Just like the exchanges they are overwhelmed...the spread and rise of crypto has effected every facet of the industry.
Check out their support page, they were saying back in the beginning of December that they were behind and training new staff, crazy growth.
Looks like the IRS will get hit with a monumental wave of people trying to comply with their crypto gains/activity from 2017, will be interesting to see how it pans out.

It just baffles my mind everytime i get on the thread that people are still in here defending bitconnect as if its a safe, secure and a wise investment.

WOW promising coin with 3 page whitepaper.  Why people are so much interested in master node coins without knowing that these coins are not doing anything different. The project is only months old and there is alot going on behind the scenes, do more research and check out the core dev team first before you just skim a whitepaper and then write the project off as "not anything different". Also of course these projects wont seem very unique when they are so young, Dash was once Darkcoin and at the time wasnt so different then the rest of the market, just a new mining algorithm, now its huge and and a game changer. What do you see unique and promising in MAG to stand out from the crowd? Go on to their website and look at the most recent blog post, the main developer lays out the status of the magnetwork. only a couple months old and.. -strong masternode community -listed on exchanges with more comming -24/7 live support through slack or discord -transparent developer team with experience (if you connect the dots here you can verify for yourself) If you get into their whitepaper and roadmap you will see that they have a vision for investing in renewable energy. It has a solid foundation for the future, of course i cant guarantee it will go way up in 2 years but i would say this is a good start. |

1 million DEX coins, it was originally issued back in 2014 on NXT AE, was migrated over recently to KMD ecosystem.
As $1 million USD worth of revshare is accumulated, I will do another batch.
Since DEX is not on any central exchange, it would be quite difficult to have them and not collect the revshare that is sent to the same KMD address.

It isnt that much volumes yet, but almost $100,000 per day is not too bad considering it is still in testing. people are starting to use it for real trades. notice that even though we dont force people to use KMD and hold them captive, most of the trading volume is against KMD as it has the most liquidity across the board. Ok so its decentralized exchange and it works off automic swaps right? Lets say that in a month it gets really hott and people are starting to use it more and more, than the volume shoots way up....how does barterdex handle this, is there a threshold were it would slow down and not be able to handle the trade volume? |

I believe they are the main reason why Bitcoin is no longer performing as well as it was. I noticed a significant change in the price action of Bitcoin after they implemented Futures Trading on it. They corrupt everything they touch. And there isn't a thing we can do about it, because they have more money than we do.

Daily % fluctuates and it is not guaranteed if there are any profits. The difference with the banks they do not share anything at the most give you half a percent on savings deposit. Yes I agree with you everyone is wanting masternodes at the moment. I wouldn't expect that trend to stop either, these masternodes are a niche in crypto. They are not so easy to setup and can take a great deal of capital to get going, but once you have them they are amazing passive income generators. Magnet, or any masternode coin for that matter are going to have their own goals/visions for the future. Remember that these coins evolve over time and so much of the growth is dependent on the community and the development. Right now I think the magnetwork is building support from community, miners, masternode oporators and exchanges. To look from the outside in right now and ask whats this coin's plans or what's it going to do is similar to asking a 10 year old what they will be doing in 10 years. I will say that from my research the dev team is focused on renewable energy in the future, we will see where this coins pans out this year. |

Very interesting project will be watching closely, i believe this model could work if they are able to get buyers for peoples personal data. Its already happening now anyways with all of our online activity, why not give back the user a little bit more control?

Technically speaking Ardor is not meant to be a transactional cryptocurrency - Ignis fulfills that role and NXT also did (kinda sad NXT price tanked so much). You can still spend Ardor if anyone is willing to accept it. I am expecting Ardor to remain a low transaction volume currency that will fulfill the job of a "reserve currency" for Ignis and other childchains. Soon enough though you'll be able to sell your Ardor at exchanges. So Ignis is a child chain of ardor, is ardor independent from nxt? Also i dont understand where the nxt developers are going with nxt? The recent dump kind of tells me that people will only buy it when they expect to get an airdrop from whatever next child chain is getting dropped. Where will they go with nxt in the future? I was trying to find any functional assets that still pay dividends but i couldn't find any. |
