941  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Bitcoin Keychains available at CryptoMemorabilia.com on: November 12, 2014, 09:30:50 PM
That *is* a bit pricey for a keychain, mate.  Still, quality is often worth paying for.  I may end up buying one of these.  I've been into bitcoin for some years now but I still don't have any paraphernailia.

It is a little bit steep, but like you say, quality and all that. I've been picking mementos here and there myself. It's a nice way to spend your bits.

how much for 1qty silver plated uno bar?

And do funding?

The plated bars will probably available this saturday too, pricing will be announced this weekend, I don't have the spreadsheet open right now, but if I recall the estimate pricing was around 15 gbp.

I do not fund the bars myself, this is to protect the customer and myself from possible breaking any money transmission laws, but I provide all the accessories (including a guide) that you may do this yourself.

can we collect f2f in amsterdam?

More than happy to do that. Actually makes things a lot easier for me.

Thanks, BTS. I have been studying the GFC since before it was called 'the GFC,' and am always grateful for on-the-ground information. Australia's social systems are still functioning, but every single one is grossly overloaded.

One example: appointments with doctors are increasingly expensive and difficult to get. The corporatists have invented 'speed clinics,' in which a combination of a doctor and 'prac nurses' aim at six patients an hour. Two thirds of the beds in the local hospital are occupied by geriatric patients.

Mark

The NHS is a shambles in the UK if you live in a highly populated area, I utterly despise the inefficient system the UK has. Makes me focus on not screwing my health up.

It will be interesting to experience the healthcare system in The Netherlands, from what I understand it is private, but highly regulated, so quasi private but everyone is required to have health insurance. Not perfect in my opinion, but from what I've heard far better than the UK.

why 1.65 oz and not 1 oz or 2 oz?

The weight was originally aimed to be 1.5oz, but the bar was too small, with the measurements I preferred the weight added a few extra grams. Plus I like odd weights Smiley

jealous, i love amsterdam  Cool

It's for work, but I thought it would be good to experience living in another country before it gets too cumbersome. Amsterdam is one of the two places I would have considered in Europe, luck and contacts played a role I suppose!

949  Economy / Collectibles / Re: ◯ PRICE DROP!! :) Pure .999 Silver Coins!- 'Goxxed For The Last Time'◯ on: November 11, 2014, 11:47:35 AM
Been very busy with moving to Amsterdam lately, but getting settled.

I have a great sale on all my silver coins.

Regular strikes are now only £23.50 each.

Further discounts can be applied for bulk order, for example I would be willing to go as low as £21 each for an order of 5+ coins.

Only around 12 regular strikes left (see OP for numbers).

and I have 2 slightly smudged coins available at the super low price of £19 each.

Plus shipping.

I'm based in The Netherlands, so shipping in this country is free, any other country applies +£3 for shipping, bulk orders (5+), the shipping is free.

Send me a message and we can work out a deal!

Also available for face to face transactions in Amsterdam.
950  Economy / Collectibles / Re: BITCOIN PHYSICAL COINS - 9 PIECE AND 3 PIECE SETS on: November 11, 2014, 11:31:14 AM
hmmmm doesnt seem to be much interest, any one feel free to give advise

Selling things on the forum is slow going for the most part, don't give up, just keep the thread active and if there are buyers they will get in touch, but remember to delete your bumps after a while so the thread doesn't get spammed up Smiley

Also, have you tried your products on eBay or cryptothrift?

Cross posting from Uno trade thread:

Hey guys, I've just moved to Amsterdam (thus the delay on the latest batch of Uno Silver wallets).

I have some Goxxed for the Last Time silver coins if anyone is interested in them for UNO or other methods.

I've dropped the price significantly due to silver's recent decline, £19 for smudged and £23.50 for regular strikes + shipping depending on your location. There are also deals on a bulk buy available.

Currently around 10 left!

Check out the thread or pop me a pm if you're interested Smiley

Goxxed Coins

I'm trying to clear out a few of these coins as I'll be concentrating on the UNO silver wallets going forward, so message me about a deal, I'd even be open to trades Smiley

Wow! Amsterdam! I am 'all in,' BTS. Silver is a bargain. You might cross-post on the main thread.

And: could we have some on-the-ground insights into the economic situation in Europe?

Mark, Faraway Farmhouse, bottom left hand corner of Australia

I was planning on making some videos about moving to Amsterdam, as it's a big change. Also, I'll cross post!

I'm not quite 'all in' at this price. $12.50 is my lowest target, then I think it'll be time to back the truck.

My insights probably aren't very indicative of europe overall. Though my family live all over the world, so perhaps I have a vague insight.

Amsterdam like any metropolitan area with a lot of business is densely populated and seems to be doing well. Though the percentages of people receiving government assistance in The Netherlands is shockingly high (I think I read as much as 52%). So I think Amsterdam paints a rosier picture than perhaps is reflected further out in the country.

Coming from London, it's more of the same, the centre is busy, I've noticed new small businesses opening on various high streets, and out in the sticks where I am from there seems to be some house building, can't comment on the towns yet, but overall things seems to be getting a little better, perhaps the velocity of money will pick up soon or we are just becoming accustomed with the ways things are now. A lot of youth unemployment in the UK, with London becoming more and more popular creating huge demand on housing and massive stresses to 'public' services and infrastructure.

I really like the year of the snake. I missed out on buying some earlier last year when the premiums were much lower Smiley
where do you score your perth mints if you don't mind sharing?
ebay has good deals that pop up once in a while but some of the older coins in the series have crazy markup!! Cool

I've linked a good source for Ag in the EU in my previous post with new coin picks. Sorry I didn't get round to this sooner. In terms of older ones, I think eBay is convenient, may on a site like bullionstacker? I've not used that one though.
957  Economy / Speculation / Re: The bigtimespaghetti speculation thread on: November 09, 2014, 12:57:24 PM
Been busy lately, so not much in the way of an update.

Silver broke support, but from here on to $12 I think it's a great buy, I don't know if we get that low but long term these are great prices. I think a bottom is near (I don't pick bottoms, I don't pretend to be some kind of psychic).

Had a nice little bounce into $350 or so over the past week. I'm selling @ around $350-360 after buying around $330. Looking for higher prices to indicate a reversal of the downtrend.

Two coin picks, low premium and only 1 million of each minted:

958  Economy / Goods / Re: Anti Red Light Camera License Plate Covers on: November 08, 2014, 05:44:09 PM
i hear they "might" be illegal in some states, but the majority of states currently have no law on the books that deem this product to be illegal. the cover is completely clear and does not obstruct an officer from viewing your plate. since the plate looks like a regular cover there is no reason for anybody to suspect it either. the only thing these products interfere with is the cameras and they can't give you a ticket if they can't read your plate so who gives a fuck about legality? the whole world is corrupt as fuck the only people who play by the rules are the ones who get bent over.

I agree with you WEB, but there is still a risk (however small) in a surveillance state like the UK that all of sudden authorities will get a bug up their ass about this. Like all good slaves, sorry citizens we have to balance what we can get away with regardless of how ridiculous certain laws are.

This will probably only happen if mass adoption of these occur though, which is unlikely, so you're probably looking at a nice risk/reward concerning use of these Wink

Cool product but as far as I k ow those are illegal in the EU
