Supercoin in mid 2ks, will be in teens within a couple days then to hundreds. Sorry bagholders, should have sold in the 7ks. Next time put a little thought into what the developer is offering - hell he even admitted his system doesn't stop cheats, can't get more clear than that.

Reply to my last comment made on you.

Sad stuff that you have your account with the only purpose of spreading fud on coins.

Your life is pathetic.

I did reply to your comment, you're just too fucking stupid to understand it.

150k sats wow, I know this coin is rare and hard to mine but that seems expensive for the first day

You idiot Supercoin bagholders.
This has nothing to do with the 150m max coins. Since there are way too many people too stupid to understand the dangers of a centralized trust based anon system, Busoni feels the need to step in and do something about it. Holy shit, this community holds some of the dumbest bastards on earth.

fucktard.

can you tell us which saint coin you are holding?

So original, wonder where you got that name from?

A centralized trust based anon system contradicts the whole point of bitcoin and cryptos. It is the blockchain and not people that ensure transactions. It is this that makes it what it is, safe from human greed.
I'm just blown away by how blind, deaf and dumb people here are. To miss that just tells me what I already knew, just a bunch of assholes trying to profit fiat off others. They could care less about what's happening here, all they see is fiat in their eyes.
Just go to a casino or play poker since you see nothing else here.

This thread is about discrimination of coins due to max coin code as stated in first post. Go make another thread, you're talking about other bullshit wtf... Who's dumb again ?

Either you are too fucking stupid to see what's really going on or you are a Supercoin bagholder trying to keep the coins value up.
Either way, you are a waste of space.

Watching your comment history, all you do is spread fud on every coin you deem a "shitcoin". Even if 99% of the coins are trash, you seriously waste your time and life to spread negativity on an online forum?

How pathetic.

This whole scene has turned into scam city. Coins like Smartcoin have become so blatant as to be absurd, yet people will still pump them in the hopes of dumping on those too late. Instead of trying to profit on these ripoffs I try to point truths out.
Unfortunately this scene has attracted the dregs of the earth. Leeches, vultures, con artists, you name it. It's very sad to see such a great concept turned into a bunch of criminal activity. The harshest critics of bitcoin always point to the fact it is unregulated and not to be trusted. The altcoin scene is proving their case more and more as time goes by.
I believe Busoni is trying to keep crypto on the right course by rejecting coins like Cloak and Supercoin which take away the decentralized aspect of transactions and the safety that the blockchain provides. Humans will always to try to rip off each other, that goes 10 fold for this scene, where ethics and morals are far lower than the gen pop of society. You can believe what you want, I frankly don't give a shit about the opinions of 95% here, as they are usually based upon either greed or stupidity.

Instead of calling out Busoni for not contacting you first, why didn't you give your explanation? Busoni doesn't owe you shit.
It doesn't even matter about the fishy 150m coins as max money, Busoni doesn't like the anon system and for good reason. A centralized trust-based system is an unacceptable way to achieve anonymous transactions. Anyone who doesn't see that is an idiot, the rest are just piling on to the idiots pumping this coin.

wow. where is logic?

You going to shoot out a one liner and duck or tell me where my logic is flawed?

are you fucking illiterate?  following again!
Fucktard. Do you know how to carry a conversation or just one liners having no substance?

wake my friend, all the coins are working for anon system and now you say that poloniex doesn't like this? On what are u investing if now x11 is " cool" ? Are u joking?

He rejected CLOAK for the same reason, he is being fair. As he already explained he recently raised the bar for shitcoins and features that aren't acceptable. A centralized trust based anon system doesn't pass the laugh test because you are depending on a third party to actually transfer the coins that you sent. Enough said, a developer needs to come up with a better solution - stop supporting this ridiculous anon solution.

Poloniex has decided not to list SuperCoin because of some disturbing things we turned up in our code review. I would like to draw your attention to this part of the ANN post:

Quote
- Total PoW coins will be 18.2 millions.
- Total coins (including PoS) will be about 50,000,000.

And these parts of the source code:

Code:
if (dAmount <= 0.0 || dAmount > 150000000.0)

Code:
static const int64_t MAX_MONEY = 150000000 * COIN;
static const int64_t POW_MAX_MONEY = 50000000 * COIN;

MAX_MONEY is pretty much what it sounds like. This means that the actual maximum supply of SuperCoin is 150 million, not 50 million. Furthermore, the maximum PoW coins is 50 million, rather than the claimed 18.2 million. The 150 million number appears twice in the code, so it can hardly be considered an accident.

We did not find evidence of an existing hidden premine, but extra coins could potentially be minted all at once at the end of the PoW phase, sent to exchanges via the "anon" feature, and dumped.

We have other concerns about the coin, particularly concerning the proposed method of anonymity, but the shenanigans with the maximum supply is sufficient for us to reject this coin.

why did not you try to contact me before for explanation

I've found some interesting trends that could indicate a turn into the direction to which BTC is heading
The steady decline is now being replaced by a slow increase. I'll keep an eye on this, when value touch the new trending lines.

Nick.

Man, looking at this chart really makes you wonder if we are in total denial that bitcoin is dying, soon to be a footnote in history. Then again, this could be a repeat of April's top, fall, dead cat bounce, sideways for awhile the BOOM  - looks very similar, no?
1713  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [START] StartCOIN - The digital currency for crowdfunding on: June 15, 2014, 01:12:25 AM
So let me understand, 84m coins, 42m of which is long term scrypt pow, 42m premine 90% of which is set aside for rewards for usage and promotion of coin, that leaves 4.2m coins the developer (Max?) can dump anytime he wants and a few thousand that have already been mined. Current price is 70k sats with a bit over 42m existing coins for your market cap. Hmmm, this is so far out from anything I've seen I don't know what to think.
Someone tell me why this won't be laughed off the exchanges within a month.

Your idea is right, but the math is wrong.  84m coins, 42m POW, 42m premine, 90% of which is ostensibly set aside for blah blah blah bullshit devs say when they premine.  That leaves 42m to dump.

Either way you'd have to have the mental capacity of a turtle (dead, squashed one on the side of the road) to buy this coin.

How about doing something more productive that mining these shit coins like watch tv? at least that doesn't waste near the electricity. Hee Haw reruns would be more productive.

"eventually something will drop that blows everything else out of the water."

Most of these copy/past shtcoins do nothing, occasionally they have a nice pump then die. Choosing which to put money on early is like being blindfolded drawing them out of a bag. Magutu?! Rom?! you have got to be f'g kidding, yet they made some people nice returns, at the expense of later buyers of course.
I'm waiting for the next real deal, a coin that will go up in value huge and stay there. It really sucks having to waste my time sifting through the same shit different name try to shit on your fellow man by getting their first shitcoin. I really wish they would put some kind of controls or raise the price 10x for making a coin.
Let me help anyone who doesn't get it - if you don't get their before major price action on an offers nothing new shitcoin don't buy it! there are exceptions like Supercoin, but that is one out of a thousand shot.

Cool, looking forward to more details.

What does this coin bring to the table that is unique or is worth of value?

Nothing, You and the community who will give it the value or let it die  Smiley

Then why waste your time and ours? fuck i'm tired of scanning through copy/paste shtcoins trying to find one worth buying.

Well that's interesting, I tried to help those poor slobs wasting their time trading BTC/USD in the speculation forum to come where the real money is and the mod kicked me out. Oh well.
1719  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / For those who don't trade altcoins on: June 13, 2014, 02:51:11 PM
Are you nuts?
I discovered btc back in December and played around trading btc for a couple months before discovering altcoins. There are several coins in the last several months that went 100x their price within a week: Aur, MAZA, XC, BC, and most recently Supercoin. In any given week there is usually at least one coin that goes 40x+ and several that go 10x.
Why on earth would someone waste their time trying to time buys and sells with btc to make 10-20% profit?
Yes, it's risky, but let me tell you something - there are a LOT of stupid traders. Anyone who has spent a lot of time with btc and is up in profits with these lousy returns would have a field day.
I am a terrible trader. I have no experience and am self taught mostly by watching and getting dumped on, but I do find it relatively easy to spot new coins that will blow up. I'm up over 10 btc - and that is after accounting for many, many losses during my learning process. Nearly all those gains were made in the last 30 days. Someone with a clue could EASILY be up over 100 btc with the picks I've made in the last 10 days.
Just a thought.
1720  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SUPER] SuperCoin - Testnet Anon Wallet|POS Superblock| Mandatory Upgrade! on: June 13, 2014, 12:06:40 AM
Is there any real explanation for anon feature? Not this sketchy post which explains nothing.

It's a centralized solution. This isn't what the crypto community is wanting or waiting for. The only thing that makes supercoin different are the superblocks. Enjoy the rise folks, but don't expect another 40x price that's for sure.
(damn I am jealous, sure wish I bought in the 100s a few days ago)
