took another look at CK (and started to enrol) still looks mega complicated, where are the newbie guides.
I also saw is stories of people who starved or lost all their stuff or got stuck in a hole or something? what's that all about? do the winners take from the losers like all other markets?
If you want to just trade, the account costs 50 monero's, is that right?

wow, this nutildah guy is one nutty troll. His justification for hating XMR could be equally levelled at BTC (where cult-like observation is far more frequent), yet he identifies himself as professional blogger on the subject. And the ad hom attacks on individuals seem borne of spite and malice towards people he's never met, a display of the sociopathy he accuses them of. All rather hypocritical.
You're on ignore...."son"
That's why I said eat your own dog food. Talking about hatred and hurting people, with a hate filled hurtful post. Is almost funny.

Did you check his post history? I know every one who comes here and is not a xmr fanboy is usually a dash troll, but after checking a few pages of his post history, i can tell you, that you are probably wrong, i didn't found one dash posting in his posting history ...
Being anti-XMR is not only the domain of pro-Dash people... this kind of posting strikes me as some kind of grassroots attempt to begin to TAR the reputation of Monero with "evil sounding" but totally unsubstantiated words. The purpose of this probably intending to scare off newbies or casual readers who come here to learn about XMR. So, let's think: WHO or what "entity" or "power" might be behind something with this purpose, "Qui Bono"? Frankly, posts like this indicate to me that Monero is getting stronger If Monero is becoming more threatening to the Powers That Be, then it's doing something right Damn you think Bono is somehow behind this? those rockbands are nearly as evil as apple.

I registered for your game and found it to have terrible graphics & made little to no sense. am I doing something wrong? I didn't even see "buy markka" advertised
I looked into it months back. What you call easy sounds hugely complicated and seems to need a fair bit of attention. These posts seem to suggest just trade in some XMR and out later right? or you really have to actually play a role play game to grow anything?

The reason Litecoin went up because they will likely start trading on Coinbase soon.
The LTC price has been about $4 for about 4 years now with only minor fluctuations now and then. They are probably more stable compared to the dollar than most currencies in the world yet the naysayers would probably make up some other excuse as to why nobody should use it (like how people say Bitcoin can never be used because the price fluctuates too much...yet bitcoin is used much more than litecoin).
*disclaimer: I may or may not have 1k litecoins on a computer somewhere
Don't worry because the person who has half of all the coins promises not to dump them

i feel that once this scaling debate is somehow resolved, which ever way it goes, even worst case scenario, we'll end up WAY higher than this...
Two years ago I was pissed when it went below $250, now I'm pissed when it goes below $1000. In another two years I'm hoping to get pissed when it goes below $10000 after a rally to $30000 or more.

Bashing the competitor is a sign of own weakness and therefore a terrible move to make in terms of PR.
The strength of Dark coin is that it is centralized and 4.1 million coins are locked in masternodes so the pumping can be done only with 3 million coins and thus create an illusion of mass adoption.
and the preminer can take their time in gradually checking out

I'll be honest, I have no idea wtf Dash is doing -- I posted a tweet by Charlie Lee a few weeks back in which he basically said "shit tech, no real privacy and lots of hot air marketing - not for me" and I think that sums up my attitude too. One can only apportion so much energy to this crypto-shit, its pointless obsessing over a coin that you are not invested in either intellectually or financially. Just block it out.
But I agree with you re BTC - the cultists have had their thumb in their arses about this EFT for so long I don't think they know what to think now. I skimmed the SEC document and i can't say there's much I would disagree with. It may have first mover advantage but it (BTC) has taken so many wrong turns over the years (and lost sight of any guiding principals, if any really existed) that its difficult to see where it is headed.
I'm totally with you but I'm recalled back to Doge coin, silly coin all left it alone. Some made loads. How different would BTC be with Satoshi in place, projects need visionaries. They do seem like headless chickens now. Much wow yes /P
