The nice thing about watching China is the price constantly updates. Lots of action.

On the US markets its slower but the volume is real.

Bounce has been suppressed. Get ready for round 2.

963  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 16, 2014, 02:13:06 AM
surprisingly strong rebound from Huobi, hitting higher prices than before the sell off.

OKCoin equally impressive rebound.

EDIT: NVM, big dump on OKCoin happening now. LOL
964  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 16, 2014, 01:51:54 AM

You don't need to use a log chart. Simply view the standard price chart

http://bitcoincharts.com/charts/mtgoxUSD#rg60zvztgSzm1g10zm2g25 > set axis to 6-months

Now, you simply apply a Milton-Keynesian correction transform to the market data, like so:

Using this metric it is clear the value of bitcoin has stabilised on the horizontal. BUY BUY BUY

OMG what LOL
966  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 16, 2014, 12:35:13 AM
wow cheap coins...get some while you can

The dumps are relentless. Bidsum on Bitstamp taking a hammering. BFX still... doing its thing.

970  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 14, 2014, 10:46:45 PM

What is that?
971  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 13, 2014, 06:01:39 PM

Price on stamp poised. Ask walls melted upwards.

What does "melted upwards" mean?
972  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is Value of 1 BTC in end of Year ? on: September 13, 2014, 04:15:53 AM
$415

$50-100

CHEATER!

"$300-$600"
973  Economy / Speculation / Re: [BIC] Technical Analysis - Bitcoin Investiment Club on: September 13, 2014, 04:15:07 AM
We are into a long donwtrend, we can hit 400 soon.

Nope.

lol.

P1 "Hey OP, where do you think the price is going?"

OP "My analysis leads me to believe $400"

P2: "No."

who the hell took the first bite, such brave

I'd be more apt to call them stupid.
975  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 13, 2014, 12:19:52 AM
Where is the 480 wall?

Now the depths are almost normal again, with red one being just a little more deep.

Aren't we supposed to have fun now? Where is the fun?

I am having fun watching that wall on Bitfinex being eaten right now.   Grin

976  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 12, 2014, 11:59:05 PM
inching closer and closer to that massive wall

I think these super walls are bullish aren't they?  Is it a last ditch effort to try to get cheap coins?

If only someone would just buy them all at once.  That would be so much fun to see!  Grin

Mhm, cuz if you need to buy another 1,000 coins, it isnt logical to just market order them with $5 slippage. Instead, risk most of your portfolio to make an ask that may or may not cause panic and reduce the price to a level where you may or may not be able to acquire a significant amont of coins for a small discount. Thats 100% the most likely explanation.

I mean seriously, when you are this confident the market is going to blow... what are 200% gains when you could have 204% gains?
977  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 12, 2014, 10:53:08 PM
people with one coin will soon enough be consider a whale.. ^^

then what will the current whales be considered? Moons?

well, theoretically, they would reach their cashing-out bearing point and hence be a bit more diluted (except for the large corps/funds/etc that will emerge) before we are all whales. Cheesy

Sometimes I wish I fell into a coma for 5-10 years, only to awake, with all my Bitcoins still there and accessible and then finding out that the price is at $60000... This would be so freaking awesome. Then again, it will be difficult dealing with all that lost time... But... $60000!!!!!!!

Just travel at relativistic speed for about a year or two, then come back to earth and around 10 years will have passed. Not so bad!
978  Economy / Speculation / Re: DON'T be mislead by wrong forecasts! Recovery to $850 imminent! on: September 12, 2014, 03:24:38 PM
I like how you obliterated the trend line in order to make it look reasonable.

979  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 12, 2014, 12:51:09 PM
Something is going to happen soon, Huobi got a 1k+ bid support, which is very unusual to see such walls close up the order book. bitfinex has the 3k+ sell wall, so there's certainly going to be some action soon, question is which direction does it go?

Which way have we been trending?  Cool
980  Economy / Speculation / Re: Automated posting on: September 11, 2014, 08:03:10 PM

lol, now everyone is confused again.

Still, 2.5k coins still remain just to reach the 24hour high on bitstamp. Thats pretty bad.
