Philly won with a strong game. Harden was unfairly kicked out and didn't play in the last quarter, but Maxey still filled that gap by playing well. Embiid should have been kicked out in my opinion. The referees keep making weird decisions. I think this series was over when it was 2-0, now it's 3-0 and the Nets have no chance. I said they played with weak opponents after the 2nd game, there were those who said that the Nets were too strong here, but we saw who was right.
Just show the depth of Philly again, no Harden and yet the Nets wasn't able to exploit that. I mean they are in the good lead even in the last minute of the game. But for some strange reasons, they can't score and then they didn't guard Maxey who took that 3 and that should be the dagger. Dinwiddie try to drive and he was lucky that a call was made. I really hope Casimero is training like he is fighting a championship fight. When he fought in Korea earlier, he left his country and trained in Thailand to keep away from distractions. Now I heard he is training in Cebu, Philippines but together with Nonito Donaire who is also to challenge another title. It does not guarantee that Casimero can focus though since he is most likely not staying in the same house with Donaire.
Casimero better be ready for any kind of style if he wants to become a champion. Inoue might be heavy-handed but he is not the type of fighter that wants to brawl. Fulton and Tapales can brawl but they are pretty much technical fighters as well. Casimero gets schooled by any of these fighters if he is only expecting them to brawl.
Speaking of training, i think Casimero is on the right track. How about the nail-biting game in Denver? I love it. The Timberwolves stayed as close as they can and even had a chance to take the lead. They were able to take the lead after a huge deficit, but they also melted down in the fourth quarter. I don't know if they can win on their home court, but if they win the next two games, it would make the series more interesting. Honestly, I believe that the Nuggets will be able to sweep the Timberwolves because KAT has been pretty limited in the last two games. Wolves did try everything to win the game, but Nuggets really have the right pieces to shoulder and help the team to win, Whatever the Wolves are doing, they find the right adjustment to counter. Sometimes though a boxer will have to take a big risk specially facing a big puncher like Inoue, Fulton will have to think that he is the bigger guy as Naoya is the one who is going up in weight and maybe can't take his power. Mentally he has to play this in his mind and who knows, it might be really a good strategy in the beginning for Fulton. But this fight is 12 rounds, I mean there could be moments that Fulton will have the better of the exchanges and then there will rounds wherein we thought that Inoue will end the fight. The Suns vs LA Clippers game is more fun to watch, as these two teams are very well-matched. I wouldn't be surprised if this game goes to game 7. The kind of defense the Suns have may not be enough to stop Leonard, and now that the Clippers are playing in front of their home crowd, I expect them to play better. Perhaps they will win game 3, and if the Suns try to even the series, they'll have to win game 4.
Pretty sure it will be a tough series for the Suns, with Leonard playing like this, and the way WB really determines to bring the competitions to its best. I'm pretty sure people won't be bored and they will be glued to their seats for the entire fight as every round could be explosive.
However, they might be disappointed as this fight could end very quickly, possibly within the first three rounds if both fighters start aggressively, since we know they are both capable of knocking each other out. This is a championship fight between two undefeated boxers, so it's unlikely to be a one-sided beatdown, even though Tank Davis is heavily favored. It might end that way if both will show their aggressiveness and will try to box one another, it can end up in the early rounds. But for me, I like it that way if both will start strong and aggressive, meaning to say that they both take one another as serious as it should be. It will be experience versus an inexperienced team in game 7, so I think the Kings will likely panic a bit. That is a BIG IF, coz not only that they're playing terrible, but the Kings are also no joke from the regular season down to the post season. I even thought the Warriors could even the series 1-1 in game 2, but didn't happened. Here's another IF, If the Warriors loses 1 more game at their home court and they are officially done and the Kings could end the season at home in game 5. I'm thinking na sure ako na hindi lang mga magulang ko yung may ganitong case na hindi sila aware about this sim registration at di nila alam na pwede ma deactivate yung simcard nila pag di sila nakapag comply.
