It looks like someone might be splitting a wall 50/50 Bitfinex and Bitstamp.  Same thing for the 530 wall.

The orderbooks are partially shared AFAIK.

CHINA DUMP!! PANIC!!

Really though, sell..
1423  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 23, 2014, 01:27:08 AM
oh look a wall!

Dummies should have bought it while it was at $530 Wink
1424  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 23, 2014, 12:43:40 AM
So, does anyone know who decided to buy: China, or the West?

it must have been China, we would be at 50$ without anyway  Roll Eyes

I think its china.  Fiatleak is going apeshit.  Its been like 23 min and already 4100+ and counting is moving on there.  (I know fiatleak is mainly bs since no fees so can look a certain way)

usually its 500-1200 per hour (on an average day)

No, fiatleak is BS because its just trade volume (right?)

Wall pulled people, quit getting so excited.
Huobi is totally lagging behind here haha
1426  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 23, 2014, 12:13:58 AM
Wall pulled!

Looks like people are regretting not buying in to it already..
1427  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 22, 2014, 11:59:25 PM

 Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Certainly a few are getting twitchy, but nothing huge yet... I feel like this is a critical moment :OO
1428  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 22, 2014, 10:06:15 PM
Huobi seems to be the only market with a surplus of money... hopefully they have enough to keep this rally going.
1429  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 22, 2014, 02:52:25 AM

1430  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 21, 2014, 06:25:55 PM
I sure hope the next jump is coming soon; looks like it could be in the next hour or so
1431  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 21, 2014, 04:40:32 AM
this time, it's launching from 450

my question to you is, when are you selling?

I have a resolution of not selling any below 2000.

I think that's an easy one to keep because the sell zone in the exponential trendline starts at earliest +0.4 points and we are there earliest mid-July at 4700. If it postpones till August or longer, it also goes higher.

I aim to sell at the top only, probably starting at 3000 and when it feels toppy. Apr-2013 my selling plan had just started the day before collapse. Nov-2013 I was too early (675) but managed to sell in bulk. It is hard to know the shape of the bubble top.

The ambitious plan is to buy back the same number of coins in the following crash, and use the proceeds to finish the castle repairs and miscellaneous expenses.

$675?? Too early? That was an excellent point to start selling. Lets be real, a bad point would be $125 Smiley

Hmm, appears to be a 130~ mini-wall at 498 Stamp trying to push this thing up. I wonder if anyone will follow this time. volume really died down! I am not so sure about that trip to the moon just yet

it will probably market order in to the $500 "wall"

edit: nvm it got sold in to xD
1433  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 21, 2014, 02:31:14 AM
It must be time, all the usual trolls out on the prowl. TTM & CCMFs.

I know this is repost, I don't care either.

That's a cool ass image.

Yeah it is- reminds me of this for some reason: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BQ9YtJC-Kd8

1435  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 20, 2014, 10:31:26 PM

This could explain the unusual 3-7$ spread that i noticed during the trades in the last hours.

See my edit. The stats are not accurate.

http://coinorama.net/

PRE RALLY / PEAK RALLY / POST RALLY
BID SUM: 11.4m / 10.0m / 10.9m
ASK SUM: 18.9k / 14.1k /  16.6k
1436  Economy / Speculation / Re: 20/05/2014 Price movement from $445-463 on: May 20, 2014, 04:47:21 AM
Looks like a Market manipulation.. It's back to 456 now.

Market manipulation.. by.. who?? Benefiting... who??

A dip after a rise is totally normal, whether or not the price continues to rise or falls down later.
1437  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 20, 2014, 03:46:18 AM
Did it died?!
1438  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 20, 2014, 02:58:55 AM
Are you guys seeing this? What the hell is going on?
Volume, brotha! PRECIOUS VOLUME!!

1439  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 20, 2014, 02:56:38 AM
After further research, nothing is backing up this pump. I think it's a small artificial "correction" to keep up with the slow uptrend

This is one of the strongest rallies so far (versus the bunches of them weve seen these past months that move up a few dollars only to drop even more in a few hours/the following day)

Good volume, nice bid support showing up quite rapidly. I think this might go $475 at the minimum
1440  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 16, 2014, 08:08:43 PM
What happened to the order book at stamp? Only 4k btc until $400

I see ~10k

This is what mine looks like, maybe it's a bug?

Of course that's a bug. No bids at all in that flat area? Cmon
