This isn't always up to the dev... the community should email / tweet all exchanges and request it be added. Getting listed on an exchange isn't an automatic process. It is for some exchanges. They charge you a fee and the coin gets listed. Other exchanges however do not follow this practice. Every exchange is different and they each have their own listing/delisting policies.
