981  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTO SCAM? on: January 21, 2024, 05:49:16 PM
Dude I didn't even finished reading the first sentences after seeing the link you have given and that's already sensing me that it was a scam.

Too many newbies fall for such scams. Before you commit into anything or do some deposits, what you have to do is to check the legitimacy of the website first.

This is one of the reason why people think is a scam because of these scams that crumples the rep of it.

Same here.
I am always surprised that this kind of scam still has success! I mean anybody with a working brain could figure this out, you don't need research or even make an account here to get the verification.

And if you need it, a quick 10 second google search would tell you all there is to know because these scams always work the same. Normally you would think that scammers try to find new ways but seems like even this old stuff with thousands of warning about it on the internet still works for some reason.
Most of the victims, don't do their research.

They think that crypto itself is like this and makes everyone rich. While having that thinking for most of the newbies, what the scammers do is take advantage of it.

With such high offers and possible high interest rates, that's making them attracted to it and sadly, this is going to keep on going. As long as there will be newbie victims, they're going to continue to keep on hunting their victims.

984  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin an opportunity like land on: January 21, 2024, 06:13:29 AM
Land's value varies country to country. But if one thing is for sure, land as a source is limited and scarce and for that reason, the price and value appreciates and everyone knows that it is a good investment.

So if you hold BTC, make sure that you will take profit and gonna use it for better. And one of it is allocating it on other investments like real estate or land.

I have bought small piece before from a neighbor for some expansion and looking at its value appreciation yearly, I am more than with the ROI.
985  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why people mostly fail in trading on: January 21, 2024, 04:53:48 AM
Emotions become your best enemy in trading, hence trading with high emotions is always discouraged.
And that is why you have to control yourself as well because if you don't, then you are going to learn it the hard way.

If you like losing money, you will definitely see it if you are careless and emotional type of trader.

Those that listens to advise of other about being careful and taking care of their emotions might skip the suffering of huge losses.

But those who don't then you know it already.
986  Other / Politics & Society / Re: I dont trust world rulers how do we know they have nuclear? on: January 20, 2024, 10:54:47 PM
I really don't belive there are anything like nuclear weapons it could be just big acting and fooling.
You can believe what you want to believe but I guess that will change when a nuke happens or someone is triggered of pressing the red button and some rockets will happen on an instant.

But do you believe that North Korea has it?

That's one each country is careful on how they're going to display their military powers because it's likely that they don't show their full potential through those marches.

It seems like 9Pandas finally found a POS3 ( offlane ) for them by getting Albert "Alberkaaa" Chernoyvanov but personally I didn't hear much about him before so I'm curious to see how he will perform in the next coming games. Also , replacing Miero won't be easy as he made a correct move by going to BetBoom this winter.
I don't know that guy but seems to be a young talent. While they have a new pos 1 too named darklord. With miero, kiyotaka and ramzes' transfer. The team has to do a rebuild.

We'll see on how this team will be on the noise again as they are still lack of one player for their mid position.

Still, they have a solid support tandem, Solo and Antares.

Meanwhile , 9Pandas are having a solid team in CSGO but overall , the entire Russian zone and Eastern europe are back on CS Go stronger than ever.
I haven't followed their journey there but it is good to know, thanks!

Now , back to Dota , you're right. 9pandas had to rebuild almost their entire team but keeping solo was a wise idea ? because we all know he is the inventor of "322" when he bet against his own team a couple of years ago. Great to hear that their new player is actually a talent and has already a reputation in Dota 2 pro scene and I will watch 9pandas as much as I can if they will actually qualify for a major or DreamLeague at least.
He was forgiven already with the 322 that he has started and I think with vast experience from biggest tournaments especially in TI, he's still a good addition as pos 5 to any EEU team. So if he stays with 9Pandas, he's likely the captain of it with the new roster.

IMHO, this is what the teams should be if they're starting out with a new roster. I remember when kiyotaka and miero are unknown to the scene but they've molded it.

No one is talking about the Dota 2/Valve's massive ban wave for the smurf accounts including the pro players. This is honestly a satisfying move by Valve with their VAC system.

I don't enjoy the game when there are 2-3 players that seem not to be in the low rank and then it's obvious that they're boosting a player with their party.

So, read all the details about this news and many pro players was included with their smurfs on this massive ban.

--> https://hawk.live/posts/valve-issued-a-mass-ban-of-dota-2-pro-player-accounts-what-happened

Previously pro players were immune to bans and i think this is a great move to show a change in attitude towards no exeptions for smurfing n toxicity
Yeah, they were immune to it because Valve considers them and given them some chance. But this time, it's just best for them to get that VAC and purged all of their smurf accounts.

It's actually destroying the play of other players that are trying to grind on the pubs while them, they are easily going up to the ranks with the smurf that they have.

They're pro and they should understand that.
989  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Denying yourself comfortability in other to buy Bitcoin on: January 20, 2024, 09:25:57 PM
I mostly apply delayed gratification with my investments and instead of using it for those recreational or wants that I wanna have, that's how it goes for investing and allots some money from a portion of my income.

But that doesn't mean that I need to sacrifice comfortability. When you invest and you're waiving your comfortable living, it's not comfortable to invest like that.

You can lessen your investment and keep going with your living but as they say, you do you.

I am honestly not sure how well 9Pandas will do from here on. Never really expected much from them but they pleasantly surprised everyone last season. Should be interesting to see how they do this season and their road to TI. EEU isn't really stacked, tbh(other than Team Spirit). So, they have a decent chance to qualify again.
I still have to wait and see on how this roster will go on. There will always be the ups and downs of a certain team and also in a particular region.

On the upcoming BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024, it's nice to see that Team Spirit is going to be seen play again and since you've mentioned them, I hope that they don't get rusty this time because it's quite a long vacation for them.

As for the 9Panda's, I still consider them as one of the strong teams with their name but let's see with their completed roster if it's still gonna be the same.
991  Other / Off-topic / Re: when I stop paying taxes, our friendship fall apart on: January 20, 2024, 01:24:58 PM
That's how the world works. If someone can't get anything from you, you're just going to get ignored and that's why we keep on hustling.

With that, you'll have more friends, more relatives and the government likes you more because you're paying taxes.

It's simple, right? When you have money, you've got everything. But when you've got no money and nothing, you get nothing.

993  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your gambling life could affect your relatives lifes. on: January 20, 2024, 12:24:28 PM
Even not in gambling, when you're already out of money and you still trying to ask for loan without having the guarantee to pay for it. Your relatives are going to run away from you and will flee.

So, while we discuss about these people. We have to make sure that it won't happen to us and we're still in control as we gamble because if not.

You'll be the next in line that's going to be part of other people's discussion and we don't want that to happen so, gamble responsibly at all times.

GTA 6 trailer now is the second most watched video game trailer ever. It was first published December 4, 2023 now has more then 168 Million views.
That's so fast and a lot considering that it was just published a month ago. Heck, we're quickly leaving this month soon and times so fast.

But it is still not even half way there to the number 1 most watched trailer called Subway Surfers. https://www.ign.com/articles/gta-6-surpasses-minecraft-to-become-second-most-watched-video-game-trailer-surprising-number-1-still-out-of-reach
It's been so long with the subway surfers.

I've played that game like more than a decade ago, right? Going to GTA 6, it's going to a longer time until we see the actual game plays because of the release takes time.
995  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto gambling and religious restrictions on: January 20, 2024, 11:17:13 AM
Based on my understanding it is undoubtedly that gambling is haram on their beliefs and we should respect that belief. I am not a Muslim guy but I haven't heard here in our locality wherein they were involved in gambling activities or even online I didn't see one so far. With crypto gambling we really have no idea what religions are involved on there but it is their own decision and risk to do such activities.
I guess that we will see that some or just a little number of them that does it for their own satisfaction. Not judging with any of them but in every religion, there's like the black sheeps that are in that form.

It's a small herd and that's why the respect must be there for the majority because in every religion, the number are just few to those that are not dedicated in following their laws.

Gambling is haram, but people still gamble because they don't see it as haram.
I am confused, they knew it that it is haram but they gamble because they don't see it as a haram. I think these are the people that I am talking about as the blacksheeps.
996  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buyin btc on: January 20, 2024, 10:39:45 AM
That's me.  Cool

Joke.

Whenever there are huge buyins or transfers, there's always some people that tracks them out and I think that even it's sort of defeating a bit of its purpose, still you'll never know who's behind of it.

100 bitcoins, thousands of Bitcoins. An individual doing it? Most likely related to the companies from the Bitcoin spot etf brokers.
997  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Advice when you are going a bit far in gaming and betting on: January 20, 2024, 09:27:22 AM
What we must Aways consider is that every time we make a Withdrawal we have to do everything so that we can have the best experience, not risk anything After we win, because if we risk it we have to assume that we can lose everything and more, and that It is what should always be avoided.
It's fine to take risk again after your withdrawal. But to enjoy that gambling experience for the second time around is to make sure that money is already out of your capital and is a part of your profit.

So, whatever happens to that remaining money that you've left as you gamble again isn't going to take serious hit on your bankroll and also with your profit.

But what matters if you take a risk, make sure that you can bring yourself with that and you're not going to regret actions and decisions you've concluded.
998  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is your plan with Bitcoin? on: January 20, 2024, 08:52:06 AM
Everyone has the same plan and goal and eager to wait until Bitcoin reaches a million dollar. $500k is already a dream come true and could retire a lot of people already.

But are you sure that you're going to retire after that? I don't think so, money that you've profited from Bitcoin will not be moving anymore but then is subject to inflation and that's why it could be another start of a new journey in finance.

Most of us will still continue in investing despite retired already on their words but IMO, it gets boring when you have nothing to do.
999  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2024 is lonely year, after marriage become even more lonely on: January 20, 2024, 08:23:18 AM
Communication is the key.

Not all that we see on social media are real. That's why I am not impress with people posting their happy moments on their social media accounts.

I don't like it when someone is sad because it seems that the sadness is also shared, well that's just me. Talk to your wife, the people that are you're seeing everyday.

You prolly just need some interaction but as we grow old, I guess that being alone is one matter to accept.
1000  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the Choice of Investors on: January 20, 2024, 07:53:27 AM
Now that there's Bitcoin Spot ETF, those that have eyeing for the Gold ETF then have another choice if they want to dive in with Bitcoin Spot ETF.

While there are various choices for most investors on every market. Obviously here, we're for Bitcoin and we like holding that because it is what we're used to hold and take on its highly volatile market.

If you want to invest in crypto currency then definitely put no bitcoin in your holding because bitcoin is the best coin of crypto currency and even the safest investment if you can keep holding for long time because one time you will see the price of bitcoin go high maybe you will regret.  Maybe that's why you're not holding bitcoin.
Put no Bitcoin? I think that you've mistyped that mate.  Grin

But definitely, Bitcoin is the best crypto of all.
