I very highly doubt that the forum will last long enough for someone to gain 1,000,000 posts. Even if someone posted 20 posts per day every day without fail, it would take them over 136 years to get to 1,000,000.
Of course it would also be case by case. If the user made 1,000,000 useful posts they would of course not be banned. If the user tried to make 1,000,000 spam posts they would likely be banned after the first thouand or so.

I've ran GPT sites since early 2014, and have helped a lot of people with their services and with any code problems they may be having. I would expect for them to count in Archival due to them being still view able by a user. AFAIK posts in trash are essentially removed from a user's post count, so they wouldn't count regardless.

No. Activity goes up by the amount you post in each 2 week interval, with a max of 14. Where you post makes no difference.
