Hello everybody

i have some questions i hope someone can help

1- Is wallet have to do something with transaction speed? i have a trust wallet ( but in another topic that i open, someone says that I can pick a high fee to make it fast but there isn't )

2 - is their BTC staking? i saw some website offering that but mostly are scam so i prefer someone from here tell me

3 - what is the best wallet for Bitcoin

i hope you find this topic useful and gain some knowledge from the experts here
1. AFAIK, most wallets have a way to adjust the fees so if a wallet doesn't allow to adjust the fee then that will affect the speed of your transaction. We don't want our txs to get stuck so use wallets that allows you to adjust fees.

2. Don't get into it, you knew it that they're likely a scam. Bitcoin is a POW and not a POS.

3. Electrum if you don't have an hardware wallet.
1762  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Dgfinex. Scam exchange. Ask you to send 50% of deposit value to withdraw. Avoid on: August 01, 2023, 10:58:39 AM
Withdraw, you must deposit 50% of your first deposit to withdraw money.
This is the key.

An exchange that requires you a deposit for you to withdraw is already fishy. This is the typical scam that we get from those airdrops, bounties and any other of the same.

I don't understand an exchange that will require me this as it's already a red flag and as much as I'm not able to deposit, I'm clean and safe from them.

Good thing if any of these exchanges will have this mention at their introductory message to their users. With that, one can figure it our easily that they're likely a scam.

Do you see guys what I am seeing right now? Talon is on the lead and destroyed all of the barracks of GG (mega creeps).

9-29 in favor of Talon for the kill/death. The game hasn't ended yet but the lead is on the Talon on this game 3.

For the very first time, there's going to be an elimination for the GG and they're going to be out of the tournament if ever they will lose against Talon.

Edit: Oh, they called it GG. WP for Talon!

Talon is just the better team on that game 3. They chained their skills perfectly that even naturally elusive heroes like Storm and Morphling didn't stand a chance. Dark Seer and CW just destroyed the safelane pretty heavily, and 23 savage with Oli also decimated the top lane with their aggressive laning phase.

Even if GG is out, that's still a huge money to be had.
Well, less than a day has passed and then Talon is out and outplayed by Team Liquid. I thought that they'll even make the match so close and on how they've made their first matches when zai snatched the game with his brood.

But not a while ago, Talon looked like kids that Team Liquid has played with and proved that if Talon was the better team on their game 3 against GG.

Well, Team Liquid was the better team and proved that they've beat them outrightly. Currently the finals is on game 2, I'm just amazed on how zai plays.

The game 1 of this grand finals he played naga siren as an offlane which is unusual because it's usually a position 1 hero but then, he's quick on farming with it and able to have a lot of items less than 30 minutes.

And you know what? again on game 2, he's playing with the same hero and if we're going to name zai an alias, it means consistency. Yes, he's again having those items and very consistent with his 2nd naga siren play.

We have a incredible DOTA today in Riyadh Masters. I think I have seen the best matches in this tournament today.
I agree the quality of games is almost at TI level. The remaining teams are playing their hearts out and won't back down until the ancient goes down.
I can't agree more, the games that have been on Riyadh Masters are top notch and for sure next year, the teams are going to be giving more time on this tournament prior to TI.

Gaimin Gladiators are still breathing and surviving. The last hope of the many about them being beaten by BetBoom is all gone because they've won against them for today's last match.

Gaimin Gladiators are playing dota at a high level as usual, while watching the interview of Quinn by Tsunami. Bro, he's hyped while asking Quinn because he knows that their situation ain't new that going through the lower bracket isn't a thing for them.
1766  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: July 27, 2023, 06:50:45 PM
They knew already brood capability on quick destroying their barracks since Zai is the one who clean their base with split pushes. They become over confident with their win on the clash and even Liquid didn’t knows exactly that Zai can make it.
On top of that, Talon used their fortification for the team fight leaving the base exposed and it all came down to the TP cancels that came in clutch from the supporting side of Team Liquid.

This tournament keeps on giving with these unpredictable series and the networth leads don't matter as much when it all goes down to who has the better draft and execution in the late game.
That was a hype and intense base race and I think that I saw that fortification on Gorgc's stream that some comments of viewers did since the camera where I have watched on stream didn't focused on that mistake.

I think it was jabz that pressed it when he's typing something. Props to Boxi and insania for stopping, prolonging and cancelling the tp's of Talon.

23savage celebrated too early, a lesson learnde from him.
1767  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io| 💸Buy-Sell BFG on BetFury | 🔥Fury Pharaoh - New In-house Slot on: July 27, 2023, 05:00:14 PM
Right, it requires patience and if you do think that there's big thing that's about to come from it then you have to hold and believe on it. Who knows if BFG is going to have that better move when the alt season comes.

But it's also possible that it won't happen, we do know how altcoin moves and it's no longer a surprise whichever happens to it. The good thing with it is that you'll be able to stake but if you'll look at it in the trading perspective, you'll be disappointed.
Since the crash of the cryptocurrencies market in 2022 most of the casino tokens and coins have not recovered since then, and I think this has had an overdue impact on many casino tokens and not only BFG token that is currently struggling to regain its value or nearly come out of their crashed state we also have some of the other casino tokens that are also struggling in the same vain such as owl coin and Roobit also that it coins once had a great start in the market some time ago when their first launched into the market.
You're right with that because as you've mentioned, I see some other casino tokens that have been surviving and still clicking up to this moment. But that's a very rare moment since many of them didn't really survived.

What I think can be the solution to this problem of price recovery or increase in the demand for those coins is for the casino to create more ways for the coin adoption and be used as liquidity for the casino and creating a good ecosystem for their native tokens.
They have to do something really if they want their token to survive. The liquidity that it has got should come from them and make it more demandable based on the feature that they offer for the holders of it.

~snip~
I've got BFG before but I wasn't able to hold that for very long and that's why I have sold because I have to take some cash and needed it personally.
It is okay to sell it right away if you need some cash because you know your needs.
Yes, and that's what I did and that's a common rule if you own a few alts whether it's BFG or some other.

good one, made it from 2k to 20k
Wow, I am about to believe everything.

Make yourselves rich so that you don't have the need to ask anyone to join these groups and just be quiet with all of your progress. Sorry, but no one is going to believe with these schemes anymore.

There could be a legit group that's really making a lot of money but doesn't need to broadcast to the public what they're up to. Mostly, those good traders are silent and boasting their profits only to themselves.
1769  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency to be used as an investment asset on: July 26, 2023, 11:14:04 PM
Having a limited supply makes it scarce and it even more scarce because of the halving. Putting up the numbers and calculating the input that it has got for those factors make it a great value as an investment.

Even if satoshi firstly implemented it as an alternative payment for fiat, change is really constant and that's seen on Bitcoin as everyone is treating it mostly now as an asset.

Maybe satoshi anticipated that knowing that it has got a limited supply or probably not. Not a problem if someone is diversifying a lot with their assets through many altcoins but the mistake they're doing is that, they're setting for less and not putting BTC as their priority pick.
1770  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io| 💸Buy-Sell BFG on BetFury | 🔥Fury Pharaoh - New In-house Slot on: July 26, 2023, 09:00:57 PM
Everyone has a choice, whether to sell their bfg tokens or keep them and risk them while waiting for the price of the bfg tokens to rise again. And the current situation is very difficult for these tokens, let alone altcoins, to go up because the bitcoin price also doesn't experience a significant increase and instead tends to decrease again.
I've got BFG before but I wasn't able to hold that for very long and that's why I have sold because I have to take some cash and needed it personally.

Holding these tokens requires immense patience as we don't know how they will develop. But if the casino can maintain its good reputation, it will only be a matter of time for its tokens to be able to increase again when the altcoin season comes. And staking the tokens to get more returns is also possible in this waiting period.

I am Seeing Bitcoin Market is Not good Its Correction every Time
Don't you panic whenever you see the market isn't good as what you're trying to look at. That's always the case for Bitcoin. Because it is inevitable that the price will go down at most times but the recovery is a lot to see.

Wait until the bull run and don't you forget to take profits when it comes. There is no need for Bitcoin to get promoted just for the sake of higher price. But kudos to those people that are doing it voluntarily without anything in return.

It can Hit $25000  ?
Possible to become a support.
1772  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: For newbies and plebs who want to self-study to become "traders" on: July 25, 2023, 10:04:04 PM
That's actually the truth.

Only a few from these influencers are real traders and doing their thing. They only show their wins and not their losses. But the majority of them are salesman and they're good at it honestly.

Because they're able to make attractive videos telling about how good their programs are and how many they're teaching currently. You'll be enticed with it but as said, it's always best to just HODL your Bitcoins.
1773  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Other Things You Can Bet on Aside Sports and Casino Games on: July 25, 2023, 01:18:31 PM
I remember that there's this bookie before that you can bet with all of these odd things that they list on their books. AFAIK, they're no longer in operation long time ago but that's really a fun way to gamble aside from doing sports.

Well, if you're a gambler, you can bet on anything you can think of. I have even read like a kids game that it's like a gamble on what's going to be the next commercial on TV. Those odd stuff truly are possible to bet with.

There's also this movie of Eddie Murphy IIRC where he has made a bet with a gambling pro to choose any number that he wants and he'll just guess it on that football game.
1774  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Looking for VC's / Investors on: July 25, 2023, 10:26:22 AM
Hi launched my project, looking for funding, found on the forum. The amount required was small, the investor gave 17.000$.
You're good if you managed to get an investor that have trusted your project with his/her $17k.

If you need a large amount of funding you will not find on the forum.
That's right because many of us here don't trust easily with the projects that are being launched. Also, many are aware of how these projects become a scam scheme that are trying to hide in the form of a crowdfunding.

Anyway, there are specific groups and websites for these funding especially if you're in the tech sector. You have to present what you're up to and be good in the proposal with those angel investors.
1775  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Every Bitcoin holder Should Take a Cybersecurity course on: July 25, 2023, 08:49:26 AM
I agree but I think that it's already in the roots whenever someone gets into Bitcoin. It's like an actual requirement to understand what you're doing and how to protect yourself from the culprits and how you're going to protect your wallet.

This is giving us the urge and forcing us to understand this concept of protection in knowing how-to get into Bitcoin.

So, you basically gain profits and at the same time you are also gaining knowledge about these matters pertaining to cybersecurity like phishing, and other online scams that you must be aware of.
1776  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Please help me avoid yet another scam. on: July 24, 2023, 08:20:02 PM
That user could come again in another username and we'll never know that. But if he's with the same tactic and scheme, we'll still see these offers and gonna give us an idea that it's still him.

Thanks to your concern and keep on doing this and busting the same and other types of scams that you might encounter. We all want to have a clean community but despite doing that, they also keep on coming.

And that's why we need to inform each other about their tactics, so if you see one, don't hesitate to post them again.
1777  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you consider moving abroad? on: July 24, 2023, 06:41:31 PM
I am starting to read and watch videos that are related to migration. But it seems that those countries that I like to move have a lot of stories which is normal to think of. I've seen people telling their stories, the good and the bad ones.

The bad ones are discouraging me and there are people that have migrated and moved in abroad for good telling that, if you're already living a good life in your native country then much better to say.

And that's why until now, I'm torn on thinking about it and currently I am having a decent life and can live accordingly to my lifestyle but of course only below my means.
1778  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: July 24, 2023, 04:44:32 PM
The NBA's board of governors approved the sale of the Charlotte Hornets to a group led by Rick Schnall and Gabe Plotkin.
Michael Jordan sold the Charlotte Hornets for approximately $3 Billion. He bought it for $275 Million in 2010.
Yup.

This was a news already a month or two ago but then that's official now if the boards have finally approved the sale of it. IIRC, it's not an entire sale and turnover because AFAIK MJ will still be left and have a small portion of it.

Anyway, this is one of the best investment that a person can ever have but it's on MJ. One of the GOAT and now turned into an entrepreneur and businessman, this is one of his greatest wins that none other NBA players haven't reached yet.
Great move by MJ; he was able to make a lot of money from his investment, and I'm sure he will not go poor with the fortune he has amassed. This is the kind of player who should be a good role model. After basketball, he focused on investment and used his finances to grow it even more. There might be some big changes now, and I hope the Charlotte Hornets will be able to become a playoff team.
He's been a billionaire and this added more to his wealth. We know that it's gonna take a lot of time if he spends that carelessly to become poor again. But I don't think that he'll ever do that and people like him who's wise in handling their money and finances won't become poor again.

It's not just all about his basketball IQ but also his IQ in money management. I agree that everyone in the league should follow him and set him as an example.

And talking about the entire team of Hornets, we'll see how the new owner of it will adjust on this. I am sure that he wants to get a title as well.
1779  Economy / Economics / Re: Pool strategy of investment for wealth multiplication. on: July 24, 2023, 01:10:01 PM
This may work for some especially for a family and blood related people but this mostly won't work for everyone. I have seen that these types of relationship don't last if it's about finance related matters.

The fight between each other is always startled based on what each person that is involved with this pool funding of assets and investments. There's always the disagreement that happens for each one of them thinks that they're better than the others.

From there, the argument grows until they won't work again together. So for those that are able to work this well, that's good until it lasts.
