ok let me explain. if you have 50 member accounts and post 50 posts with each you get 50 signature stakes we all know signature bounties are worth a lot of money. I can't even participate cause i'm newbie and these guys can do it with many accounts lol totally unfair this wont end well Well to be fair, each member account is helping out with the promotion of Waves so it is right to pay each account as they participate. One can argue whether newbies should participate, but the Waves team has set a bar for member accounts. This is not anything unusual for signature campaigns, many only allow Legendary/Hero members. It's up to the campaign manager who he would like to promote the project, site etc. I sympathize with you that 50 accounts for some guy only posting crappy posts would have a large stake in the campaign, but the devs can't be babysitting every account looking for IP-matches on btctalk. Better luck participating in the next campaigns, maybe buy someones account with a member rank, or save you money and buy Waves in the ICO instead.

Looking great! Will there be a dark theme as well when launched?

Thanks! I'll have a look later, thank you for bringing this to everyone's attention! OK quoting myself, but I think everyone who has not yet seen these clips should do so as to get a quick understanding about the strengths and weaknesses of Waves. Thanks again for sharing, Mr Its About Sharing!

Not so IT, but in case someone wants to buy some DASH given the prices, and in order to do that you need BTC, I think that https://www.247exchange.com deserves a big UP Not only the service is good and the price reasonable (especially if you buy a decent amount), the other day I made an order and they didn't realize that they received the payment some hours earlier. In the meantime the BTC/€ went up so I received 0.5 BTC less. I just sent them an email, they acknowledged the mistake and sent me the difference. Very professional I have not thoroughly checked their site, but are you saying that this is not an automated exchange? I am curious as how could a deposit be missed, that sounds like a manual procedure rather than the platform crediting your account? Anyway glad it got sorted out!

This thread is becoming trash with useless trolls.
Important announcements are being missed now and then. I suggest Max to create a self moderated thread soon.
Usually lots of FUD is a good sign that something exciting is coming along (haters got to hate). But with the recent launch delay I guess that there are many frustrated users who need to ventilate their anger and disappointment as well. Watching the Lisk blog helps clear the uncertainty

Perfect use case for Dash and crypto: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-35999549Colorado has legalized cannabis for recreational use, however, banks are closing accounts of people who use their debit/credit cards to purchase such goods. This has rendered the industry mostly cash based, which comes with its own set of problems when it comes to handling such large amounts. Get a few Dash ATMs over there and get merchants set up to transact in Dash and its a clear winner Walter I'm kind of surprised that Dash isn't being promoted harder in terms of the legal cannabis shops opening up all over the US. Not that buyers have to hide what they are purchasing, but if the banks and creditors are blocking payments out of fear of negative publicity, the shops could have a nice boost in sales by putting up a Lamassu BTM machine next to the shop. It seems like a good opportunity although I have no idea about the costs involved.

Thanks for the comparison table fuze0000, nice to have a quick overview between the two platforms.
Personally I think it's safe to assume that the price of Lisk will decrease right after launch, many will look into cashing out. But with a dump comes cheaper Lisk, so the stronger hands can pick up the cheap tokens and hold them for a period of time for a nice profit to be made. Will each Lisk reach $10+? well it's definitely not impossible, but not straight out of launch. Give it some time and if Lisk gets picked up by Polo, Bittrex, Kraken then that opens the doors for some volume and a nice value appreciation.

The dev wants to make as much money as he can, I get that. But 50 days is too much. Everyone who wanted to participate in the ICO allready did. The total amount raised isn't growing at all.
I think dev should consider releasing earlier to avoid losing attention...
New people are joining every day so the time window is probably OK. I get it that everyone and their ponies want their Waves right now, but let the devs get things up and running first and we can all look forward to a good launch. Would you rather that the devs release something that isn't finished and have a bunch of hard forks all over the place? Soon the opportunity for a 10% bonus will end, so we might see an increase of buying in before 1st of May, as well as an increase in funding just before the end of the ICO.

Nice looking gui for the client. User friendly for most people to get started using the Waves platform. Thumbs up!

Interesting talk about sentinels, mixing and masternode voting. Thanks for sharing Fernando! Lots of good stuff and a good listening for everyone involved in Dash one way or another.

Interesting indeed! I wouldn't have guessed that Andreas Antonopoulos had spent such a long time with Ethereum, but on the other hand, he needs to be up to date with all things in the crypto world. Thanks for sharing! heres another from the same day... Andreas on ETH around 3min in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w-V_5EWyU5c Thanks man, I guess we will see if the happy times with Ethereum continue but Antonopoulos had an interesting point in that politics will catch up sooner or later, just as with BTC. Cheers!

Rather a later launch than a total disaster if the network had collapsed. Glad the devs caught the network limitation and are addressing the problems. I guess we will have to be patient and hold out another month, more time for testing and verification.

when will we be able to confirm our Early supporters bounties, twitter, facebook ect... ?
You will have to wait for the ICO to end first and after that payouts will be made to those that have fulfilled the campaign requirements, post counts etc. there is a google doc showing the status for the signature campaign but I don't know about Twitter Facebag and the like as I'm not a part of them.

how is "scam" being defined, because every ICO is a scam until it is a success?
Well, depending on your point of view, a scam can be very successful - just not for the "investors" People are however throwing around general scam accusations left and right for all kind of reasons. Basically everyone needs to be skeptical and do their due diligence by looking into what the ICO offers and who are the people behind the project. Unfortunately there are far too many scams in the crypto business.

I read a few pages back about opening a (gui) client and being able to vote for delegates. Checking the lisk.io page I see that the clients are not available yet. Is the voting done via a web client instead, or could someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks!
Try https://login.lisk.io/Great! Thanks djselery and souljah1h i found what I was looking for. Cheers!
