901  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Practical is Bitcoin As Payment Service? on: October 09, 2018, 05:46:14 PM
i am new here and i came to ask fellow users about how practical bitcoin as payment method is? i paid for domain on namecheap via bitpay and it was okishh experience. I mean how much i can use bitcoin to pay online for shopping, services and goods?
Bitcoin payment methods can be assumed as much practical and the most digital. The payment processes go much smoother with bitcoins and the onky thing we need to wait for is the network confirmations. Bitpay has a quick payment option too where we do not actually need to wait for the block transactions.

Also coming to namecheap, they are really doing great by adding bitpay as one of their payment gateway for bitcoins and bitcoin cash transactions. That really makes purchasing the domain/hosting/etc from there without any great issue.

You can also try using bitcoins at a number of other sites. The number of platforms accepting bitcoins as a mean of payment are increasing rapidly so you can find any of the trusted store easily.
902  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen if Bitcoin gets official permission from the government...??? on: October 09, 2018, 05:42:51 PM
<Snip>

Well that would depend if all governments would collectively state their support. Demand would definitely explode but i don't expect anything like a x100 pump. I think btc is over that kind of movement already.
Not really a x100 pump but atleast wr can see some pump for the price of bitcoins as it will really make a better increment in the amount of investors. Legalising bitcoins is been a main issue since more than an year but no legal action has yet been taken so it is really much hard ti predict anything about the legalising future of bitcoins.

Also i think that bitcoins can only gain some legalising importance if all the governments globally take a final decision together about the decentralised currencies. I can see that Iran has already legalised bitcoins and you can see the price for bitcoins there. They are sky reaching.
903  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can We Finally Call This the DEATH of Bitcoin?!? on: October 09, 2018, 05:39:25 PM
Bitcoin will never die no one can finish it. Although bitcoin price is quite  low, Don't panic to see this red market.Bitcoin price will come back very strongly. At present time bitcoin cover 55% market. So you don't say that bitcoin is death.
Can you please elaborate about which markets does bitcoins cover 55%
I guess you wanted yo describe the cryptocurrency markets over here.
Untill now almost $41 billion are been invested into bitcoins. This is a rough figure and i do not have a approximate figure about it.

But considering the amount of funds invested into bitcoins, i think that it would actually never die. The amount is widely grown and is increasing rapidly which does not make bitcoins a dead coin. Peoples are actively showing intrest in bitcoins and this intrest can make a better price and a better future for bitcoins ahead.
904  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My experience in the cryptocoins on: October 08, 2018, 02:04:29 AM

I've had technical knowledge of the internet for many years and I've heard of Bitcoin in the early days, but for some time I did not have that curiosity that was characteristic of an early adopter nerd. This was a high cost of opportunity as Bitcoin's growth is impressive, especially in 2017.

There is one side of me that sees skeptically and another that can see the disruptive proposal of the coin. For about 3 months I was watching the dynamics and signing some videos on Youtube. I signed the Fernando Ulrich channel and read some texts to understand how it worked: Buy / sell through an Exchance, Possibility to move to a wallet to "save" in safety and all other possibilities (trade, etc).

About 2 months ago I decided to try it and so far things are going well. At the end of September I was able to buy for USD 3,800 and then started to move towards USD 7,000, reaching USD 7,800 and then dropping to USD 7,200. I saw this fall as an opportunity to buy and I got more $ 10,000.00 for this price since my goal was to have at least 1 BTC. And to show that nothing in this market is predictable, the day after my purchase at USD 7200 it drops to USD 5800. It needs to have a stomach! But I looked again as an opportunity and went to buy more to reach my goal of having 1BTC. As it was a weekend, I had to wait for Monday to do a TED for Exchange (you do not need to talk about why Bitcoin is causing it in the global financial market as it is 24hrs). I got on the second to take to the Exchange and unfortunately that low was already at USD 6,400 and three days later had already risen again to $ 7,200.

I'm enjoying this joke and it's that maxim ... Only invest in BTC what you're willing to lose. I do not invest in BTC by expectation but by the promising and disruptive future! Everything is an ideological issue and I am comfortable with this movement.

Well yes, you are right because you were investing what you can afford to lose. That's why you enjoyed it.
Experience will make you wiser using your money in cryptocurrency. In this volatile market, trading will be profitable for short time.
As the days pass, experience level gets much higer. Experience can be cinsidered as a great skill which can trueky influence us to earn huge profits out of low investments. Getting into cryptocurrencies is not that challenging but staying with Cryptocurrencies gets much challenging as more and more peoples lack in a number if abilities which makes them a perfect bitcoiner.

Also investing what we cab afford to loss can only make us earn a happy profit. Always try to stay out of greed and alsi try to maintain a positive relation with the investments and you will surely get a good fruit for it.

Cryptocurrency markets are truely much volatile which also makes them much riskier to get into. The invested money can also never return and we should stabilise our minds in favour of it. Investing into volatile markets is riskier but much profitable so many peoples are investing here.

906  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think that the HODL approach is good bitcoin? on: October 05, 2018, 03:09:14 PM
Do you think that the HODL approach is good bitcoin?
Sometimes I think that because so many people HODL it makes is easier for some big players to manipulate the price.

I wonder what the community think about it.
I personally HODL for almost a year, I made some money and lost some money, But generally, I'm positive about the long run. I'm just curious about the fact that maybe we are the one who make it possible for big companies to influence the price in such an easy way
I can't really get you. How can anyone manipulate the price if we hold bitcoins. Even if there are a lot of holders for bitcoins, many prefer trading for bitcoins in short terms. Bitcoins are grown to a wide range now and it is nearly impossible bto manipulate the price for them as you mentioned. Bitcoin markets depends on demand and supply factor. Even if we hold bitcoins, it gets ahead into the demand part. Demand still stays high even if most of peoples are hodling them.

This might not lead for a price manioulation indeed.
Only the ones who are trading on with bitcoins in short terms get the right to play with the price and the rest who are holding has to simply wait and keep an eye on the price to grow up.
907  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If gambling is illegal in your country, would you still gamble? on: October 04, 2018, 05:00:45 AM
Gambling is mostly illegal in most of the countries. Gambling which is considered legal does not have that good profits due to the huge rate of taxes and penalties applied but decentralised gambling can make you earn skme exciting profits. In my country, gambling is not given that priority and also it is not fully considered as legal so there are a lot of illegal gambling platforms here. Gambling can be of various tyoes and it depends on that situation rather.

Now, coming back to me, i will continue gambling even if it is considered illegal in my country because i love gambling and also it does give me some good profits sometimes. Gambling is being turning better and better for me and i hope that the globe can accept it along with so e drawbacks. Rather than few drawbacks, gambling can be considered most profitable.
908  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Need advice for the new investor on: October 04, 2018, 04:56:17 AM
I would like to attention from experienced traders. I'm going to invest in Bitcoin. What is the best trend? Could you please suggest me what should I do and should not do?

NB: In our country is prohibited for the cryptocurrency.

Your better idea would be highly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance!
Well even if cryptocurrencies are banned in your country, you can trade for them in various P2P exchanges so it is not an issue. Also there are some enormous ways to invest into bitcoins. It totally depends on you about how you want to get it set and hope into bitcoins. If you really want to yet invest into bitcoins, than i would suggest you to study the graph first. Months passed for the OP and i can hope that you saw a great change in the graph in the meanwhile. If you try to understand and learn the graph, you can tend to predict some good prices for bitcoins. Also you could than predict the dips as well as pumps for them.

Doing so will make Investing into bitcoins easy for you and also you could than later learn the other most important phenomenons affecting the price rate of bitcoins. Also you could find a number of lending platforms where you could invest a fixed amount and you can have a good intrest rate daily. These kind of sites go ahead as a scam site indeed so you have to stay much cautious.
909  Economy / Economics / Re: Starting With Nothing in Bitcoin on: October 04, 2018, 04:50:34 AM
bounty campaign helpfull for people who has no money.they could start joining in cryptocurrency market by collecting their reward from bounty campaign.
Right now, there are a majority of peoples here on the forum who do earn a passionate and successful life with the help of bounties. Bounties actually have the potential to earn you a huge profits because usually the projects which are newly launched gets much boosted as soon as they hit the exchanges and also their price pumps a lot. This helps to make better profits.

Even there are some peoples here who do like to enroll themselves in bounties rather than investing into specific project because it makes the chances of loosing money much lower. I think that bounties have made a easy life for all the risk hater investors. Also bounties do tend to do a much better promotion and publicity for the project by various means which also proves much usefull for the project itself.
910  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your HODL motivation on: October 04, 2018, 04:45:59 AM
I am still hold some altcoin because I can trust how the power of holding some altcoin, I know many profit taken by hold some altcoin with long term. l faced with some coin could reached more than 200% profit after holding about one years.
surely it takes patience and a very large conviction of course to be able to withstand a period of time long enough to wait for high confidence and patience is the main capital in doing so
Well i think that it is not also that easy to have patience and hold your coins for a long run. Human tendency usually goes somehoe greedy and also peoples lack a lot in patience. As soon as the coin starts dumping a bit, peoples get panicked and sell their coins in panic. It usually does not give any great profit and also it affects the demand and supply for the specific coin.

If we think about the major HODLERS who HODL their coins(Bitcoins) fron 2009/2010 to 2017. They made enormous profits by doing so. This is a great motivation for me as asked by the OP. This makes me get into the cheaper coins and hold them atleast for a year. Buying and selling on short term is nothing that great and can only give you some satoshi but if you are holding for a major time, you can surely get to earn a major part of bitcoins.

If we consider the markets currently, they are much close to inflation and the value for money decreases in much part as the time (years) passes by. In thia situation, investing most of your money can prove much profitable which can even make you set your financially stable life ahead.
911  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin be sent, received or traded (used) without the internet? on: October 04, 2018, 04:39:27 AM
Google can't help you in this case. Bitcoins are meant to be online and you can only store then in various coins or cold storages which would than make them stored offline. You cannot transact bitcoins offline as they need a active internet connection to push the transaction into the block. Bitcoin transactions are pushed forward into the blockchain to process where the miners make the transactions process by solving the algorithms.

Bitcoins can be assumed as a digital currency which does not have any hard currency form (Exception: Cold storage, physical coins, hardware wallet, etc). They can only go through via the internet. You can perhaps trade for bitcoina offline if they are stored in the physical coins but it would go much hectic.

We all have a active internet connection so why shall we go for offline trading? Bitcoins are best as they are and also using and transacting bitcoins is much easier and secure online.

913  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin bring an end to Paypal? on: October 03, 2018, 06:20:04 AM
Bitcoin is really popular but Paypal has its own use and has its own benefits to the people, bitcoin and Paypal have their differences so I don't think Paypal will end because of bitcoin, that is too impossible to happen because a lot of people are using Paypal also and at the same time we can use bitcoin and Paypal, it is better to have the two.
Yes, it is always better to use both. Actually bitcoins are decentralised whereas PayPal supports the centralised currencies like USD, AUR, etc. PayPal can be used to purchase bitcoins or sell them. PayPal has entirely different features and compositions than bitcoins.

Also i think that paypal is already been accepted by several countries as a mean of payment and PayPal wallet makes it much easier to send or recieve fiat currencies digitally. PayPal is a digital form of centralised currencies. Some features can be relatively be similar for bitcoins and PayPal but not that they run on a same phenomenon.

An individual can use paypal for centralised funds and bitcoins for decentralised ones. They both can operate similarly and also PayPal makes converting bitcoins into fiat much easier. Also we can directly send the funds from our PayPal wallet to our bank easily without any issue.
914  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounties in 2018 on: October 02, 2018, 05:52:09 PM
How good (or bad) have your bounty rewards been in 2018 in comparison to 2017?
I actually stay as much far as possible from the bounties. Bounties can actually prove profitable sometimes but for me, it is a waste of time unless and untill the project for the bounty is really that potential. The last time i joined the bounty was the project with a verified and successful past experienced team and also the project had a working product before hand.

I only trust those projects who atleast present a working product during their Initial Coin Offering phase as it makes my faith in them rise 100x. Also if we compare bounties fron 2017 to 2018, i think 2018 has not been that good as most of the bounties have been scam in this year. Last year there were some good projects who gave enormous profits and that will make the bounties in 2017 better than bounties in 2018.
915  Economy / Economics / Re: Investors continue to invest in crypto-currency on: October 02, 2018, 05:47:00 PM
I think that is fine, because as people continue to invest in crypto assets, the previous investors will get much more value out of their reserves.
Investors are the ones who hold the cryptocurrencies to a great height. Investors makes a huge demand which rises the price for the specific coin along with the volume. Investors gain a lot of profits by investing into a correct and potential project which can simply rise up their money infront of them.

Well, i would say that investors invest into cryptocurrencies because they feel that the profits here are comparitively higher than any other such firm. Even i am a active investor and i believe investing into some potential project only because i can see my money growing there. Investors will never stop entering the cryptocurrencies as peoples mainly join the cryptocurrencies for investing their funds into and making them grow.

Also untill and unless new investors invest onto a specific coin, the price for the coin won't rise which also gives some great profits for the old investors. The demand rises and it is much vital to let peoples keep their intrest active into cryptocurrencies.

917  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We need to change on: October 02, 2018, 05:36:27 PM
I have only gained good things from cryptocurrencies (they have changed my life for the better), however, I am frustrated at those who are in for money, and only money. They hurt themselves as well as cryptocurrencies future. I am sad that I still can't use bitcoin to purchase the things I want, as it isn't used as a payment currency/method. I am sad that there are big financial institutions that want (and do their best) to wipe the crypto world out, and instead of working together as a crypto-community to thrive, we are fighting, arguing, and scamming each other. Where I live, the government relentlessly tightens and destroys our financial lives—I was lucky to have found salvation in cryptocurrencies when others struggled.

We need to show the world that we are not just a bunch of wanna-be millionaires, that we actually care.

I do strongly believe in you. The value and importance which should be given to a successful bitcoiner is not given upto that mark. Peoples does not think much approximately about bitcoins. Also a majority of the community here is just for money to earn from the cryptocurrencies. A lot of peoples here go for scamming instead of helping peoples to grow more into the field of cryptocurrencies. Peoples here are greedy i can say. But most of all, there are a lot of peoples who do work for the benefits of others.

Some major financial institutions including RBI(Reserve Bank of India) is fighting against cryptocurrencies. These kind of firms makes peoples have less faith in the cryptocurrencies. Peoples should strongly support cryptocurrencies as the community here is much grown up in number and our decision can really matter a lot. Peoples need to be more literate and keep supporting cryptocurrencies.
918  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin become currency a new State? on: October 02, 2018, 01:22:02 PM
Many countries have BTC as the legal currency!
Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies affect the government's financial policies!
BTC has the potential to become a global currency in the future!
First of all, i think none of the countries have accepted bitcoins legally as their national currency which yet keeps bitcoins as a decentralised currency which is not involved with any national firm.
Also there is no chance to affect the government financial policies due to bitcoins or any other cryptocurrency as bitcoins and all other Cryptocurrencies are completely decentealised and have nothing to do with the centralised currencies. Bitcoins does no involve into centralised transactiona.

Bitcoins have the potential to be a decentralised popular cryptocurrency ahead and not a global currency. Bitcoins will keep on rising and increasing their territory being decentralised and also they might soon someday gain more value and importance from the community. They can't be a national or centralised currency but they can be great in the decentralised world of currencies.
919  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: ★[ANN] bitcloak43blmhmn.com - BitCloak Btc / Bch Mixer - Fast, Trusted, Api,.. ★ on: October 01, 2018, 08:35:34 AM
Thank you very much for your time and your dept explanation about this service it is clear for me right now and have been understood about the difference of benefits of bitcloak ( more secure, high quality of mixing, more anonymous, more reliable and more than one coins can be mixed ) that's great benefits than any another service of bitcoin mixing service.
Bitcloak really goes a way different from other bitcoin and other coins mixing services. I kind of liked their concept. Also it is a need and most of the bitciin users might have been using these kind of services. Also this kind of(Bitcoin mixing) services are a must if the transactions are out of the community and needs to be more anonymous for security purposes.

I would like to promote bitclock as much as possible and also i hope they will stand true on their words. They have a wide concept makig more peoples come towards them. I have personally used a lot of bitcoin mixing services and also i liked them, but i feel bitclock goes a way unique then those others.
920  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do you think the market is down right now? on: October 01, 2018, 08:30:36 AM
<Snip>

It's too hypothetical to just answer all of your questions with regards to what's happening in the market right now. All I can say is just stop asking these kind of questions and just do your part to make a positive impression for cryptocurrency. In that way you helped the crypto community encourage new investors for a healthy market.
What i think is no matter how much positive impace we create about bitcoins and each other cryptocurrency, but at the end we fail by the FUD's created by big whales and all other kind of such activities. This makes peoples have less faith in bitcoins again and it leads for a price drop again. This has been happened several times untill now and there are no strict measures to be taoen for stopping this.

All i hope is that the peoples who are now involved into cryptos atleast support them by holding them and stop panic selling them in any such FUD again. Peoples lack in faith and this leads them to sell their holdings. Encouraging new investors is also growing a must but before doing so, why don't we try to make our minds stable against bitcoins?
