2181  Economy / Speculation / Re: I had another Bitcoin SPECULATION dream. on: February 14, 2014, 06:02:13 PM
The bad news seems to be sorting itself out, but this bear trend started before any of that came to light anyway. If this is anything like the December crash it will be a slow, unrelenting rise to a grand again. That's probably what will happen, and I will sit it out again and history will again repeat itself - I fucked myself out of a beautiful opportunity again. However, I blame myself for not signing up with a real exchange earlier - who the fuck would jump in with one chance to buy followed by a 4 day wait to get your coins? oh yeah, wagerBTC would - very well played, unless the price tanks before next Thursday...
2182  Economy / Speculation / Re: I had another Bitcoin SPECULATION dream. on: February 14, 2014, 05:44:24 PM
I think your dream means you played it safe and missed out on an easy profit. I don't think you needed a dream to tell you that though.
2183  Economy / Speculation / Re: I tried to help... on: February 14, 2014, 04:15:05 PM
Steve = one time super lucky troll = ignored.
2184  Economy / Speculation / Re: We have cheap coins now... so stop complaining!!! on: February 14, 2014, 03:37:41 PM
Based on my track record with these things I think we fucked up Matt - I hope you are right though.
Trying to time a purchase on Coinbase with their fucking retarded 4 day wait is like being a boxer with an arm tied behind his back. I'm going to take the risk and wire money onto Bitfinex asap.
2185  Economy / Speculation / Re: Time to go back up guys!! on: February 14, 2014, 04:35:56 AM
I hope you're right, I let $550 go and am now thinking that may have been the bottom. If I missed again it's just par for the course for my incredible trading skills.
2186  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Dropping Precipitously on: February 14, 2014, 01:27:25 AM
Bicoin will be back above $1200 by end of spring. Mt GOX will rise from it's ashes but it will never be the biggest bitcoin exchange again but it will not die.

I think the time to buy cheap alt coins is now. Bitcoin too...

Monday could be ugly but it will be a buying opportunity.
I am %99 percent sure about this!

Sure it will be like that. And maybe people will learn to dont panic SO much

That's so easy to say when your money isn't disappearing in front of your face.

100 BTC worth $80,000 is suddenly worth $75K, then only a few hours later it is worth $60K then a few more hours it's worth $50K  how can you guarantee anyone at any that point that it will not continue to fall?

The fact is, now the massive disaster is over, but your 100 BTC is not worth $80K, or $50K either, but $65K are you pleased?

The whole cryptocurrency industry is both a game and a gamble

The way I see it is that 100k mbtc is 100k mbtc. You didn't lose shit

Of course he's lost a lot of value, no matter how you want to spin it. A year from now it may not mean a thing, but I'd be pretty freaking unhappy in his shoes.
2187  Economy / Speculation / Re: Confirmed: bottom in price reached on: February 14, 2014, 01:12:00 AM
What miner sells every day at current price? mine and hold.
2188  Economy / Speculation / Re: silk road 2 hacked on: February 13, 2014, 09:51:33 PM
Leaving btc on an exchange run by criminals dealing in illegal wares - what could go wrong?
2189  Economy / Speculation / Re: silk road 2 hacked on: February 13, 2014, 08:45:11 PM
Maybe it was Steve?
2190  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin at 470! on: February 13, 2014, 08:06:22 PM
Where is it smart to buy?

Bitstamp and Coinbase, I'd say. I like Coinbase.
No, where as in at what price? what's the best strategy for avoiding catching a falling knife?
2191  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin at 470! on: February 13, 2014, 07:56:15 PM
Where is it smart to buy?
2192  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is bitcoin more likely to rise about $1,000 or go and stay below $500? on: February 13, 2014, 06:35:19 PM
I think Matt was being facetious.
2193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Doge coin is bad on: February 13, 2014, 06:32:15 PM
"Not. Dogecoin is a lier."
No, try again

"I believe we could prove this, by banning dogecoin from bitcointalk, and deleting any posts that even mention this garbage lyers coin"
Wrong again! the word is LIAR, you fucktwit.
2194  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is bitcoin more likely to rise about $1,000 or go and stay below $500? on: February 13, 2014, 05:45:06 PM
What is more likely looking at the chart and current news? I say down so that probably means up since I'm wrong more than I'm right. Good thing I have miners making me btc and doge to cover my fuck ups.
Everyone is looking to pick up cheap coins which means it probably won't happen. Major crashes seem to happen when most don't expect it. I'm still betting it will drop this weekend though.
2195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Doge coin is bad on: February 13, 2014, 04:58:48 PM
What kind of idiot puts down efforts to get the dogecoin name out there? The vast majority of people still have no clue cryptos or btc even exist. The op is really clueless.
2196  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is bitcoin more likely to rise about $1,000 or go and stay below $500? on: February 13, 2014, 04:05:23 PM
I don't see it going above $1000 anytime soon (i.e. this year). If it does it'll quickly get bitchslapped down by people like me who are still trying to offload stupidly expensive coins bought during, um, more optimistic times.

Silly noobs who bought at the peak don't hold enough coins to bitchslap anyone.
Number 1 positive about a crash to zero: fuckheads like you don't get to be bazillionaires.
2197  Economy / Speculation / Re: And the Downfall continues on: February 13, 2014, 03:12:09 PM
all mining company has left of the game, and bitcoin is lost investors, its game over

Yeah , all the mining company , all those company , all of the company =))))

Estimated Next Difficulty:   3,081,020,122 (+17.53%)

All the miners are running scared in the wood  , the company is going down...
Are you the last person not to have igor, bitcoindicklick and fonzie on your ignore list? please don't quote any of these 'tards, most don't want to know what stupidity they have posted.
2198  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN WILL DIE... look out for BTC 2.0 on: February 13, 2014, 05:16:39 AM
Ok, this is the thread that determines whether Steve becomes a legend or a one time really lucky troll. I like it when extreme predictions are specific, it makes it really easy to decide whether to hit the ignore button later.
2199  Economy / Speculation / Re: [FUD] bye bitcoin, this is the end on: February 13, 2014, 12:31:23 AM
I think that's the best explanation I've read for what occurred Monday Matt, and maybe Steve knew about it - how else could he have called that? He has said btc will be worth less than $100 on Fri, no flash crash but will hold that for a couple months. If that happens it could be the worst or best thing that could happen for us - another chance to get back in cheap before btc comes back stronger than ever, or it could mean the end. If it is the end, will another coin like Litecoin or Dogecoin take over as top dog? I think the odds the whole crypto scene dies with btc are very close to zero.
2200  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin-wide DDOS attack - NOT GOX SCAMMING! on: February 12, 2014, 04:05:21 PM
Do you believe it will rebound back up toward a grand again? or do you think there is a fair probability it's headed down to nothing?
