He is right though, why would anyone who has problems come here and bitch and moan instead of going to the proper place?  Obviously to created FUD.  The guy that goes on about the power supply over and over is obviously one of these since a replacement could be gotten by RMAing the bad one, but hey, why do that when you can act like stated above and show your true colors in the process?

FUD is that like Asshattery and Trolling?

Use your big boy words.

You come here and bitch because:

A. Bitching at the proper place is what BFL? Who don't answer phones, take months to return emails, don't provide refunds when required by law to do so? Make endless "estimates" on shipping and miss them all?

B. To Make us feel better that hopefully just 1 person will be driven away from given their cash to BFL.

C. To highlight the worst customer service in the BTC industry and show others what NOT to do.

D. To give it right back to Josh Zerlan

I'd say from the cold calls to previous customers, the silence of the BFL shoutbox and the tons of folks dumping their recently delivered BFL gear. Mission Accomplished.

Seems like KNC is hiring people, does this mean they will have better customer service?

There is nothing wrong with customer service, they work their socks off above and beyond the call of duty to answer all the emails. Sure they don't know every answer, but they're as new to the hardware as you are. There's a hell of a lot more happy customers, than unhappy.

Some of you really need some perspective.

KNC is not perfect but they are 80% better than their nearest competitor.

So they won't get better customer service, they will have the best customer service!!   Tongue Tongue Tongue

Let's take bets on the day when the first 100 Monarchs (the bullet run) go out the door.

4 @ BTC0.55 each
949  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: Butterfly Labs 5Ghps or Blue Fury? on: November 16, 2013, 03:29:09 PM
You can get 10ghs for 1BTC at Cex.io or the same 5ghs as the Jalapeno for .5BTC.
and you can sell your ghs back at anytime and get some coin back. What are you gonna do with the Jally and the Blue Fury in 6 months. If you dont have a fat wallet for KNC Jupiter or similar 400 + big boy miner. IMHO, your are better off just buying coin or ghs.

I have two Jallys and 12 BE's in hindsight, I would have been much better off just buying coin and holding. If you are determined to buy some hardware, You can buy mine. Make me an offer. One Two jallys one 5ghs, one 8ghs.

A few months ago I paid 500 dollar for 6 BE's I consider that by tuition University of Bitcoin Mining and now I know not to buy overprice gear with pretty blinking lights. But my ass still hurts a bit.

I am confused, you said you learned not to overpay, and you are suggesting he pays $44 a GH from CEX.IO?

For $27 a Gh you can buy Fried Cats new cube craps
950  Economy / Auctions / Re: ASICMINER Cubes - shipped from Germany - in hand on: November 16, 2013, 03:15:37 PM
Hi
30Gh for 2btc starting bid is a bit to much.
For 2BTc at cex at this moment i can have: 30gh and this will give me oportunity to sell it back once i finished with click of a mouse.

My offer is 2.5BTC for 2 boxes which is 60gh

Thanks.
The deal says "no escrow" so instead of sending him 2.5BTC send me 2BTC and you will be .5BTC ahead.

No escrow=no deal

Did you see his trust and the fact he is a hero member?

Does not seem to be a great risk.

But the price is still too high so no.

@ $30 a GH this is going to be a quiet thread.

So the Friday update looks like this:

Friday, November 15,2013 Shipping Update

Jalapenos 5 gh/s: May 24, 2013

Little Singles 25 gh/s and 30 Upgrades: May 14, 2013

Single 50 gh/s and 60 Upgrades: April 25, 2013 pay date

MiniRigs: Now shipping Nov 2013 , All June 2012-October 2013 MiniRig orders complete.

Which leaves the burning question:

WHO IN THE HELL ORDERED A MINIRIG IN NOVEMBER OF 2013 THAT NEEDS SHIPPING?

p.s. still haven't cleared April. Monday as I predicted.

Wow, the little singles jumped forward about 2.5 weeks.  Kinda shoots a hole in your March 2014 prediction.  The minirig also shoots a hole in your SALES....STOPPED lol.

You can never say "Sales Stopped" when folks like you are around. You take it as a literal when clearly there are folks (like yourself) who would still pay $22k for 500gh in November.

Further, March 2014 was based on clearing ALL backorders, which is inclusive of the 6+ months they still have to ship. Josh missed the "Clear April orders" by 118 days.......... so close!!

The market has moved on,

These will sell about as well as the Surplus Avalons and the Chips at auction.

The ASIC market is such now that if you are too greedy, almost no one will buy.

Cheers bro, but so you know they're on top of shiz i will post a pic of what i.m currently surrounded by in two secs.

WELL DONE SIR!!!

We can still complain, but as a former BFL customer, you guys are still at the top of my list!

I wish you a restful weekend!!!

Also how about this, how about we just run the damn purchase on the day we have the orders ready to ship (aside the obvious additional that has had to be made) - what's the difference sale on Tues, or Fri? Nothing in the grand scheme, aside we just had a stock count saw what was available and we feasibly had to keep aside for RMAs in future, and three days of whinging. Just be cool, and enjoy the wknd, something  I haven't had a chance to do a very long time!!

Sounds like a great idea, but you wouldn't do it because it puts all the risk on KNC.

It's not a big deal, it's just about doing what you say you are going to do.

Not going to bore you with all the math of an additional 3 day delay.

Just do what you say you are going to do and your stock rises 10 fold.

Still think you are doing a great job and still appreciate all your efforts.
959  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: November 15, 2013, 01:40:12 PM

Guys, due to the fact we underestimated the demand and oversold, we had to wait for the rest to be produced at the factory. Currently as you can see, they are being packed with all the auxiliary parts, then labelled.

As they sold out and were paid for in seconds, and there isn't any logical order of sale, we sat down and had a chat as how to best approach this, and to be fair to everybody that ordered within those 7 minutes, they are all being shipped at the same time on Monday.

You underestimated that 200 upgrade modules would sell in the same day? Really?

I'd always prefer that you not say you will ship THIS week if you aren't going to ship until NEXT week.

Pay on the 12th, Ship on the 18th, Arrive on the 23rd if LUCKY

Time is money
