park for $20 each when every other stand was getting $25-$40. He made almost $9k in three weeks and put it down on a new car.

LOL!  I thought only the Chinese were lying thieving bastards with no respect for intellectual property.  As it turns out, you taught your son to do it like that too!  SF Giants hats are the intellectual property of MLB.  Those stands suffer on every hat he sold because they all pay a high license fee that your son didn't.  Taking a gun to man at the stand is the same thing (even though somehow it feels a little worse).

Can't say I blame him.  If any company were to be run like Bitcoin is run with 'consensus' as a guiding light, it'd be an absolute recipe for failure.  Just like Bitcoin's failure.  Two years post Hearn and no progress whatever.  Only thing we've done in two years is fight like hell.
903  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NOT Upgrading to SegWit who's with me?! on: December 18, 2016, 01:40:31 AM
they call anything not CORE an altcoin.
CORE is the fucking altcoin.  SegWit and LN is core's bullshit to shift fees from miners and toward 'off chain' solutions.  I wonder what happens to decentralization once you remove all those fees away from mining?

Ironic because core loves to say the reason for 1MB limit is to avoid centralization.  A ridiculous concept.
904  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fucking Chinese - Part 2 on: December 18, 2016, 01:37:11 AM
Now I just Chew Kok. People here respect that.

I for one respect that.  Chew what you like man.
905  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NOT Upgrading to SegWit who's with me?! on: December 17, 2016, 10:43:06 PM
Segwit is not even economical, even if we ignored the security risks it presents
We get to use around 56% of the extra space for txs

Nobody who isn't brainwashed by core would put segwit ahead of a bigger block....
A 4MB block size gives us 400% throughput improvement, no new attack vectors and has been quite readily admitted as have no adverse effect on decentralization.

Fuck Core.  Those guys are a bunch of morons trying to angle for their proprietary systems.
906  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fucking Chinese - Part 2 on: December 17, 2016, 06:09:08 PM
None of you will have to worry about the Chinese much longer. Within a decade or so they will have killed themselves with pollution, completely destroying their ocean, their land and their air. They took that whole "industrialization" thing a little too seriously.

Uh-Oh!  It might be too late...

"Segregated Witness solves the transaction malleability problem, but more important than that, it makes all arguments about bitcoin’s transaction capacity limits a thing of the past. When “SegWit” activates, transactions using it will show up as spendable instantly, and there will be vastly more of them per second, killing another frequent and frankly, silly objection to bitcoin’s utility.

How bitcoin is used is about to change radically, and for the better. The final perceived limitations to it have been destroyed with SegWit
"

http://www.coindesk.com/2017-second-era-bitcoin-begins/

Never was there a more ridiculous fool.

The only thing logical about what is being said is that 'when SegWit activates'.  Which is never.  So, all of these claims will never happen.  Which turns out to be correct.

RawDog look like he have rabies! I will not eat you! Smile more, then its possible.
Thanks brother!  I am glad you won't eat me.

Is your real name really "Chew Cock"?  That wouldn't go so well in the US.  A fellow could get some strange responses.  I recommend avoiding the Ozarks for example.
909  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fucking Chinese - Part 2 on: December 16, 2016, 11:59:48 PM
see, this right here is high bullshit...
https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/china-oil-bitcoin-mining-theft/

The fucking Chinese are stealing electricity, polluting the Earth with no conscience whatever, and taking over control of Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is totally under the control of about 6 Chinese miners  The only reason they put all other miners out of business is because they have no morals and steal electricity.  Now, all mining and control of the Bitcoin protocol is in the hands of these immoral bastards.

Fucking Chinese.

well I see you generalize all citizens of China. I think not all of them steal, but only some of them.

I generalize everything.  Why not?  It is the sensible thing to do.  "Generally, bitcoin transactions take about 10 minutes to confirm".  See how that works?  It is smart.  Not all bitcoin transactions take about 10 minutes.  Sometimes it takes a fucking hour.  But in general, they take about 10 minutes.  Now go fuck off.

I didn't say 'all' Chinese steal.

But I'll tell you this, all Chinese spit, fart and eat dogs.  That much is true.  Some of them don't even cook the fucking dog and eat it raw instead.  They are fucking pigs.  All two billion of them.

910  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NOT Upgrading to SegWit who's with me?! on: December 16, 2016, 05:50:00 PM
He would hate to see the stupid situation we are at right now with idiots claiming segwit is a bad idea.

SegWit is a very dumb idea.  Attack vectors from every direction.  Does almost nothing at all to improve network tx capacity.  The only reason it gets any attention is the folks who wish to shift tx fees to 'off-chain' schemes - or to privatize blockchain fees - are in need of SegWit.
911  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NOT Upgrading to SegWit who's with me?! on: December 15, 2016, 06:05:06 PM
and we talk about SSD now.

And what is your plan once SSD storage density maxes out in the next few years while the blockchain keeps growing?

There is no requirement that a local blockchain be keep on a single disk.  It is possible to store a blockchain on a disk array. BAM!!!  Now your node can have 400TB with ease and cheap.  Cheap, cheap, cheap.  Storage is not a problem and it never will be.  You probably won't be able to effect a node on your laptop.  But, a node can have a cheap disk array on the backend and this will accommodate a blockchain that is pretty fucking big.

and we talk about SSD now.
have you buy a mecanical magnetic drive again ... for other than a backup (no 24h/24 plugged) ?

no.
I have replace all my HDD by SSD since 2 years now because the price is OK (less than 200 USD).

strangely, it's the Bitcoin Full Node that it has the bigger SSD = 500GB.  Roll Eyes
that's why i talk always about the Storage.
not a backup : a efficiently (fast) and reliability storage (chip).

September 2016 :

December 2016 :

lol.  What the fuck are you talking about?
913  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fucking Chinese - Part 2 on: December 15, 2016, 04:11:29 PM
You have to quit smoking crack Franky.

big farms like btcc are definitely not using solar/renewables.  Solar has not yet reached grid parity ANYWHERE under any circumstance.  That is all a dreamers wish.

The only farm to use renewable was KnC (geothermal).  They went totally broke doing that because it was expensive energy.  They said upon their exit "We've done the maths, even the Chinese farms will be unprofitable" (that is actually true that they said this).  The thing KnC wasn't considering is that the Chinese weren't buying electricity at any price, they were stealing it.

Saudi Arabia doesn't do shit.  Just a bunch of fucking camel's wandering about the desert.  Some weird guys in tents.  About 300 princes wrecking Mercedes by drifting them around is about the only energy waste going on there.  Why do you hate the Saudi's so much?

Maybe the oil FROM Saudi is fucking up the planet, but it isn't the Saudi's who are wasting energy.

your research about the world seems to be outdated by 50 years.
if you think saudi's live in tents. its time you update yourself

This is typical Franky.  You post as your evidence the singlemost dense square kilometer of activity.  How do the other 2.1 million square km look?  Fucking dumbass.
914  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NOT Upgrading to SegWit who's with me?! on: December 15, 2016, 01:48:52 AM

OK - you low grade nut job, I've got to go home now and kick my dog and fuck my wife.  I'll beat the shit out of you more tomorrow.
915  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fucking Chinese - Part 2 on: December 15, 2016, 01:46:30 AM
the 'costs' of labour and generation.. are the difference between 2.5c to the 5cent retail.
also if you have not researched.. the big farms such as antpool and btcc are using solar /renewables.

its the 'residential' level that use oil. which as my initial post on this topic concerned.. just 12 small hobbiests. not the mega farms/pools.
if you really want a ecological damaging target. aim your sights at saudi arabia.
You have to quit smoking crack Franky.

dont just watch the first minute.
lol - I am not even going to watch the first second.  That anti-American rubbish is all a bunch of contrived shit for consumption by morons.  You probably enjoyed it very much.
917  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fucking Chinese - Part 2 on: December 15, 2016, 01:34:08 AM
This is only correct if you are able to get 100% efficiency in your conversion of chemical to electrical energy - something that is totally impossible in the real world.  So your maths turn out to be fucked.

nope the 1667 is not based on 100% efficiency.

also there are 2 types of oil 'sweet' (pure) and 'sour' (dirty).
if they were to buy dirty oil at lets say 600kwh production. the price of sour oil is alot cheaper than the $42 average. which still brings the price per kwh as being ~3cent (below the 5cent retail)

thus its not subsidised.

And this oil magically turns into electricity without any employees to pay?  and what of the wear on the generators?

You sound very fancy indeed when you say things like 'do the maths' - but your actual math is totally bogus.

Chinese energy producers don't pay for environmental controls like US producers so they fuck the planet at the expense of everyone when they are busy putting other miners out of business, miners who have to pay for environmentally controlled energy production.

Look Franky - I like you.  You are one of the good guys.  You are just wrong on this point.  Those dirty fucking spitting Chinese fuckers are burning up the planet to get ahead in mining.
918  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fucking Chinese - Part 2 on: December 15, 2016, 01:06:49 AM
do the maths. making electric is cheaper then you think.

You love saying 'do the maths'.  It makes you sound so English and particularly clever.  Like a very sophisticated gentleman English professor.  I bet you get off on that just a little.

By the way, if you do the grammars, you'll be able to distinguish the difference between 'then' and 'than'.

A barrel of oil contains about six gigajoules of energy. That’s six billion joules or 1667 kilowatt-hours.

so lets take $42(more accurate then occasional $40)

$42/1667kwr=$0.025/kwh

This is only correct if you are able to get 100% efficiency in your conversion of chemical to electrical energy - something that is totally impossible in the real world.  So your maths turn out to be fucked.

nodes for me ... are with a COMPLETE local blockchain.

when you have 102GB since 2009, i take care about the size of a block ... and love the SPAM feature include in this actual restriction of 1Mb (976kb).

i accept Segwit because it solves something.
block inflate solve NOTHING AT ALL.

---

are you even use the freenet network ... and learn what it's to decentralize the storage of a whole network over time ?

I'll tell you what, I know computer hardware is very scarce in France, and that they typically get versions of things about 3 years late, but I'll pay for and send you a hard drive with 2 terabytes on it.  I know if you are French it seems impossible to have a hard drive with such capacity, but in the rest of the world these are so fucking cheap they are nearly free.  102GB is TINY.  Laughably tiny.  Your French node can get upgraded to 2000GB for less than 50 Euro.  Are you still afraid of 102GB (7 years of blockchain)?
920  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fucking Chinese - Part 2 on: December 15, 2016, 12:54:13 AM
but the fact of the matter is this is something the Chinese do; they are very, very, very efficient when it comes to it, and they strive for peak control and efficiency.

Royally fucking the Earth without regard for others is not 'peak control and efficiency'  - it is reckless abandon and selfishness.  WTF is wrong with you god-damned people?
I never said it was a good thing. Where did I say that their efficiency (and it's consequences) was a good thing?

It is reckless, it is selfish, but for a lot of Chinese they want to be successful because there are another 1.x billion of them and they have to stand out. Them wrecking the earth is a terrible thing; the first steps towards fixing the environment is to stop trade with China and force them to downsize and fix their shit.

Hey Yakamoto, thanks for the backup.  But, you better save your advice on fixing the Earth for your cousins down in Fukushima.  I am sure they could use a little help regarding how to not royal fuck the planet.  By the way, how do those glow-in-the-dark dolphins look anyway?
