I know Jo Public doesn't know a blockchain from their elbow, but instead of "WELCOME TO THE FUTURE OF BANKING" I like "BLOCKCHAIN BANKING" - eg: Jo Public didn't know what an ipod was at first either... -"What does blockchain mean?" -"It means they can't fuck you over." See, explaining stuff to Jo Public isn't hard, you just have to talk Jo's language. I like Blockchain Banking better too. That logo is just fucking awesome.

I like 7 but grey is a bit light, and darkening it makes it too similar to the DASH colour scheme. How about Needs an outline around the C in the graphic for legibility on a pale background? Yeah, that looks pretty good. I like the gold and black color scheme, but it does need a slight change somehow to make the C part more visible. 6 has some potential, 7 is probably the best, 8 is alright but I agree it might be a little too complicated when we just need a small symbol. 7,8,9 All day. 7 is the best

Here is a guide for setting up multiple masternodes on the same machine:This is proof that I am running 8 masternodes on the same machine.1.2.3. 4.5. 6. Make sure that each node is using its own wallet.dat.
You will be using a .bat file to launch each node except node1, which you launch using 8bit-qt You create a .bat just like you would a .conf, but with the .bat extension of course.
Also, when launching a wallet for the first time, set masternode=0 in the .conf file Use the command "masternode genkey" for each wallet once you have launched with masternode=0.
Send exactly 112 coins to the new wallet address and paste your masternode's private key in the .conf file. Then close the wallet, set masternode=1, and assign a different port to your masternode than the others.
Then, relaunch the wallet using your .bat file and wait until your deposit of 112 coins has at least 16 confirms. After you have 16 confirms, go back to the console and type "masternode start"
You should receive a message, "masternode started successfully"
Make sure you open any ports you want to use on your router.
Sorry this isn't super descriptive. If you guys have any questions, feel free to ask.
I felt like having a visual aid might help some of you.If I helped you out: 8FAi73E6iFLtzocfcLCvd5ZfVq643eo9UiEven dust is appreciated. Good luck!

Masternodes 7 and 8 up and running

The developments have been awesome so far but I hate the idea of a coinswap.
RBY did a coinswap on bittrex, and it worked very well.

Did anyone make a tutorial for setting up multiple masternodes on one wallet?
Not possible!

by the way.. i can confirm your port 9800 is working correctly.. the internet can access your rpc.. we also know your password ^^ but your coins are save, as long as you leave rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 we are not allowed to access: HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden Date: Sat, 25 Apr 2015 15:58:14 +0000 Connection: close Content-Length: 0 Content-Type: application/json Server: 8bit-json-rpc/v2.0.0.0-g
but you should remove forewarding of 9800 ! thank you! ok, wasn't a good idea to take this pw^^ -> now i think i understand this rpc things tested all with another pc, same problem with "not capable masternode: Could not connect to" all ports closed now - but it worked from WAN to LAN as you tested and not in the other direction. So, should this be rly a problem with the router? This options i can change on the router, but i think it's ok? WAN-Sperrung -> Not Active IPSec Forward -> Active PPTP Forward -> Active Multicast -> Active UPnP -> Active Firewall was off for testing. Both PCs configured with static ip - and on both everything else is running without any problems, so i think it's also not a problem with the windows config? ...so anybody an idea what's wrong with my router? thanks for help - special this security problem! I was having the same bullshit problems. Just get an AWS instance and save yourself the trouble.

Ended up getting masternode 6 up last night on the same aws server...
Was going to set up another 6 at work today but I left the .pem file at home.
On 6 nodes, I probably received a total of 20 stakes. I can't imaging how profitable this will be once we make the switch.

where is the conf file located?
AppData/Roaming I got an orphened block on staking at 2nd masternode btw. Hope there are no problems. Connections seems ok. I've gotten 3-4 orphans on my 4 active nodes

Second masternode up and running! 13 more to go...probably just 3 more tonight

Ok, just got an AWS instance.... Setting up masternode

Does this look correct? looks fine, also just TCP is needed, and you might need a router reboot! Ok, changed to TCP. Rebooting router. Will report back shortly. Edit: Could it have anything to do with me running a dmz server?

I opened port 9999 for my computers local ip address, but I'm still getting an "unable to connect" message when I attemp to start my masternode.
Any thoughts?
Is it static ip? My first MASTERNODE IS ON AND RUNNING! It's a dynamic ip. I'm using my public ip adress though...shouldn't it work until the address is released by my router?
