The title mentions MtGox insolvency, but they never mention MtGox being insolvent in the article.

No it's not actually. When you attempt to do a withdrawal a message comes up that says "Withdrawal Queue not currently accepting withdrawals" or something like that. A few days it didn't do that.
That is new.
